I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience at BlackRock Coffee was so bad, I feel like I have to warn others. First off, the service was downright awful. I walked in expecting a quick cup of coffee, but it felt like the staff was more interested in chatting with each other than actually serving customers. The barista didn't even acknowledge me when I stood there for a good minute trying to get their attention. When I finally did get my order in, the whole process felt rushed, like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I get that coffee shops can be a little more expensive, but this was ridiculous. I paid almost $8 for that awful cup, which is way overpriced for something that didn't even taste like it was made with any care. Honestly, I could've gone to a Starbuck and gotten something 10 times better. I won't be coming back. If you're looking for good coffee and decent service, do yourself a favor and skip this place. read more

They say if your not happy with your order let them know within 30 days than they say 7 days but if they screw up your order and you bring it right back they smile in your face give you a new one and the next day they 86 you from coming back and tell the employees if they serve you they will get fired and we come every day spend over 600 a month always tip at least 15 percent they seen me waiting out side waiting for them to open said good morning to employees walking in to open up could have been told we weren't going be served waited 15 mins was offered a new coffee the day before and had it put on my account only to be told we wouldn't be served and they owed me two free drinks do they stiled 10 at least please boycott this company they blow smoke up your ass saying they want to have a good customer experience blah blah blah read more

I stopped going to this location after they couldn't get my order right, no matter if it was busy or super slow. Whether it was the wrong drink, the wrong size, or missing the flavor, it always felt like a gamble. I thought maybe it was just this one location, so I tried another nearby. After a month of going every day, I realized it's not the location--it's the staff they're hiring.
