    Thanks for this "precise" damage, Precision!

    I have been taking my vehicles here for oil changes for about five years without any previous issues. I went in last week for an oil change and a couple hours later, got home and immediately noticed a fresh five inch horizontal scratch on my front bumper below the Honda emblem. I know without a doubt that there was no scratch before I went in there, because I do not normally smoke in my car, but always have one while standing directly in front of the car while it is warming up. I did make two stops at other locations after leaving their shop before I saw the damage, but both places I parked, there was dense shrubbery directly in front of my car, shielding it from anyone or anything from coming into contact with it. My vehicle never touched the shrubbery at either location. Yes, my car is over 20 years old, but it is in very good overall condition and has extremely low mileage at just 72,000 miles. This was my Mother's car since it was brand new, she clearly rarely drove it and the car was maintained regularly at her dealership. It runs beautifully, just like new and because it was formerly my Mom's car, I try to take very good care of it and I'm conscientious about where I park it, since I know there are a lot of careless, inconsiderate people out there. I immediately called the shop and spoke to their manager who clearly couldn't care less about the damage and immediately deflected by blaming me for not noticing it before I left their property. One thing I thought was strange in hindsight, was that when they were done with the oil change, it was parked right outside the front doors, as opposed to in the regular spots like they normally did the other times I went here. There were several open spots too, including the one I parked it in before they did the service. So, the manager blamed me for not seeing the damage before I left, deflecting me to their "corporate" office who he said would probably not do anything for me either. He was correct. I understand people try to blame businesses for things like this, but I have been going here without issue for five years. I know for a fact there was no damage before I went in there and it didn't happen afterwards, either. Since I never had an issue with them and didn't expect them to be as scummy about it as they ended up being, I did not think I needed to photograph every square inch of my car before taking it in to them for a simple oil change. As a matter of fact, in over 33 years of vehicle ownership, I never had my vehicle damaged like this anywhere. Nothing was brought to my attention before leaving and based on my apparently lucky previous experiences there, I didn't see a need to inspect the entire car with a fine tooth comb. The bottom line is, they clearly do not value their customers. They will immediately resort to blaming you for their negligence as if you're making it up or imply that it's your fault for not noticing something before leaving their premises. Their "corporate" person "Ronnie" claimed that their district manager went to the shop to investigate what could have caused this. He had the audacity to insult my intelligence by stating there was nothing present there that could have caused it. Yes, as if an entire shop of metal tools, equipment, carts, other vehicles, etc. etc. couldn't possibly contain anything which could cause a simple scratch on the front of my car where the 20-something year old mechanic performed the oil change as loud, obnoxious, unprofessional rap music was playing throughout the entire service area. These people are a joke and my entirely unacceptable experience with them compelled me to open this YELP account and post my first review. I do not normally post online reviews, in general but had to give a heads up to anyone considering this 2.2 "star" establishment to think twice before you trust these people with your vehicle. You might get away with no problems, as I did for a while, but once there is any kind of issue, they WILL show their true colors. What's even more laughable is once it was made clear they were not going to do anything at all to take care of this, I generously offered a compromise to settle if they would at least refund the $60 I paid for the oil change. They wouldn't even do that! Now I feel compelled to take them to small claims court as my next step. Steer clear of this place folks!

