I have ordered from Blackjack Pizza numerous times and will NEVER order from them again! I ordered a pizza and wings and was told it would arrive between 6:15 and 6:25. At 6:16, I was emailed the receipt so we went to the door looking for the food but it wasn't there. I called Blackjack and was immediately put on hold and when I finally spoke to someone and started to explain that I received a receipt and the tracker said my food was delivered but it hasn't arrived, I was asked my name and received the response "oh, it was delivered to the wrong house" and put back on hold. After nearly 10 minutes, the manager gets on and tells me it was the driver's mistake and they will make us new food and it will be another 35 minutes (it's already 6:40) before it will be delivered. When I express frustration over the fact it's already way past my delivery time, I've been put on hold twice, and no one contacted me when they discovered that the driver messed up, I was met with "well, we can't make the pizza fly out of the oven in two minutes" from the MANAGER! I asked for a refund and hope the owner of Blackjack trains his or her staff on how to professionally treat customers. Save yourself the annoyance and order from ANYWHERE else. read more

Just had Blackjack for the first time. They are my new go-to for delivery. I ordered online (website is very user friendly) around 2p today for a 5:15p delivery. I'm not quite sure why the low ratings. The square dish pizza is the best around. A small square will easily fill you up for two meals. The customer service has always been great and we've only had to wait on our take out order once and that was for a few minutes. People on here complaining about delivery time should go pick it up for take out. It's always fresher that way and they aren't a huge establishment. I highly recommend Black Jack. read more

Our favorite pizza spot! The crust is delicious and not too greasy and there is always a good amount of toppings. We've tried their grasshopper and vanilla ice creams and they are very flavorful and creamy. Never have had a problem with them. We've done delivery and pick up. This is amazing pizza! We got 2 large square pizzas, one with sausage/pepperoni and one with bacon. They are soooooo good! The crust is crunchy at the edges and wonderfully chewy in the middle. There's a generous amount of cheese and toppings and they're high quality. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and the staff was very friendly. Tried to use Uber eats. The restaurant only provided the driver with half of my order. Had to call blackjack back and request they deliver the other half of the food. I hate to give a bad review. I have never done it before. They have messed up two of my orders in a row. The saving grace is that the pizza itself is very good. Would not deliver to my location, yet sent me a flyer with a coupon for delivery. Went ahead and had UberEats deliver it instead. I had the pepperoni pan pizza, and it was just sub par. We also got wings, and this is the first time I have ever taken one bite and threw the rest away. Last, we got cinnamon sticks, and they were great. Ordered two pizzas for pickup. The girl read my order back correctly and said it would be 20 minutes. Arrived and the same person could not find my order even though she remembered taking it. Absolutely the worse delivery experience, pizzas never arrived, checked online order status(after 1 hour),received a message the order was canceled, called the poor excuse of a restaurant and spoke to Anthony. He stated he called. He obviously did not take in account cell phones have call logs, he never called. Basically told me tough luck on my order. Just not is such kind words. This is some good pizza. cooked perfectly, and the dough is as fresh as fresh can get, the sauce is excellent, and the cheese, and topping are great. this is cheaper than the other chains, and tastes ike it came from a mom, and pop pizza joint. Placed an order for 2 large pizzas and cheesy bread at 11:26a. I called the store at 12:38p because my order still hasnt been delivered. I Spoke with a rude ass store manager named Yarie and I promise on my life i will never purchase Blackjack pizza again. Instead of Yarie doing her damn job probing to see where my order came from she immediately began to tell me how the store doesnt have an order for me, and that theres no orders for the address I provided to her. If you just spent almost $50 on food and someone tells you they dont have it or see your order, you'd would be irate. On top of that, when i tried to provide her my order number that was in my email, this WINCH stopped me mid way to let me know that those arent the stores order numbers, that it started with a different set of numbers. Blackjacks pizza service is TRASH! After i had a spat with Yarie, after claiming she was the store manager another "manager" called me BACK because he heard i requested a manager. The MANAGER, the REAL MANAGER, should have taken over the call once I initially asked to speak with one. I should not have had to hang up on the "manager" only to receive a call back from the manager, its like what the hell kind of circus are you all having in Blackjacks Pizza? Every time I come here there is some mix up. I come in today and the cashier said they must have run out of paper in the printer so it didn't print. Understandable.
