Our local coffee shop that we come to on a weekly basis. I love getting the chai tea latte as I'm not really a coffee drinker. My boyfriend loves coffee and he's really enjoyed every coffee he's tried here. Every barista we've had here is very kind and knowledgeable when making suggestions. We love staying here as the music is always chill and relaxed vibes when we've come.

I know the image I shared is just a simple to go cup. The contents are a custom made, hand crafted hot chocolate. Robby was kind enough to say, YES I can make that for you". I'm not a coffee drinker so when I enter am establishment just to say, "Hi I noticed your shop and I thought I would pop in and check it out. It's kinda cool when someone says, "Hey you said you like tea? Try this earl gray soda that we created" Pop in. Grab something. Say hello

Cara Cara Latte - deliciously sweet
    Jason G.

First time here. Tried their cara cara iced latte. I like my lattes sweet and the cara cara was my kind of sweet. Nice balanced coffee with good orange flavors. Very good drink. I could drink 2 of these easy. Only wish they used less ice and came in bigger size. Service friendly. No seating inside. 1 restroom.

A simply good latte. They were nice enough to stamp my coffee junk journal.

The coffee here is always on point. Service quick and friendly. It's been awhile since I've been here and same great taste. Parking in the back is nice.

I tried this place out because I saw they had a limited time "Cara Cara Latte" drink. Not sure if I didn't like it because it tasted like orange syrup with coffee but I was under the impression that it was a freshly squeezed Cara Cara orange. It wasn't to my liking but I'd come back to try something else. The crew was friendly and it was a nice little coffee shop. I'd have to come back and try a different coffee next time.

My sister loves coming to this local coffee shop and I have to say for my first time here it was really good. I got a honey lavender latte and it was amazing!! It was the perfect amount of coffee and the perfect amount of sweetness. The blueberry donut was so good that I forgot to take a picture, I just had to eat it!! The staff was super patient with our questions and they helped us choose the perfect coffee! The service was amazing, I've been to multiple coffee shops and this has been by far the best service! The place is beautifully decorated and I love how calm the place is and how wonderful the staff was. I would definitely come back!!

We were a big group, we got 4 drinks and two pastries. The staff was nice and got our drinks out promptly. There was plenty of space of us to sit. It was a cute and quaint coffee shop with throwback indie rock playing like Bloc Party and Arctic Monkeys! The coffee was amazing, I drank it so fast! If I come back to LA I will come back here!

Great specialty coffee shop around the north long beach area! Service is so great! The baristas are always friendly and will answer any questions about their coffee (not in a coffee snob kind of way)! The space is welcoming with seating and natural lighting.

LOVE coming to this place with my sister. My favorite drink is their chai latte. I'm not a big coffee drinker but I've tried my sister's whiskey vanilla latte and it's really good, a perfect balance of vanilla and espresso! It has a very relaxed atmosphere and service is always great! Pastries are always delicious too!! I've had many from here and my favorite was a jalapeño croissant thing, i don't remember the name of it but it was SOO good!!

I truly was not expecting how flavorful the Whiskey Vanilla Latte was going to be. It was very smooth, not overly sweet. A coffee lovers dream come true. I'm not much of a Latte person, but this latte might have changed that. The barista really helped me decide on how best to order the coffee, I was going to add an extra shot, but he recommended that I taste it as is, and if I wanted an extra shot that he would remake it. Thankfully, the two shots were a great choice. Loved the service. There's a lot of high top seating and outlets around the bar. It was very clean and slicked. Made it easy to concentrate and get my work done, especially on rainy days. Can't wait to come back!

Had a whisky vanilla latte with oat milk and it was delicious! The espresso was good, and the syrup had great flavor without being too sweet.

How's the parking it seems really hard to park?

There is street parking on Long Beach Blvd and a community parking lot on the north side of market street kitty-corner across from the shop. Please do not park in the laundromat parking lot; it is not our lot and they will tow.

There was so much construction going on and parking was terrible but I managed to find some in the residential area. There is outdoor seating and very limited indoor seating. The place itself is super cute and I really want to go back already. I love their decor. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the baristas. The gentleman that helped us at the cashier was extremely friendly, his smile, his attitude and mannerisms were beyond friendly and professional. I have to give him his kudos, because a lot of businesses don't have employees like this anymore. We were not ready, so we let someone go ahead of us. There was so much to order, but I decided to just get two drinks and the jalapeño cheese croissant. I have to say the jalapeño cheese croissant is my favorite. The bread was so warm, flaky, and that cheese and jalapeño were just enough. They did not skimp out on this. Our drinks were SOOOO GREAT! I got the honey vanilla oat latte with the banana cold foam. Yes the cashier guy helped me and I absolutely love all his suggestions. He also suggested the cheddar jalapeño croissant. My daughter got a chai tea latte and we LOVED our drinks. I must come back very soon. I regret not buying some of the treats like the rose cookies and fruity pebble rice crispies that I saw on display. While we were waiting for our drinks outside, the cashier came out to bring us our croissant. I also noticed the trolley outside, which I read serves chili in a bowl on certain days. All around, this place gets five stars + and I can't wait to be back!

