This is a spacious restaurant that sells, you guessed it, steaks. If you have a companion, you can get their dinner for 2 special. As of this writing, they are part of the InKind app which means you can get 20% off your meal or 35% if you buy the gift cards at Costco when they go on sale. I got an 8oz filet mignon which comes with two sides; I choose their seasonal vegetable which was a broccoli and their grilled asparagus. The broccoli was the worst part of the meal but everything else was above average. Service was straightforward and this whole meal cost $44.76 or specifically $34.49 after discounts.

We purchased a Groupon for The Campfire Feast for two. We chose the wagon wheel for our appetizer, prime rib with a loaded baked potato and green salad for one of the entrees and grilled salmon with cheesy au gratin potatoes and a green salad for the second entree. For the dessert my husband chose a custard dessert. My in laws ordered a steak burger with onion rings, and grilled salmon with cheesy au gratin potatoes. It was lackluster. The prime rib wasn't seasoned, the grilled salmon was dry, the service was slow, the waitress was overwhelmed and the ambience is dark. Upon entering the restaurant through the front door, the carpet was tired and worn, dirty and in need of replacing. The restaurant needs renovated and updated, the menu should be refreshed. Truly a dissatisfying experience. This restaurant has gone downhill since I've eaten there and it's been 9 years or more. I don't recommend going here. After the Groupon was deducted from our tab, we paid $99.00 plus a tip. Terrible! We would have been better off fixing the meal at home for a fraction of the cost.

I can't remember the last time I went to a Black Angus steakhouse but I was very impressed by the service and the food. The place itself is a standard steakhouse with both prices and decor that reflect it. Upon sitting down we were served bread that they cut in a very interesting pattern. It made pulling apart the bread to share a funny game of who gets the ridiculously small or large piece. I will note that the second piece of bread we got came out very fresh and hot, but the weird pattern cut they made still existed. The baked potato soup was also a nice spin on having everything you would expect in a baked potato somehow put into a soup form. As for the main entree, the ribeye steak was cooked correctly (medium rare) and the cowboy butter was accurate, though it made me realize that either I don't like cowboy butter that much or that putting it onto ribeye doesn't really improve it. Also for the broccoli as a side, I was a little caught off guard that it was only 3 pieces. Really great service though.

This is the "rare" steak with mushrooms. I know right. Overcooked and not mushrooms. It is a nasty mess.

So I ordered rare steak with potatoes and mushrooms, what I got was beef jerky with really bad Mac n cheese and blue cheese. It was very bad. I would have been embarrassed to send it.

We haven't been to this location in over a decade and decided on a whim to stop in for a late lunch. When we walked in it was pretty empty and the hostess MIA. We waited for a few minutes and when she appeared she quickly apologized for the wait as she was cleaning something up. We were seated and given menus to look over while waiting for our server. Within moments we had our drink order in. We decided to order the dinner for two which included the wagon wheel as one of the appetizer options. We both ordered steaks, our sides and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was delicious and we left so full. Our server was friendly and efficient. It was a nice , quiet and relaxing lunch. I forgot to take a picture of our main courses lol but just know It was tasty. The mashed potato's creamy, steak not chewy and salads nice and chilled.

As always Love it!! I've been going to Black Angus since I was really little. (back when I would call it Black Animals) I've always loved the molasses bread and we always get the Wagon Wheel Sampler. Mom would take the left ovwr buffalo chicken to have as a sandwich and now it's my turn to carry on the tradition. I was so surprised by how busy it was tonight but Dad and I were in no rush. We had a lovely server named Lisa, who was a bit busy but we were happy to sit and chat. We got the dinner for two with the New York Strip and my God that was the best steak I've had in a while. Of course with mushrooms. Can't wait until the asparagus is back in season since that's our favorite but loved it all the same!

Lisa, Thank you for such an enjoyable experience! Your knowledge of the menu, and suggestions, made ordering easy. You created such a warm and friendly environment. The restaurant was clean and had nice decor.

lack Angus - Disappointing From Start to Finish We decided to give Black Angus another try, but this visit confirmed why we won't be coming back. From the moment we sat down, the service was slow and unorganized. It took almost 15 minutes before our waitress even came by to introduce herself, and another 10 minutes after that just to bring our drinks and bread. We ordered the Campfire Feast for Two along with two kids' meals. The setup seemed simple enough--potato skins, a New York strip, a filet, mac and cheese with broccoli, and a kids' steak with salad. But the timing was all over the place. Our soup and salad showed up before our appetizer, and then the appetizer came out right before our entrées. We asked twice for extra ranch and never got it. When our meals finally arrived, every steak was overcooked. Mine was completely brown throughout. I let our waitress know, and her only response was, "We'll make you a new one," with no apology at all. I also asked for a drink refill, and she took my glass but didn't bring it back for nearly 20 minutes. My replacement steak arrived before my drink did. When I said thank you, her only reply was a flat "mhm." She eventually brought the drink back after I had to ask again. What really surprised me was that no manager ever came by to check in or apologize, even after the issues with the steak. On a Saturday night, the restaurant was half empty--and now I understand why. We've tried giving this location multiple chances, but for the price, you can easily find better food and much better service elsewhere. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

