The food is really good. My boyfriend loved the beer. My only complaint is that it was a little pricey.

Come later in the evening if you go on Friday or Saturday easier to get a bar seat. Then you are closer to the handcrafted beers. There are too many to list here but trust me they have one for everybody. Did I mention the deep dish pizza. I was hoping there would be no kids here but there is one standing up in there seat right behind me. It's annoying. Anyway back to the pizza. It's good, the crust is phenomenal. read more

Love BJs, very comfortable atmosphere and great food. Although I do have to say the Parmesan crusted chicken needs more sauce, and the alcoholic beverages are expensive. If they offered a "stressed out mom" drink deal I'd be at BJs daily. read more

Service was good but the meal left me unsatisfied. I ordered the fish tacos grilled. Although our waiter was very good I must give two stars because of slow food service. The appetizers came out nice and hot. We order the avocado egg rolls. They are usually amazing but this time they were iffy. We ordered our food which took at least 30 minutes but closer to 45 to come out. The fries were cold my pizza was warm and not crunchy as it usually is. One friend ordered the California club they brought a chicken sandwich that too was cold. My other friend burger was cold also. Seems like they root beer recipe has artificial sweetners now because it leaves that terrible after taste. I am disappointed because this place was once my favorite spot to eat. Went here because of reviews and a Brewhouse. Felt very fortunate to get Alex as our waiter with his knowledge of beer and pairing with food. Went twice and both times his recommendations of beer to the food I was going to order was over the top! The Clam Chowder was unbelievable with big pieces of clams and very creamy! Excellent food. Can't go wrong here, everything's good and the menu is so diverse that there's sure to be something for everyone. Favorites are definitely the parmesan crusted chicken and the chicken strips. Make sure to save room for a pizookie. Went for lunch with my boyfriend its ok good I enjoyed the flat bread for an appetizer but I decided to go with the brewed blonde shrimp and didn't care too much for it.... We usually enjoy the food here but everything tonight was very disappointing. Service was horrible, food was meh. The cheese sticks weren't cooked all the way, avocado egg rolls weren't sealed properly so whenever we pick them up, they just fall apart. I tried the clam chowder in a bread bowl and it was super salty. The kids cheeseburger came with cheddar, I assumed that it would've been American cheese... I asked the neighboring server for a manager and the manager was quick to respond to us and took care of us. The neighboring server came by to make sure that the manager did swing by our tables which in my opinion was above and beyond. read more

I've been going to this BJ's restaurant since they opened several years ago. Today, I was very disappointed. The service was slow, primarily due to a waitress who traveled between the kitchen and the tables with one task at a time. My meal was piping hot, but my wife's was stone cold. The restaurant itself was cold, like sitting in a refrigerator. I tried a new item on the menu and, while tasty, the portion was more like an appetizer as opposed to a main course. I gave this place another chance and wished I hadn't. I won't be returning. 25 dollar mistake that will never happen again. Waiting 15 minutes for a refill on my drink and then a manager bringing my food can't even offer to refill my glass. And then the waitress had to bribe me with free food to save her tip. So, I have frequently eaten here, even for my birthday, however Tuesday I wanted to take my wife there for Happy hour wine and Appetizers. Some how I get the most pretentious staff ever. We didn't even stay. Manager wasn't helpful He just Stated " Do what you want to" and then walked away. The Hostess was looking over a sea of empty tables and pointing at the screen of her computer saying to a patron " No bueno, no bueno ", just simply speaking to an older couple as if they were children. BJ's gets 2 stars only because there is no 2.5; good food and good beer, poor service with bar staff who didn't know how to tend bar. Wife and I sat at the full service bar for drinks and appetizers, and to watch game 5 of the NBA finals. After asking for drinks without being offered any, and having to ask for menus and flagging down one of the two bartenders to put in our order, our apps were served. We had the ahi poste, which was really good, and the black and bleu flat bread pizza, which was also put together really well. The food was good, the service was lacking. For a self proclaimed "Brewhouse," neither of the bartenders knew how to properly pour a craft beer. The IPA was super foamy, and no attempt was made to remedy the discrepancy. The stout was poured haphazardly from the tap and splashed into the glass, and the head looked as if someone had shaken a soapy glass of soda. On four or five different occasions, floor servers brought back drinks from dining room customers who were not satisfied with their drinks. No management interaction, coupled with bartenders who kept their backs to the customers in order to watch the game instead of paying attention to their patrons brings this review down significantly. Decent plates and a better than average selection of beer is their only saving grace. I will be contacting Saint Arnold's brewery to let them know how their product is being served and represented. read more

Been to BJ's around four times and its always been great. The food is always good with a good presentation, i usually get the gumboliya and my wife a type of pizza. The place is filled with tvs to watch a game and has a very nice bar with more tvs. Staff has always been attentive and polite, make sure you also check out their brewed beer. read more

The best part about this place was the water..... While the service was fantastic the food all tasted like it was from a hungry man tv dinner. I had the southern chicken fried steak which was burnt and bland. When it came out it was on a plate just dropped on top of the mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. The mashed potatoes tasted powdered, and the steamed vegetables were an off color so I left them alone. I had a beer which was their in house pm porter and it also tasted pretty mediocre. This is the second time I've tried bjs. Both times I had a problem with my dish and there was no offer to replace, refire, or take off my tab. This time I had the salmon which I asked to be cooked rare. When I told the waitress it had been overcooked to the point of dry she told me "well at least you have a side you can eat." Um...what?? We happened into BJ's this evening and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was incredible and our waiter did a wonderful job helping us with us with our first time being there.
