Food is good, service is good but the hostess when we arrive should consider customers needs. Both me and my mom have bad knees, we requested a booth but she sent us to the bar area, lots of steps to get there or the long way which we had to take. It was also extremely hot and there were four of us , nothing really fit on our small table. Came again because we had a discount code and a gift card, like last time. We got seated after a short wait, despite reservation. Service tonight was on the slow side again. Then to add to our wait, the tables that were seated after we ordered got their food before us! Soda was flat as an old tire. I guess maybe it's just us because other love coming here. We came today for my son birthday and our waiter Francisco T. was amazing! He was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We asked what cut of meat will be best for a well-done steak, he was quick to recommend one.....and let me tell you it didn't disappoint! I had a wonderful dinner experience today, all thanks to Emma and her team! There are days when a man just wants to eat a juicy steak with all the good'ins after work and count his blessings; this is one of those days. I was seated promptly and started to ponder of what to eat. The resteraunt was pretty busy and I started to have concerns that I was forgotten..but then Emma arrived! She was so kind and a joy to converse with! I was pretty hungry and was indecisive of what to eat but Emma had awesome recommendations. After ordering my food, I noticed how Emma was hopping from table to table, always replying to patrons with positivity. And despite the busyness of the resteraunt, she was attentive to my table and brought everything I asked for in a timely manner. I am happy to report that I received my food juat the way I wanted. We came for the (unbeatable) $20 ribeye promotion. Unfortunately, it took a solid 10-15 minutes to even be ACKNOWLEDGED, even though several servers (and what appeared to be a manager) walked by us, several times. Once we ordered, our food and drinks were brought out within a reasonable amount of time. The steaks were cooked PERFECTLY medium-rare, as requested. The salad was really good, as well. Unfortunately, the food runner never brought out the ranch dressing that *she suggested* (for my fries) and our server never came back to check on us. Once we were done eating, he walked by and saw my husband's glass was (and had been for 90% of our visit) completely empty and asked what it was. We assumed he was going to be right back with a refill...nope. He disappeared for another 5+ minutes and walked past us, empty handed. We finally flagged him down and asked for boxes and our check. This was some of the WORST service we have received while dining out and it makes us hesitant to return, despite the meal being very tasty. read more

Love as we get in the restaurant, someone always greets us. They seat us almost immediately. Our server Franky was amazing, we always order the same food. However today we tried a couple different items in the menu, because he asked if we would like to try the fried shrimp. and we did and we'r glad we did. They delicious. He suggested drinks while we wait on our food The drinks ! well let me just say, everyone in the club getting tipsy Grabky was very attentive and stopped by to see how we were doing, if we needed anyt else.
