I'd never been to BJ's before, but I was pleasantly surprised. The meals tasted homemade and freshly cooked, not like typical chain food, and the portions were a great value for the price. Everything felt comforting and well done. And the sweet tooth side of things? The Pizookie totally delivered especially the chocolate chip and strawberry options. Warm, indulgent, and the perfect way to end the meal. I'd definitely come back

Well... where to begin. This might be a long one. Reservations for five as the kids decided on family dinner being here. We arrived on time to be greeted by two hostesses who looked too young to even be employed and more interested in flipping their hair than actually working. After about ten minutes, we were seated. First seating for a large family was a small booth, so we asked to be seated at a bigger table. Second seating in the back of the restaurant close to the bar and kitchen. Initially, our waitress seemed expedient and friendly. Took our drink and meal orders and brought drinks out quickly. First round of drinks were fine.. Appetizers were mozzarella sticks and spinach and artichoke dip. Entrees were a bacon cheeseburger, baby back ribs with a loaded baked potato and broccoli cheese soup, chicken parm, beef dip sandwich, and a 10 oz ribeye for me. Order made and we waited. While waited we watched for servers standby and talk about random cartoons; one server was loudly having a conversation, with himself; bartenders seemed disengaged at times from the patrons. But as the bar filled in they seemed to liven up. I mention the servers talking only as a reference to our food. One of the servers being our own. When our food finally came out, you could tell immediately that the food had been ready for a while. Second round of drinks were bad. Shirley temples were watered down, orange soda had an unfamiliar taste. That did not get drank. Main course came out after about 40 minutes. The bacon cheeseburger was acceptable, chicken parm, the noodles were overcooked, dried out and room temperature. They were so unacceptable that we had to send it back. The fresh noodles came out in less than ten minutes The baby back ribs were poorly cooked and bland. Baked potato looked unappealing, and the broccoli cheese soup tasted like velveeta cheese soup. The beef dip came out and Was barely warm and dry. The steak was fairly cooked well, albeit a bit chewy and overly fatty. Disregarding the servers discourse, our server wasn't overtly bad. And she was nice. But the service was eh. Food was ick. At least we were able to keep up with March madness.

Well when we got there we were seated right away it took about 10 min for the waitress to come to our table (Kate) my husband wanted to know if the fish can get cooked another way other then cooked in beer batter they did accommodate him with the regular batter. When they brought us our food my food was on half the plate and the other half was empty was the plate too big for the food or what? My husband had the fish and chips the fries on top looked great but the fries underneath looked like they were old. Kate did apologize and brought out more fries. This was our first time here the first impression is the best impression. The strawberry lemonade was good tho.

We stopped in on Veterans Day because BJ's was offering a free Pizookie to veterans and I'm a sucker for a salted caramel treat. My wife and I had the sliders and a personal pizza, the food was great. The service, our server was very attentive and took good care of us. This post is not just to mention how good the food and the service were. When we walked in there was a memorial for our veterans that was really nice to see. I wanted to thank BJ's for acknowledging the sacrifices of our veterans. My posted picture isn't of the food or even the pizookie, it is of the respect they showed our fallen soldiers. Thank you!

Pizookies were great, got the strawberry one. Service was fast for a Saturday night and place was clean.

Went there for lunch on 4/21. Tell my daughter to choose it was her belated birthday lunch . Upon arrival at around 11:45 AM place is pretty dead not a good sign for lunch for a place that's supposed to be known for its pizzas and ambience and Great food so I was skeptical . Waitress was awesome nothing negative to say about her really smiling upbeat. See a little overwhelmed though. She had several tables going on at one time, but she was keeping up with everybody. Order the large gourmet five meat pizza which normally was $30 but today it was on half off at $15 so why not 30 bucks normally it has to be great right ?wrong . Daughter got the southern fried chicken and her mom got the unlimited super salad and they both came with mini pizookie desert. Pepsi $3.79 kind of a rip off and appetizer we got the couscous mac & cheese balls . The balls came up pretty quick and were hot and to the point they were pretty good very impressed of appetizer 9.99. Pizza tree was brought out in here comes the pizza. It was pan style and I can tell right off the bat that it wasn't really hot and it had very thin layers of toppings which to me is a flag right away 80% dough 20% toppings not gonna be good Cut out two slices and took a bite and taste the dough pretty much it was lukewarm wasn't hot. There's no cheese pool. The toppings were so scared. There was more cilantro. Yes cilantro on this pizza then there was sausage. I'm not going to complain but pizza's pizza but for $30 I would've bought this. I would've been totally upset 15 .00 and I could take a loss. Southern fried chicken my daughter tells me it was pretty good. She got extra gravy with it and the unlimited soup salad was good I was told the soup didn't really taste like it was made fresh they're probably in a bag or a can, especially if if was from Sysco The desserts were pretty fresh too with that cookie special ice cream. Again the server, Alyssa was awesome. Brought it to go drink out for us extra boxes to go really outgoing nothing negative to say about her at all, but only complaint is the pizza would never ever order pizza from here again . Total price for everything $59 with tax Tip $10 cash . If your looking for fresh food I recommend the hamburger or that cheeseburger or maybe some hot wings or something but that pizza prices be careful because they are way overpriced on non discount days .

