The restaurants hours are from 5pm to 11pm. Go to the bathroom BEFORE you sit down as there is no bathroom in the restaurant. I highly recommend making a reservation. I did not, but was able to snag a table at the open. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The food was really good. I would def come back here for a meal. It IS a little pricey but when you are getting a steak this good, it's worth it. Enjoy!

We've been to the Blackfish many times and have never been disappointed. Although like other places, prices have increased. The ambiance is nice with tasteful Pacific Northwest decor. Services is always top notch. Our favorite items to order are: crab cakes, Cesar salad, Heritage salmon (medium rare), and the halibut with pesto sauce. This place knows how to cook their seafood! I recommend to check it out.

The Dungeness crab Mac and cheese was AMAZING. It was pretty cheese but the vegetables on the side were good to break up the flavor a bit. They're also very generous with the amount of crab meat added. I also ordered the raspberry brookie for dessert. I enjoyed the raspberry flavored ice cream and the cakey texture of the brownie bottom. But, I couldn't taste the white chocolate chips that were added. Service was also quick and efficient for a Saturday night.

Blackfish is one of the nicer sit down restaurants that you can dine at inside the Tulalip casino. There is a variety of seafood dishes with some steak options as well. The food was decent but I would not dine here again since the prices were not worth the food quality. Food I got the prime New York steak with potato chunks and asparagus, and the Caesar salad. The steak was overall good. The meat was cooked perfectly to medium rare as I had requested, but crust was lacking. Meat quality was good. The demi-glaze sauce was to my liking and made the steak much better. Asparagus and potatoes are great accompanying sides. The Caesar salad was surprising when I first saw it because the lettuce wasn't cut yet. They were artistically put through a croutons ring and made the dish presentable. Atmosphere The interior is nice and the seats were comfortable. It is not too dark inside and the noise level was not loud for a Saturday dinner. However I do know they were limiting seating due to constraint staffing. Pricing My main issue with this place is the expensive prices of the menu for the quality of food that I got. The New York steak (though it was prime) was $66. I feel like I could get a better cooked steak at an actual steakhouse for that price. Service The service was good and the staff was friendly. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Other Make sure to make a reservation if you have a large party because there is limited seating due to staffing constraints.

We made reservations since we were seeing a show here and wanted to start it off with a nice meal. We ordered oysters, clam chowder, Caesar salads and the salmon platter. I wasn't impressed with any of it. The chowder had a consistently of refried beans and could be eaten with a fork. Many Caesar salads suffer from being over dressed. This one was underdressed. Oysters were good but truly the smallest oysters I've ever seen! One half of the booth had spilled wine our friends unfortunately sat. Our server was amazing though.

The best thing I ate here was probably the rolls and butter. I was looking at all the different restaurants online and decided to go for this one. The menus online do not include price tags. When we sat down, we noticed there aren't that many options and all the dinner entrees were all about $50. We ordered: shrimp cocktail ($16) times 2, New York Strip ($65) times 2, filet mignon ($53)and lobster mac ($50). With drinks and tip, it was easily a $400plus meal. I am not really a steak person so I was the one that opted for the lobster Mac and cheese. $50 for mac and cheese better be totally worth it. It was good, but didn't knock my socks off. My husband had the New York (ordered rare) and he said the steak itself was kind of dry but he enjoyed the mushrooms. Overall the food was good and the pricing is high but justifiable. The ambiance is fancy, you can see them grilling items through the glass window. The part we were unhappy with the most was, the service felt very rushed. Our waitress did make sure we had what we needed but she lacked being that friendly. At one point, when my friend and I were talking, she interrupted mid conversation and said "want a box?" Almost insinuating to hurry up and leave. I understand that there is a 90 minute limit at the table but we were under that time. Hmm it just seems like for the amount we paid, I would hope to have had a better experience with service.

I was happy we actually ended up enjoying our food since our bill was $156! My husbands Mac & Cheese was my favorite dish of the night. Lots of flavor with fresh pieces of crab in it. My meal was very good as well but the shrimp was a bit greasy and I had grease on my plate from it. I should have ordered the grilled garlic shrimp. The bread you receive when your waiting was delicious! It went well with my salad that I ordered before my meal. Our waitress was great, they did a have a 2 hour wait when we arrived but we were able to sit in the bar right away since it was only 2 of us so it was perfect. I enjoyed my birthday dinner with my husband. Yes it was expensive but I think it's a great spot for a special occasion. Plus my husband won $160 at the tables so it paid for our dinner! No complaints here :))

Had our Anniversary at Blackfish last night and had a phenomenal time!! Loved the romantic atmosphere, our waitress was very informative and helpful, and let's talk about the food!!! We started with the crab cakes, main dishes we had halibut and scallops so many flavors and so delicious to say the least we eat every last drop!!

Have you ever ordered something over and over and over again, because it was that DELICIOUS?! Welp, the Dungeness Crab Mac & Cheese, at Blackfish Grill & Bar, inside the Tulalip Casino Resort ( @tulalipresortcasino ), is that dish for me!!! Sometimes, I add scallops or prawns too, but that Mac is where it's at!!! There are other restaurants, inside that casino, but Blackfish has the tastiest seafood! Feeling so blessed to be back in the PNW and getting to eat it all the time!

we really enjoy coming to this place! The fish and chips are amazing and while overpriced, everything on the menu is pretty good. We come here a lot and get the Caesar salad and shrimp cocktail. Crab cakes are decent (a tad dry) and the steaks are cooked to perfection (the way you'd like it of course). Service has always been excellent and when the restaurant is packed, there is a 4 seat alternative outside of the bar that is on the casino floor that you can take advantage of, if available. I've plopped down there a few times when the place was either packed or on a wait list. One thing I will not order again, is the dungeness crab. They boiled it a bit too long, and while I assume it was fresh, it was really dry. I could take a risk and order it again and then ask them to not boil it so long. If you are looking for similar food and are on a budget, I would suggest going to Cedars Cafe. They do a fine job there too.

