No one's doing it like Angie's! I was in the area and heard about their $4.99 salads through an…read moreemail I got today. I'm not a lobster fan but they have so many options besides that, including shrimp, other seafood, salads, bowls and burritos. They offered discounted salads last year and I loved supporting them, so I'm glad they brought them back. I came at a great time, around 430, as there was no line. I ordered my favorite: the Asian salad (cucumbers, sweet potatoes, red onions, broccoli) with grilled chicken, half spinach half romaine. I also got their spicy honey ranch salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, fried onions, corn, pepper jack cheese) with falafel, same base. The second salad comes with a ranch packet *and* a spicy honey packet, very generous. I enjoy the mix of flavors and textures of both of these salads. I ate one same day and saved the other for the next day (I've asked for protein on the side to make it easier to heat up). The employee who took my order and gave me my food was friendly. Make sure you have a credit/debit card or phone because no cash is accepted. The only off thing was that I was given forks in my bag, which hasn't happened before. They're big on sustainability and don't have straws, napkins and silverware are available by choice. Such a great deal and it's a filling meal. Definitely recommend Angie's and really hope they open up more locations, especially near me!

I placed an order to go and it was ready for pick up by the time I got there. My cold brew tasted amazing and I was in and out really quickly. The person who handed me my order was also really kind. This is going to be my new go to when I need to grab a quick lunch or breakfast or both because they have an amazing deal too!

Ever since I saw a Morton's in Minneapolis over 30 years ago, I'd been wanting to eat there. My…read morehusband surprised me with a reservation at the Waddell (AZ) restaurant recently. I was disappointed. I'll start with the positives - the service was impeccable. Absolutely perfect! Attentive, not too much, not too little, and very pleasant. The food was good. Not great, given the prices, but very good. What really, really bothered me was the environment. There is supposed to be a dress code for all Morton's restaurants across the country. This particular location clearly did not enforce it. People were there in flip flops, swimsuit cover, bandanas around their heads, torn t-shirts, shorts, and other sloppy clothing. When I come to a restaurant and pay at least $72 for a steak, I expect the dress code to be enforced. It was truly disappointing. As a side note, not that this is the restaurant's responsibility, but if you are coming to a high-end restaurant, learn some manners. I'm talking to the 30-ish woman sitting near us who was talking loudly, licking the bowls and her plate, chewing with her mouth open, and food was falling out, and allowed her cell phone to ring loudly while she ignored it and kept on with her disruptive and inappropriate behavior. She was dressed in a faded, frayed t-shirt, and dirty shorts. This is not how any neurotypical adult should behave in an upscale restaurant (truly, any restaurant). Anyway, overall, I was disappointed, and so was my husband. We like to frequent high end steakhouses, and we both agreed that Morton's would be last on our list to come to again.

My bartender is very nice, courteous, and helpful. Ask for Janet, tell her Steve sent you. Obviously, she can get you an adult beverage, but she's happy to give you a menu and take your order. Small loaf of bread is included. I recommend you say yes. Enjoy the food. Top notch

She was so kind, super attentive, and made a point to make eye contact and engage with everyone at the table. It was my dad's birthday, and they brought out a birthday treat for him, which was such a nice, thoughtful touch. However, the check-in process was very uncomfortable. The host who greeted us didn't make eye contact with me at all, a person with a disability. Instead of speaking to me directly, he asked the person I was with if I needed a child's menu. As an adult, being talked about rather than talked to was rude and honestly pretty embarrassing. It would have been much more professional to provide standard menus for everyone or just ask me directly if I needed anything specific. The kitchen definitely knows what they are doing. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious: The bread and butter were warm and a great start. We had the bruschetta and a shrimp appetizer, both were hits. Our table ordered the cheeseburger and fries, the salmon, and two orders of the short ribs. Everyone loved their meal and had zero complaints about the food quality. The restaurant was packed and had a high-energy vibe, but the music was way too loud, it made it a bit hard to talk. The lighting was also a bit strange; it was very dark, and at several points, the lights would flicker or completely turn off and on again, which was a bit distracting. If you want to go on a Sunday evening like we did (6:00 PM), definitely plan ahead! We made our reservation a couple of days before, but by the time our day arrived, they were completely booked. I'd recommend making a reservation at least a week in advance to be safe. I would definitely come back for the food and the excellent waitstaff service, but I really hope management works with their hosting team on how to treat every guest with basic respect and direct communication.

The crab cakes are delicious, plenty of crab, light, and not dry yet also not mushy. Fresh, sweet tasting crab, and in substantial enough pieces that you're not searching. Not bready, bricky, or crumbly. Delicate, delicious. As East Coasters we are super picky about our crab cakes and we always get them when dining there. No joke, I sometimes dream about them! We shared the rack of lamb as our main. Well seasoned and juicy. My mom, my 3 year old, and I had plenty to eat. This particular portion size is a full rack so plenty for all of us to share. We really appreciate that they don't rub down the rack with mustard like some places--just a great spice rub. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were both excellent sides - solid for a steakhouse experience. Same with the iced tea - solid. Back to the kiddo: I noticed she wasn't the only young child there. This place manages to maintain a classy, elegant atmosphere even with all the kids. (There weren't nearly as many when we went for a birthday earlier in the year). But we loved that, even with the vibe of the place, they still offered children's drinks in nicely sealed cups. Relief! Restrooms were clean, hostesses and management were as pleasant and lovely as the server, food runners were prompt and thoughtful. The parking's not their fault, but it can get a little crowded out there so come early or prepare to walk a bit.