The food as most often is good but pricey. Julie had a late doc appt and we decided to do black angus or Good China. At BA usually order a small filet and a salad. The stuffed baked potato is worth getting even later as a snack. Julie likes the dinner salad with grilled chicken. So the menu was updated . Julie likes the grilled chicken entree salad ( it became evident that was no longer on the menu). I want a small Filet and asparagus with the tossed house salad . And Lagunitus IPA. Thank you for bringing back in bottles the cans are not a good place for this IPA. Our waitress did not seem to be familiar with the new menu and we weren't familiar with she lnew or didnt know. I really wanted a rare small filet a crab cake and asparagus Well I got a good tossed salad with great house dressing. My entree was 2 crab cakes and grilled asparagus. Julie ordered a grilled veggie appetizer which was 3 Brussels sprouts and small bits of sweet potatoes. Cost of 18.00 for the 3 brussel sprouts! outrage but to try it. So Julies entree was two grilled chicken breast pieces by themselves on an empty otherwise plate.(!) Julie had some chicken and their great bread. I was never asked for my frequent diner number but was able to add a bit out of sequence. The total bill was about 62.00 With my discount it was 40.. so I just gave her 50 and thanked them and left with our leftovers. Not so bad? Well the entire order was just off because the staff was unfamiliar with the menu, the diner loyalty club application of points etc.

Their house blend is the best sauce I've ever had, that alone is what keeps us coming back, I believe it is a Viet style Cajun sauce. We usually get the build your own combo, with crawfish, snow crab, and a few appetizers like french fries, garlic noodles, and onion rings. I believe they have changed management recently, or in the past few years. Although the sauce remains delicious, the food quality seems to be falling, and I see that they have a few food safety violations listed on their Yelp. The garlic noodles were swimming in the watery sauce, and the Cajun fries were not tossed, just sprinkled on top. The restaurant has never been that busy when we go, and there is usually is only one server doing all the hosting, food running, and waitressing. Ours seemed to be a little stressed today, and did not refill our drinks as much as we would've preferred, and forgot things like our salt and pepper. We will probably still keep coming just for that sauce, but looks like the restaurant has a few things to work out to bring back its former glory.

I picked the garlic and lemon pepper. well unfortunately they use the garlic that is already crushed and cut and not fresh garlic in their food and they overcooked the crab and if you do get the lobster tail, they give you 1 whole lobster tail cut in half for two people and they give you lots of shrimp, I mean a lot of shrimp compared to anything else in that seafood broil bag had they overcooked all the sea food and they used a lot of that crushed already diced garlic. That did not make the food Taste good at all. They put way too much garlic in it, and the food was impossible to eat because it was overcooked and it was rubbery. I was very disappointed on how much money I spent . if I knew in advance that they had a family emergency and was closing 1 hour early I would've waited and come back the next day and maybe the food would've have tasted a lot better. It was the lobster seafood boil for two couples, and I bought two sets for four couples. Just beware that if they're in a hurry, try not to be in a hurry to eat here. You probably get a better experience than what my family did. I've been to crab shacks before that has seafood boil and they were way better and not so stingy for the price they charge you. when I was there, there was only one family sitting at a table. The rest of the restaurant was empty. The waitress she was very friendly and very nice and very accommodating.

I liked it, but my friend said she's definitely had better. I also had to ask for lemon with the calamari. Last time I came with a friend they were completely out of lemons, so I was glad that wasn't an issue this time. I'd probably try something different instead of the calamari next visit though. We got the Pier 88 combo crab boil with the "All of the Above" seasoning in mild. It came out super quick and was very well seasoned. I personally thought it leaned a little salty, but I also saw other tables adding extra salt to their food, so I guess it just depends on your taste. Very kid-friendly spot, pretty loud and lively inside, and honestly a great place for hosting bigger groups, family get-togethers, or even just catching up with a friend over drinks and seafood. But our server was great and he would have gotten the 20% at least... I don't know why I didn't take pictures except for mine. Probably because I was so freaking annoyed. Well for a start Fruit De Mer, $37.95 for shrimp, crab fingers and oysters. Shrimp was OK, they weren't pealed probably so I bit into small shells few times, crab fingers was super tiny with almost no meat to little meat, little fishy, not tasty, oysters.. two big and two tiny ones. Big ones I'm guessing Louisiana oysters, small one I have no idea. I kid you not small ones looked like ones you get at cheap Chinese buffet. For how much you got the price you pay was beyond me. I think maybe 15 bux might have been OK. Rest of the dishes were pretty good but when I saw my dish I was confused. I had to look at the menu to see if I made the right order. Looked at the picture I took 11 months ago and verified I orders the same dish. I know cost of things have gotten up and some times you have to decide keep the price same and give smaller portion or raise the price.. Well I would have preferred either or. Not the dish I got which looked and tasted like, keep the same peice, add more pasta, put less seafood. I was so annoyed I wanted to complain but I got the evil eyes from my wifey since it was a bday dinner celebration, so I kept my mout shut. I remember seafood gumbo being amazing but for some reason shrimp gumbo was also pure disappointment. Little salty and lacked the flavor that I remember eating. Definitely not worth the price for a cup. Filet mignon for $68.95 definitely was not worth the price tag also. Over all food was pretty good but not as good as last time I ate there. Service was still great which is nice. I cannot keep this place 4 starts anymore. And I used to recommend this place to everybody but not after today. That almost $38 appetizer was sad and over priced and they totally ruined my Pasta Mardi Gras. Maybe I am being too harsh but 8 people dinner with 3 appetizers, one main dishes per person, just water to drink for over $650, I just could not get over the fact that it was not worth the over all price.