My partner and I stopped by BJ's on a warm afternoon after a trek, and it was just what we needed. The place looks decent, with a welcoming atmosphere. We started with a Chilled Margarita and the Chip and Artichoke Dip, which were both excellent choices. The margaritas were particularly refreshing after a long day in the sun. Our server was incredibly helpful, especially since I don't consume meat, and they took the time to guide me through the menu options. I had mushroom soy noodles in peanut sauce, sauce was well made. I was drooling. My partner has ordered some chicken salad. It was all okay. Overall, it was a good experience for me, though my partner dint enjoy much (lol).

Went for dinner on Halloween night... it took two hours and the place was not even super full and based on other reviews this seems to be a norm.... so just keep that in mind. We got the 13 dollar special and got the burger and the italian pasta. The pasta was a decent size even for lunch BUT the chicken tasted kinda funny... not my favorite. I enjoyed the angel hair pasta and the sauce though! The burger was REALLY delicious, super smoky and flavorful. We also got the mac and cheese couscous even though we thought we ordered normal max and cheese and it was slightly below average. The onion rings were also very good and crispy. A little salty for my taste but good. The pizookie (?) was good, I got the strawberry shortcake one and I appreciated the fresh fruit BUT the cookie part wasn't fully cooked and it was so incredibly sweet. Our server was nice it just took so long to get anything.

It is hard to read menu photos. Do you offer GF menu choices? Is there cross GF contamination in the kitchen?

I know they have Gluten Free Menus by the Takeout Counter, but I can't count on cross contamination in the kitchen.

We went yesterday afternoon and its a really nice property with tons of space. They have a cool stage area, a playground, several tables near the bar with view of the tv and some open inside space next to cornhole. I want to say they had about 8 of other breweries beers on tap (real ale bock and Pinthouse Scorpion Disco are the two I remember) and then they also had cocktails and 2 of their own beers: an amber, and then what I got: the tangerine cream ale. I thought it was pretty good which was surprising as usually, new breweries take a bit to get things figured out. It would be a solid beer for a warm day. The bartender was friendly and they also had a bbq truck on site that smelled delicious but we didn't have time to check-out this time. The only negative I'd say is there is zero inside space with A/C, its all open air. That's not a dealbreaker for me but as its only going to get even hotter, I'm curious how it will impact their business.

Clearly, not at all, because the place was packed. Either at capacity or about to go over. We secured a little standing spot at the bar and enjoyed our little brews. As we looked up at the TV, the original Leprechaun movie was playing. The staff were very friendly and moving around at the speed of light to get everyone their green dyed beers. There was over an hour wait for food due to how obviously busy a bar is on International Wear Green and Drink Beer Day, which didn't concern us because we had already eaten. I went to the bar and ordered (no wait staff at the tables). I ordered the Fish-n-Chips w/ a Pearl Snap, my date had the Biggy BBQ Mac Burger with a Dragon Fruit Daiquiri. For the positives: our drinks were very good, hard to mess up a draught beer, but it was not flat & just cold enough. She absolutely loved the daiquiri, side note- she's with me so standards aren't super high. Bar staff were super helpful and attentive, patio was very chill and secluded from the other spots surrounding it. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like vomit. Negatives: My fish and chips were below expectations. Their grease was entirely too hot and it was flash fried causing the batter to be too crispy and the fish was piping hot. The selection of cod was not good either most of the pieces were blackened meat and the chips were crinkle cut fries, a letdown. I wasn't expecting a London level plate but it was a very sad and lonely one. Her burger was loaded with BBQ sauce and her mac-n-cheese balls were fried similarly causing the same burnt batter. It wasn't the worst meal I've had at a chain beer joint, looking at you Fox and Hound, but it wasn't close to the best. The Flying Saucer has a very good bar style fish and chips plate that costs about the same but they pay attention to the details that make it better. Overall I would not recommend and I will not be going back but in a pinch it won't make you sick.
