The shop is very intentional and beautiful, I love the openness of the coffee bar. Lots of great options for drinks on the menu. Bit of an odd spot but I kind of like that about it. The coffees are great. However, bibingka could use a little more of a nuttier profile. It's not too sweet which was probably my favorite part about it. NOTE: My friend was a fan of the pandan latte, just a bit sweet but with an adjustment with sweetness level it could be a favorite for anyone :)

Very cute, bright, spacious and clean cut coffee places. It took over the bank and workout place and make it into a relax, chill vibe place for some Filipino coffee and pastries. It's also perfect place to work and do homework since they have a big seating area with big table to catering. Small menu but plenty to choose from, there are fresh pastries too. Service is great and friendly. Coffee is fantastic (I ordered 50/50 iced), pastry is n or and tasty. Will definitely come back for more since they just recently opens in the neighborhood.

Delicious pastries from a local Filipino restaurant (Gemma) and a local Italian restaurant (Nonna's).

Stopped to eat at a local cafe when I saw a sign that read, "Filipino Coffee" then I recognized the logo: Teofilo!!! I was happily surprised to find Teofilo on 2nd Street in Long Beach! This is a great location with ample parking space and friendly staff! Ordered a latte and some ube cookies. They have other pastries from a local Filipino bakery (Gemma) and a local Italian bakery (Nonna's), so I very much appreciate these collaborations! It's great place for CSULB, LBCC, or high school students to come by and study. Very spacious and lit up well! Make sure to check out their merch!

The coffee I had was pretty good but didn't blow me away. It was smooth but it was supposed to be a salted caramel, which I couldn't really taste the flavor. It is a big place with a clean aesthetic. Staff were very friendly. The ube roll from Gemma bakery was the best part. They heated it up and it was so soft and fluffy, delicious

5/10/26 Teofilo Coffee Company Long Beach, CA... Love the Ube items here! Grand Opening 10 am to 2 pm. Ube Latte, Ube Matcha, and Ube Cruffin! Yummers !!! Great people work here, everyone was so nice. Glen the manager was very informative as he took my order! Nice and newer place. Some vendors on sight including Jedi Mind Cuts DJ, Banger Catering, LB Brewing Company, and My Sweetest Hobby. Come check this place out!

Walked by this place this morning and it was newly opened. It felt very bare minimum and the coffee wasn't tasty at all. It is located next to a breakfast place so I hope that draws enough people for them. Decent service but it feels like they should do some more interior decoration for the ambiance or something as it feels like it could just be a place for coffee to go.

I was intrigued to try Teofilo coffee because it was a new business in Long Beach. The barista Nadia explained to me that all the coffee beans are ethically sourced from the Philippines and let me sample beans that are only found in the Philippines -- how cool! There were many unique options on the menu, many things that I have never heard of. I ended up settling on the matcha with oatmilk and it was delicious. It wasn't too sweet and let the matcha flavor really be the star of the show. The place itself is very clean and looks like a good place to study and work on things. I will definitely be back to try the other drinks on their menu.

New coffee & tea shop in Naples, next to The Small Cafe and Kihon. Filipino Coffee. There are a small chain of coffee shops selling beans, coffees (hot and cold), teas (hot and cold), lattes (hot & cold) along with pastries. They carry some pastries from Gemmae (Long Beach Filipino Bakery) and plan to have croissants from Nonna Mercato (Bixby Knolls Italian Bakery). The store itself is very large and spacious with many tables to spread out if you choose to dine in. It looks like a great place to meet up for a breakfast meeting or to get some work done. We live close by so we grabbed and enjoyed our goodies at home. I do plan to meet up with others here in the future! I met the owner Glenn on my first visit. Very friendly and helpful! On my first visit I ordered an Ube Latte and Cinnamon Roll (from Gemmae). The Ube Latte was AMAZING! I am usually a tea person but they didn't have tea that day (soft opening) so I went for coffee, and so glad I tried it. Sweet but not overly sweet and absolutely no bitterness, very smooth coffee/espresso! The cinnamon roll was wonderful. On my second visit, we ordered two Ube Swirl Cinnamon Rolls (again from Gemmae), a Matcha Latte, and a Filipino Drip Coffee (for my husband). All were excellent. I like a good Match Latte, not overly chalky, just right, again smooth. My husband enjoyed his drip, very good! Cinnamon Rolls were yummy, I love Ube anything and everything! There were two women working today, very friendly, excellent service! Very pleased to have a new coffee place and so close to home! I can't wait to go back!

I don't review often, and if I do it's either really good or really bad. I walked down the street to try this new shop and unfortunately this place was a big let down. At first we got an Ube matcha, I took 4 sips and immediately did not like the seaweed flavor. The strawberry matcha was even worse and I tossed in the trash after 6 sips even after shaking it pretty good. My mouth was stuck with a synthetic aftertaste that water couldn't flush down. All I can say is either step it up on the matchas or just get rid of it. I know yall are new and I know I'm probably not gonna be the only one saying this. I'm just keeping it real with yall since you're so close to me now. I wish you the best and I hope you take this review and constructive criticism.

Delicious Filipino coffee, great vibes and friendly service. The decor includes filipino flags and pictures of its coffee origins. You're missing out if you have yet to come here

The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.

Luckily this means that parking is always a breeze with their large marina-side parking lot. I ordered the Honey Latte and an almond croissant. This is one of the best croissants that I've had from a local coffee shop. It was both flakey and chewy, and stuffed with the most delicious almond paste. While the drink was great, I felt that it was on the smaller side for the price tag. Especially with the cold foam topper. Sadly, due to its size and my lack of self restraint, this beverage was gone in seconds.

My review is not about her, but about the "store policy." I was told the shots would be ristretto, which is not my preference, so I responded with "I'd like about 3 ounces" and was told that it wasn't going to be that. I've learned when having these conversations, it's important to skip the labels of ristretto, espresso, and lungo and just say the outcome you want. I was then told, "It's not going to be that much," and then I asked if they could simply draw it long. The response I got told me all I needed to know: "We're not supposed to. It can dilute the flavor." I told them that I didn't want it and ordered a blueberry muffin to eat with my friends while they had their coffee. If you are an espresso drinker and you don't like it ristretto, this is not the cafe for you. I think this is a really weird hill to die on for a place that claims to serve high end coffee.

The coffee is on point and the food is fresh. The first time I tried the breakfast tacos with chorizo and I was just in heaven. I have no idea how that did it, but I was seriously in love with this sandwich and am still thinking about it as I write this. The tomato was fresh and the lettuce was crisp and the entire thing was a culinary masterpiece (for a sandwich). The aioli on it was perfect. The coffee is also great and I tried both a mocha as well as their regular coffee. Everyone is extremely nice and they go out of their way for your experience. The whole place is filled with succulents (as it should be!). The vibe is super fun and unique, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered a vanilla iced latte and a breakfast sandwich, and both were amazing. The sandwich was perfectly balanced--crispy, flavorful, and just melted in your mouth. It came with a salsa that completely elevated it, and the best part is you can actually buy jars of it to take home (which I highly recommend). They have both indoor seating and a small outdoor patio with umbrellas, which makes it a great spot to hang out. Just a heads up--parking can get a little tight since it's in a small lot, so you might need to park on the street. If you're heading to the beach and want a solid coffee and food stop, this place is definitely worth checking out!