We were able to get a seat inside -- at first I was worried that it would be too loud inside because of the space. But nope! It didn't feel too much at all. It was my first time there and there was a sense of community in it just because of how friendly the staff were. Besides that I loved what I got (the iced London Fog - large with oat milk and a blueberry muffin) and all of that rounded out to about $14.66. This felt pretty average for the area/ LA. Would definitely come again on a nice day.

We go back cus the coffee&matcha is decent but the service &how they go about ordering&what you can order is absurd. Every time my husband wants to add coldfoam to a drink the barista always says no it's only on certain drinks. But your a coffee shop that provides that on "speciality" drinks but can't offer it on an iced latte that we are willing to pay for? That's crazy. Also there is nowhere on their menu or inside or outside of their shop that says WE CANNOT MODIFY ANY DRINKS on our menu cus if your only putting this "coldfoam" on certain drinks then SAY THAT SOMEWHERE and you should probably put up a sign directly by the menu or at the cash register area saying WE DO NOT ADD ON COLDFOAM ON TOP OF whatever drinks you don't offer it on so people know what to expect when ordering. I really think it's weird and ridiculous that you offer a "coldfoam" on "specialty" drinks but literally cant just put it on top of a plain vanilla latte &the customer can pay for it still, almost ALL coffee shop nowadays offers that at the least. And the TWO drinks I believe they put a "coldfoam" on top of, on the actual menu it doesn't even say that they come with the coldfoam, so how are we the customers suppose to know what drinks come with coldfoam and what drinks don't? Such weird vibes here and wish you guys would just accommodate the customers more cus that's who keeps a small shop like this going.

I had my whole day planned out with a list of events to attend but first I wanted to stop by Patria and grab some coffee to start my morning off. Located in a parking lot next to Wilson Park on Compton Blvd and Alameda Street you'll find this nice cut lawn in front of this small white building, Patria Coffee Roaster. Depending on your time of arrival, the parking lot can be full but it's cool cuz there's also street parking available. I was able to park in the lot. After walking in I was welcomed and greeted with positive energy from 2 young ladies who I forgot their names but we'll just call them "A" and "C" lol. A guy to my right was sitting next to the window working on his laptop. And two others against the wall sipping their coffees and doing whatever on their phones. A customer was at the register ordering while another customer walked in to stand in line behind me. I let her go in front of me while I took pics and recorded footage. I like the atmosphere and space a lot. It has a very nice decor. Artwork, pictures and murals with history displayed along the walls. Grab and cold drinks available for purchase. Nice music playing that wasn't too loud but just right to complement a chill coffee shop vibe. "A" was friendly and patient as shared with her this was my first visit. As I browsed thru the coffee menu before making my selection I noticed more costumes coming in. I ordered a medium sized Americano which is $3.75 but I requested to add some hazelnut creamer as well as some almond milk which totaled out to $4.75 which was quite exceptional to me. Giving the location, the quality of service and the quality of the coffee. Not to mention to overall experience. I even thru in a $1 tip. I support the business and love the space. It feels welcoming and safe. The restroom was clean. They also have many different events held there. If you're ever in the area definitely pull up and check em' out. It's black owned as well. I actually ended up sitting there in the lot sipping my coffee while working on my video to post on social media. The coffee was good and tasteful. Didn't need any sugar. Great vibes and great coffee. You can even go the park right next door and get your steps in or just chill. I definitely recommend coming here. If you're passing thru the area or coming to the city, do yourself a favor and pull up. Check em' out. Grab you a coffee or something. We ordered a cream croissant looking muffin and a chocolate chip cookie. Both were warmed up and were absolutely delicious. Vibes/Ambiance : 10/10 We came on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy. There were people working there as they have free wifi and outlets. The decor and vibe is cute! They have art on the walls, pictures, plants, community flyers/events, and statements that make you feel safe and at home. The staff is so friendly and welcoming too! They also don't serve breakfast on-site since they partner with a taco spot across the way, and that doesn't open until 10 a.m., so options were very limited at that time. The drink itself was just okay--I've had it before and expected a bit more since it's one of their popular items. I ordered a cold drink, and it was average, about a 3 out of 5. My best friend ordered a hot drink and enjoyed hers more than I did mine. As for the pan dulce, one felt a bit stale, so I chose another based on texture alone, and that one was noticeably fresher.
