WARNING- vehicle damaged and they are refusing to cover repairs! On March 10th, my husband got his oil changed and on Friday April 3rd his car was leaking oil. Take5 Oil stripped the oil pan. I called them immediately after the mechanic told us on Friday April 3rd. Assistant manager Anthony (Take5 Oil)said to email over photos, repair invoice etc... which i did immediately on Friday around noon. No call back until Monday which they inform us they have to make repair or they won't pay the bill... except they didnt tell me that on Friday what the claim process is and the repair was completed. Manager Jordan's response was essentially the long Easter weekend delayed my call back to you. So not only did they damage our car we are now being told we are out $800 repair costs due to the second failure of notify us what the claim process was. Called corporate and its a franchise and have to deal directly with them and the franchise have denied our claim for not getting approval in advance to make the repair. We did our part - immediately notified Take5 of the issue and Take5 is at fault twice here. Damaged our vehicle and failed to tell me the claim process. All Jordan would like to offer to resolve the matter is refund the oil change! What a joke, this is how they treat customers and active duty military families. I do not recommend I took my Infiniti in 2 days ago for oil change the next day my car is shaking check engine light flashing they claim it's nothing they did but my car was 100 percent when I got there they say I have a oil leak but that's not the reason it's doing that read more

First off, the amazing customer service from the second you get in line. They bring a water and juice boxes and snacks for the kids while you wait for your turn. They aren't pushy with the up sales just simply stating the best options to keep your car running in tip top shape. I was helped by Matt who was kind and explained the different options. He was a great service provider. I enjoy coming to this location due to the great staff. I bring all my vehicles to western Take 5 location. They are reasonably prices in accordance with the other local oil changing places. But they have far superior customer service. Place is very clean, you stay in the car the whole time. For a great in and out oil changing experience. While your there can get filters changed out, coolant flushes and more. They are worth a drop in for your oil changing needs. read more

This location is always amazing! We've always had a great experience. Way better than Jiffy Lube, more affordable, offers military discount, and great customer service. They always come out and offer water bottles, every person we've worked with is so kind and helpful. As a woman, they've never treated me like I was incompetent and never tried to upsale me on BS. We've come in for mostly oil changes and it's always quick. They deliver on service. Highly recommend, especially if your other option is a Jiffy Lube. read more

I got scammed and I'm pissed, I was quoted a full synthetic oil change started at $85.00 and had a $15 coupon so sent my kid over to get a oil change. He came back with my car and a total bill of $118.00 after coupon? I was floored when I asked him what happened I was told the employee miss quoted me on the phone and did the oil change and didn't bother to tell my kid the price was wrong and bottom line I got screwed. I've never paid more than $90.00 for a oil change before with Walmart in the Richlands being the cheapest at $65.00. Awesome group of people. Professional staff. Changed my oil and coolant quickly. Got my wiper blades changed and everything checked. It's a decent price for staying in your vehicle, getting a bottle of water when you arrive, friendly staff, how quickly they get the oil you need and checking air filters. You think it would be super expensive to do all of that, but it's a quality service. read more

Typical run of the mill oil changes. They are way higher priced than competitors. They didn't shut my hood all the way. Luckily the safety latch caught while driving down the road. From my personal experience, they have less than knowledgeable workers compared to other places. The worker asked if my Chrysler was a 300(sedan) or a Pacifica (minivan). He also had to call over someone when his computer through up two different 3.6l V6s. Because he didn't know the difference between a flex fuel and non flex fuel. I would hope the people working on my car would have some knowledge of automobiles. I also had to tell him where the in cabin filter was. This is why typically change my own oil, but it was too cold today. With the vast selection of oil change places, I won't be coming back to this one. But hey, they do offer a free bottle of water that the worker was rubbing his oily hands all over before he offered it. So I have two stars for that and there 25% military discount. read more

We went to this location for the first time. They offer a military discount which is great. We were in and out very quickly. Everyone was super nice. Carl, Dave, Valerie and all staff were professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back. Quick, efficient, they even gave the kids and us snacks. Highly recommend. I got an oil change and the person who performed the oil change removed something that didn't need to be removed. When I questioned what was going on the assistant manager lied and said nothing. It took three different people to fix what he had removed. I was upset because the manager and another employee tried to rush me out while I was asking questions. Both continued to lie about what happened. This was my second time there and last. I still don't know if it's fixed. That is horrible. read more

They had someone install a filter who didn't know what they were doing. They didn't install our filter correctly and our truck was leaking oil all over the place. When approached about the issue they refused to refund what we paid or refund what we had to pay to get it fixed. read more

I took my sons car to have oil changed while there they tried to sell me so many thing I knew I didn't need . I feel the price was high honestly. But even worse is later my sons oil cap came off oil all over the engine now. So they didn't put it on correctly. read more
