Honestly if I could give this place less than one star I would. My best friends 21st birthday dinner was here and it was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We arrived 30 minutes early to our reservation and were sat at a table right away where we then ordered waters and drinks and my drink from the bar did not get to the table until 55 minutes later and no apologies were given about that. Ordering drinks and food all night were a hassle and our party got their food separately and almost a whole hour apart from each other, just to bite into the food and it be cold.... but why send food back when your hungry and have been waiting 2 hours for your food. It then took another hour to get the table cashed out and with boxes and the hostess were more of a help than our actual waiter, nonetheless no apologies or discounts were given to any of us for the worst dining experience. Most of us do or have worked in the restaurant and service industry and are very understanding people, but that whole experience was just unacceptable, I don't think any of us plan on ever going back! read more

I wish I read yelp first because all the 1 and 2 stars were correct. There were 3 different hosts trying to figure out the system to get people seated, while tables sat empty for over 20 minutes. I read the other reviews and almost didn't stop in, but I'm glad I did. The food was very good, and the staff was friendly and curious. The place was very clean and had a PF. Changs open room concept with high ceilings. Very much not a 2.5 star (at the time of this review that is the current rating) restaurant. Speaking with one of the staff about the rating, it sounds like they just opened a few months ago, and experienced growing pains and staffing issues due to Covid. It appears that they are past that now. All in all - I recommend this place. read more

Very nice restaurant with a great menu. Everything (there were 4 of us) was very good with nice portions. One exception was the calamari. It was over cooked and not a great portion size. Placed an online order November 14 at 2:19pm with a pickup time of 2:45pm. When I received my order it was past the scheduled pickup time in addition to my order was completely incorrect. I ordered sliders with ketchup, lettuce and tomato and nothing came on my food nor did I get the utensils requested When I came into the store to return my order , the lady who greeted me was nice but when she grabbed one manager she came to the back looked at me and said for the person to grab another manager and proceeded to go to the front and speak to another employee. When a gentleman came out who I believe to be another manager he was extremely rude. He questioned if I had a receipt, doubled checked my food to see if I was wrong with what I stated happened, didn't even apologize for me waiting almost an hour for my order to be incorrect and just tossed the food in the garbage and had the lady at the register refund me and walked back to the back As a manager myself the individual could of one made eye contact, apologize for the mishap and have an ounce of customer service. read more

This was our 2nd time at BJ's, we chose to sit at the bar this time around. Kyra was bartending today and took great care of us, she is very friendly and knowledgeable! There was a bit of a wait for our apps and food to come out but it was pretty busy and that's understandable so no big deal. Moving on to the food, we started with Tito's strawberry lemonades, mozzarella sticks and the BBQ tri-tip sliders. They were both pretty good, would definitely recommend the sliders. I had a craving for pasta so ordered the jumbo spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were really good, didn't taste like they came frozen from a bag which was awesome. My partner ordered the kickin' chicken sandwich with a side of fries. He put some of the siracha aioli on his sandwich, and overall gives it an 7/10. The bar has a nice selection of beers, wine, and cocktails. BJ's has a nice open concept, not too loud but not too quiet which is great. read more

I've been to a few of these in different locations. This one is as good as all the others. They have an extensive menu, great food and tons of beers on tap (unfortunately I was working and didn't get to sample any). I had the southern comfort chicken sandwich and it was huge! The service was friendly and they seemed to have a lot of people working the lunch crew. At least 5 people told me "goodbye and thanks for coming" as I was leaving. Great staff! I would highly recommend. In the past I have tried their pizza which is awesome. read more

Traveling through from Alabama and staying in the area. Warned my daughter of a few of the reviews around wait time. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Ordered wine and lemonade. Tried BJ's for the first time today. I was not impressed. We were told the wait was 25 mins, after 40 mins I went to see how much longer the wait was going to be. Turns out the guy didn't put the correct number after I told him 3 times! Took 45 mins for us to get our drinks. Our salads came out before our drinks! Then appetizers came out with our meals. We all ordered prime rib which my son's was very dried. My asparagus was crispy way over cooked. Ordered a baked potato it didn't even come with butter or sour cream. Service was eh, super slow! I think it was very confusing for our waiter because other people were bringing out the food and he didn't know what we got and what we didn't get. Definitely not his fault, he was friendly and trying his best to improve our experience. This place needs better management. Very disorganized and for the price the food was mediocre. read more

Average at very best. Menu items/descriptions and pricing suggest upscale, but marginal at best. Out of the many items we all tasted, nothing was better than an average chain restaurant and that is whatever they were not out of, including their own brewed beers. They did make sure to upcharge me however for all the substitutions. My recommendation is don't waste your time or your money unless you are desperate for an expensive and below average place to eat and/or drink. My family celebrated January birthdays on Saturday, January 20, 2024. We had the most wonderful time at B.J.'s in Lansing, Michigan at Eastwood Town Center!! First, our server Beth was outstanding!!! She was personable, professional, listening carefully to our requests and was completely accurate. Server Beth made us feel so special and made our visit just super! The food was amazing and tasted sooooo good!! There are t.v.'s to catch sports, a little music (It was not too loud!), and just an enjoyable ambiance. Have been there twice now. I think they are still in the "perfecting" mode as they are brand new here. First time service was uneducated, had a hard time answering simple menu questions and we waited 1.5 hrs for our food. But that time, the food wasn't bad. Went back tonight and the food was not good. First experience at this restaurant. Food and service were terrible. Went Monday @ approximately 8pm. It wasn't busy. We ordered an avocado roll appetizer, they were not good and looked disgusting. As well as Two tomatoe and mozzarella salads and pizza. Tried to order the Ahi Tuna appetizer. They were out. We did get the avocado rolls. Yuck! Food is really bad, ive been there twice this week first onn 3/5/22 and again 3/11/22, first time the meat in the burger was tasteless, fries were cold, when we told the server she brought us a another batch of fries that were indeed hot but soggy and nauseating as heck probably triple fried in oil. Second experience i ordered a steak and was terrible- cold, very chewy and the side of vegetables were a joke. Wife ordered fettuccine alfredo which had a watery and tasteless sauce.
