Having eaten here regularly for a very long time, I was really surprised by our pickup meal today. We ordered the mozzarella marinara, fettuccine Carraba with no mushrooms, a chicken Bryan with linguine and lemon butter, and two chicken soups. The mozzarella marinara is no longer hand breaded it made from the same cheese. The chicken soup had bones in the chicken. The chicken for both entrees was dry and overcooked. The lemon butter didn't seem to have any flavor. I am sure that this restaurant has felt inflation like everywhere else, and if you've never been before, you might just like it! If you've ever been to what it once was, it will most likely be a different experience for you that might still be enjoyable. read more

I haven't had a meal at Carrabba's since 2019 but remember it was yummy. Today my sister and I went to lunch there. Worst lunch and service ever! Ordered fried zucchini and shrimp scampi appetizers to share and 2 salads. Ordered coffee and the coffee was at best Luke warm and tasted like it was from the night before since the restaurant had just opened and definitely wasn't fresh. The fried zucchini was like warm greasy noodles and the shrimp tasted boiled and sitting in grease! Both gross! Salads were the only edible thing and the bread. Then we asked for the check and the server asked if we needed boxes. My sister explained how awful the zucchini was and he said he wasn't a fan! And then we said The shrimp wasn't cooked just tasted boiled and cold and we said it is what it is and he said yes it is what it is! If you want good food I would avoid this place! read more

The calamari was very tuff, chewy and lacked flavor. The linguine was seasoned well and was packed with flavor. There was also a good amount of seafood in the dish, which, made it more enjoyable. I also ordered a side of sautéed zucchini, which was outstanding. The portion sizes were more than adequate and the entire meal was priced accordingly. My server, Kaytlin was amazing. The salad and soup were good but when we finally received the food about 20 mins later, on Lasagna it was nothing but mush no noodles that you could find and bland as hell with no cheese, and one order of parmesan chicken with 2 small thin chicken patties with what looked like a square cheese slice you get from the store, no taste whatsoever just tough really thin chicken patties with the totally bland cheese slice on each of them, that you might have gotten frozen from the store. Came here for a work holiday dinner. Our waitress was the only one taking our orders and delivering it to us. I gave her props for that. The appetizers were good. My pharmacist ordered some bread and marinara sauce, calamari, margarita pizza and some others one I couldn't tell since I was at the other end of the table, fried zucchini, some shrimp and toast, Caesar salad and Italian salad. My wife and I decided to have our 10-year wedding anniversary dinner at Carrabba's, and what a mistake that was. Our server, Melissa, had very little knowledge about the menu and had to keep checking with another coworker for every question we asked. We ordered a strawberry lemonade, and when she put the drink on the table, she realized she had brought just a regular lemonade without the strawberry. She went back to the kitchen, and when she returned with the strawberry lemonade, it tasted horrible and there were things floating in it. She ended up taking the drink back, and I just had water instead. After returning to our table for the fourth time, she actually told us, "Wow, this is a really bad experience for you all. You should probably go on Yelp and put a review about how bad this is." So that's exactly what we're doing. When she brought the check to the table, what do you know - the strawberry lemonade was still on it, so she had to have it removed. The food itself was decent, but the server lacked training and professionalism. If a customer is having a bad experience, why would you encourage them to go online and post about it? What can I say? I've been wanting to try Carrabbas for years. I've never been near one or close enough driving distance to risk trying it in case I wasn't a fan because I've never heard anyone's experiences. But I was pleasantly surprised with the dark, Italian themed decor. It has more of a dinner and drinks vibe. We went in for Lunch and ice tea though. And the awesome option of bottled water which we got Acqua Panna and it poured about three full glasses of water. The chair, booths and tables were a little older, a bit run down but still decent. There was a lot of old Italian decor and photography. And slow and low Italian music playing. I think they should turn the music up because, otherwise everyone sitting in the tables can hear one another's conversations. I didn't like the lack of privacy with that. I loved the bread with oil and vinegar being served. It was a nice start as we waited on our dishes. We actually got our soups and salad next before the main dishes. The soup came with the pasta and we ordered an extra side salad as an app. Service was timely and it wasn't too busy. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the Mezzaluna (similar to ravioli) with spinach, cheese and chicken. By the time the food came a second serving of complimentary bread came. We were thankful for that. The pizza was good, however it was a soft crust. We prefer something a little more firm or crisp. We asked our server if we could get it made crispier for future reference. She said she wasn't sure but she was sure they'd accommodate. However, she did say it was typically served soft. The pasta was good. It's had a soft taste about it. Not too strong. It reminded me of vodka sauce. But, I never tasted any chicken. Both entrees were more than enough for two of us to share and still bring half the food home. Our server was nice. She was a woman with blonde hair. I can't remember her name. I try to remember or save the receipt but I can't find it. All in all we'll be back. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE SUS. I tried getting takeout and they made it like mission impossible to get your food. I went through as a door dasher inside; they told me I have to go back in my car and drive to the pick up area. I just walked there since it was steps away. I don't have access to an app to tell me to pick it up curbside so I was waiting by the pickup door and no was in the back. So I went back in and I asked a very rude hispanic waiter with a mustache if I can just have someone bring it out since I was inside feet away from the kitchen. This used to be a good place to eat on a regular basis but no more. I decided yesterday was my last time there. I used the Curbside option and I was sitting there for 15 minutes on time. So I went inside the restaurant to ask for assistance to grab my food. Tell me why there were only 3 customers in a booth in the entire restaurant and the hostess with an eye rolling attitude on the phone and then one server coming up to me to ask me how many in my party in which I just simply said I was waiting on the curbside and as she cut me off asking what is the name twice as I find it hard to believe who else is out there! Can't beat this place. EDIT: well I wrote the above 6 yrs ago and the same can't be said. The service was lacking, not greeted very well, very cold and non-existent. The interior is worn down and could use a refreshed. The tables are worn and sticky from all the heavy disinfectant used after covid. The best person we encountered was the bus guy who brought our water and bread and took our plates. He was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately our waitress seemed to be getting beat down, working tables in the dining room and working the bar as well. Once the salad came out it was decent. The food finally came out and it was definitely sitting in the window for a while. My wife's food was cold on top and warm under the pasta. My chicken Parm was overcooked from the heat lamps. This used to be a chain restaurant that round that put out good quality food. Tonight the zucchini fritte appetizer was SO greasy, because the oil was possibly dirty and definitely not at the correct temperature. Food can only be greasy if the oil is not at the proper temperature. We also ordered the marinara mozzarella as an appetizer. It was fried- yet it came out cold, and the mozzarella was the color of "whiteish" olive oil, which most likely means it wasn't really pure or real mozzarella. It must have oil in it. This location is far better than the Summerlin location, and I'll tell you why. Our first experience at Carrabba's was the Summerlin location. The pork chop was raw near the bone and the zucchini was fried but soggy. Still, not bad eating so we decided to try it again, but this time, at the Henderson location. We didn't walk in and wait long to be seated, or be told "come to the host stand" in order to be seated. The server was very attentive, too. When we ordered the zucchini app here, it wasn't translucent tempura done wrong type of fry. It was done really well and very flavorful, too. The summer special of filet and shrimp over pasta was delicious and the pork medallions with sauce were great! I loved the mozzarella sticks. You cannot go wrong with fried cheese. The food here is very tasty and the service is excellent. IF you want a break from Olive Garden or Buca, try this place, but definitely this location. It's the best one. read more