Parking is quite challenging. I entered the restaurant and was confused because there's a big sign outside that says "fisherman jacks" but it bridges two building and there's like an odd walkway and the only real entrance was this Chinese restaurant with Chinese characters on the door. You walk in and nothing says fisherman jacks. The signs, the menus, the host area. Anyways it is the place. The resultant is really nice looking and it's right on the water and it was like a nice hot day with baby blue sky and the restaurant fully opens up so we're indoor but it's kinda like outdoor patio seating. So I was really impressed at how nice this restaurant was. I used the bathroom and it was kinda sub par with only 2 stalls and 1 sink but whatever it worked. I ordered an espresso martini and a water since I had arrived last and wasn't sure who's water was who's. They never brought me a water. The martini was really good. We order family style and my uncle orders us a feast with like 6 appetizers and like 10 entrees. But the food was totally lack luster. It was at the bare minimum level of acceptable. Every item was like this. I was totally shocked. I couldn't help but be totally disappointed and I was trying to remind myself to be grateful because I'm at a family event and it's a beautiful day and I have a meal that is being provided for me and I made the best of it. But seriously I cannot stress this enough; The flavor was slightly worse and more dull than Panda Express and the quality of the food was on par with Panda Express. I know my uncle paid an insane price for this dinner and I appreciate it and had fun but I can't quite shake the feeling that this place charges top tier pricing for Panda Express level of food. I don't recommend it and I won't be coming back.

Grand Buffet from the outside entrance has a humble vibe. There are no fountains or statues. And the bathrooms have a disinfectant quality in the air. Somewhat dated. Not oozing with warmth. But clean in my experience with a no frills way of washing hands before eating. The staff will seat you, but I typically will get the appetizers, then find a seat. The staff are usually quick to see if you don't have a glass and will take your order if you choose to start that way. With families, I'm sure having them seat you is preferred. And seating, even on a busy day, is not too difficult. I estimate seating for about 100 people is available. That's based on a tour bus with 44 Japanese tourists coming in for lunch and not having any difficulty finding seating for lunch. The tour guide said he always brings his customers there after crossing the border from Canada, where they arrived. I mentioned appetizers. In addition there are main dishes, sides, some American offerings (Fried chicken wings, Pacific oysters on the half shell, French fries, crab rangoon), fresh fruit, a variety of salads, salad bar, and desserts including soft serve ice cream. The typical soft drinks, hot tea, or bottled beer is available. Dinner frequently includes salt and pepper fried crab half's. You may miss them at lunch. Sometimes they only serve them for dinner. There is also a Mongolian grill at the back of the buffet, that offers meats (beef, pork) or seafood (shrimp), noodles, vegetables, and different sauces. This is manned by one of the staff to cook your food with your sauce preference. They use a hot flat top grill to cook your food right in front of you. If you have your heart set trying that and don't see any staff, just ask for help from one of the waitresses. To get the full experience do try something from each section. The main dishes have chicken, beef. pork, shrimp, crab, and imitation crab. Easily labeled and recognizable. Buffets are logistical nightmares with the common element of consistency being the goal. Seasoning can also present challenges when trying to make everyone happy. Over the years visiting this place, it's been consistently at the right temperature, seasoned appropriately, well maintained with all serving pans filled with food, and clean. The staff are rock solid. No deviation from being there making sure your glass is full and being polite and helpful. This week I chose a Friday at 3:34 PM. To my surprise the parking lot was half full. Usually there is a steep lull between lunch and dinner. That was the only surprise. Everything else was at a standard I expect. Which is why I come back. ADA parking and access. Parking is ample with overflow parking. As of January 2026 cost for Dinner, one adult: $20.75

I left satisfied with the options and the price. It's a lot bigger inside and can accommodate large groups, if necessary. We brought in 30 and had our own section. There was still plenty of room and the server comes around refilling drinks regularly (pay for these separately from your dining bill), as well as brings the bill towards the end of your dining experience.

We ordered the kimchi pancake, short rib soup with potatoes and glass noodles, and fried beef brisket (spice level 2/4). The kimchi pancake was overly breaded and tasted like it had been fried in reused oil. The short rib soup was the safest dish of the night, but the beef was still chewy rather than tender, the glass noodles were minimal, and the broth was extremely salty with a noticeable MSG-like taste. The fried beef brisket was heavily sauced, overly salty, and far spicier than a mild level should be. The beef itself tasted far from fresh and was very tough to chew. The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high ratings.

Our dining experience began with cold appetizers, including a mixed black fungus dish with a satisfying crunch and tangy vinegar flavor, alongside pickled lotus root vegetables with a garlicky and subtly spicy taste. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. On the side, we ordered a bowl of steamed purple rice and white rice. This exceptional culinary experience combines the perfect balance of crunchiness, chili spice, garlicky freshness, and sweetness, rich flavors of Szechuan cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Szechuan-style dining experience.

It is a huge portion but it is completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Usually onions add something but that did not help. I don't know how you can mess up noodles but no one in my family would eat them and there is one person in my family that will manage to eat almost anything and they refused. The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.