    I honestly should have read the reviews before committing to getting my service here. Aside from being cheaper than the dealership, I really don't think place is great. Not sure how they got all these "5 star" reviews on Google. Always trust Yelp, because Yelp can't be "bought". Here are the "Karen" items that I thought was disappointing about this shop: Bathroom - it was disguising. Sink had grime and dirt allover it. The toilet was soiled with fecal matter. No paper towel and no toilet seat covers. Discounts - they are available, but you have to find it yourself. Despite coupon flyers and specials/discounts flashing on their marquee, the front desk specialist's priority was keeping the money in the store. I saw "military appreciation 10%" on their marquee and asked if I would apply to my service.. answer was "only applies to major services." I went in for an oil change, transmission fluid exchange and engine coolant exchange, which cost almost $300, but I guess that's not a major repair. Several people came in wanting oil change or alignment service (which they have discounted on the marquee) and the sales rep never once offered the discount. I did find an online coupon that applied to my service, but I had to find it. It honestly would make me want to come back for future oil changes if I knew that the shop was in business for me. Service Time: For an oil change, transmission fluid exchange & engine coolant exchange.. it took almost 2 hours to do. He gave me an estimated time of 1.5-2 hours and it was done in 1 hour and 55 mins. Overall, if you don't mind paying FULL prices for services, then come. Otherwise.. I would recommend another place. *edit to add: The service person doesn't even bother to clip the tray inside my glove compartment back up. I know it was them Bc I had opened my glove compartment to get a napkin. My wheel locks are kept in the tray inside my glove component so I know he did it, which also explains why he didn't put it back.. just left it in my cup holder. They also parked my car in the neighbor's parking lot.. without letting me know. I stood outside trying to find my car and it was not even in their parking lot.

    Paid 1,098$ for them to fix my a/c. Took more than a week. Not only does the a/c still not work properly and as they told me "coincidentally" another part of my vehicle that worked prior to them working on it is now also not working. The man at the desk talked to me like I was incapable of understanding anything that had to do with the car but made sure to let me know it should've cost me more money. But they were being kind to me because they kept it for so long. Had to take my vehicle and pay another 1,000$ at dealership to fix the new issue after trusting them with my car. Also left stains on either side of the car where they had rubbed their hands getting in and out of it.

    I brought my car for the free brake inspection thinking there a good place since I work across the street and they're always packed. Took it they inspected it they said I needed stuff so I was going to get food and then go to the parts store all the way to Chick-fil-A my tire decided to fly off because they did not tighten the bolts but further inspection they strip the bolts and why my tire flew off my fender broke my brake light broke and my car was dented. Carter got me shook up from the tire fly off because I'm pregnant and it just made me so stressed and made my stomach hurt but I mean I guess it's good that they're fixing it all but I learned this isn't the first time they've done this. Might talk to some people but they do seem nice but this shouldn't have happened. I could've crashed and killed someone or my unborn child.

    Brought in my wife's car for an inspection, having been in maintenance for 22 yrs USMC RETIRED I…read morenoticed a lot of younger people working instead of the more mature crew. They said I needed wipers that I just replaced about a month ago, but hey what better way to trap a customer than to say you need wipers so I said ok replace them, mind you the tech was a young lady and I noticed she was struggling with the passenger side wiper, another young man comes by and asks her if she needs help, he then proceeds to push up on the hood of the car attempting to help her he then tries himself and I hear the wiper arm slam against the windshield, that's when I had enough, aside from the lady wearing pig tails working over a running engine, I walked out and said IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING THEN I WILL DO IT MYSELF.... Young guy says with a smart tone "if you think you can then try"..... I close the hood install the wiper and walk back into the waiting room.... Was still charged 44$ when I should have been charged 22 because I installed the passenger wiper....managers train your floor techs better

    WARNING- vehicle damaged and they are refusing to cover repairs!…read more On March 10th, my husband got his oil changed and on Friday April 3rd his car was leaking oil. Take5 Oil stripped the oil pan. I called them immediately after the mechanic told us on Friday April 3rd. Assistant manager Anthony (Take5 Oil)said to email over photos, repair invoice etc... which i did immediately on Friday around noon. No call back until Monday which they inform us they have to make repair or they won't pay the bill... except they didnt tell me that on Friday what the claim process is and the repair was completed. Manager Jordan's response was essentially the long Easter weekend delayed my call back to you. So not only did they damage our car we are now being told we are out $800 repair costs due to the second failure of notify us what the claim process was. Called corporate and its a franchise and have to deal directly with them and the franchise have denied our claim for not getting approval in advance to make the repair. We did our part - immediately notified Take5 of the issue and Take5 is at fault twice here. Damaged our vehicle and failed to tell me the claim process. All Jordan would like to offer to resolve the matter is refund the oil change! What a joke, this is how they treat customers and active duty military families. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