I was act ually really impressed with my very first visit to a Carrabba's. I wasn't sure what to expect and frankly I thought it might be a glorified Olive Garden type of experience. It was absolutely far better than I had expected. First off, when I stopped in, it was nearing closing time. I wasn't sure that anyone wanted to seat us or that they would provide any kind of service. Honestly. maybe my experience was that much better because I didn't really think to expect much. I'm not sure but I will surely update my review after visiting a 2nd time, or maybe I won't if it continues to be that good. I was seated quickly. My drink request was met so easily. I didn't ever want for anything. I was so pleased with the service I left an almost 25% tip. I unfortunately do not remember my server's name but he was so great. I asked for a few recommendations and I only was given the best ones. I had a pork chop. I wasn't sure if it would be dry and extra rubbery and something that I'd chew on for hours at a time or if it would be soft, tender, crispy around the edges and juicy. Well, guess what, it was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! The edges were crispy. The meat was juicy and so tender. All of the natural flavors and juices oozed from the meat with each cut and in turn each time I chewed. The only mistake I made was only ordering the single pork chop and not the 2. I also had spaghetti and meatballs. That was good too and actually complimented my pork chop wonderfully. I personally like my noodles a bit more al dente but these were not at all bad or mushy. The restaurant wasn't real full but you could tell that there were regulars dining there. It's nice to not feel like a complete pain in the butt, being that last straggling customer to come in and force the staff to stay entirely until closing. Service was so wonderful. I really enjoyed my meal here. I'm hoping to return soon and I hope I can bring my family next time. Because now, at least I know it's well worth it. read more

I told her and she put me on hold for a manager. So a lady picks up and doesn't state her name but says I can come back and get it or they could mail me a gift card.
