Farm and fleet says masks are required by customers and staff. This is a lie. Customers aside, staff walks around with their masks NOT covering their nose. The cashier's was so loose, her lips were clearly visible. I cannot risky my health if farm and fleet does not enforce their own mask policy to customers or their own staff. They have the nerve to advertise special hours for senior citizens for their safety. No one is safe at this store during this pandemic. Your life is not worth risking to shop here. My first time attempting an oil change at Farm and Fleet. I looked up the price. Advertised $40. Made an appointment. The associate said I had to sign where it states: I will not be charged no more than $71. I questioned it, obviously. It had on the paperwork that the oil they will be using is synthetic. My car has Never had synthetic oil! Plus not even asking me was insulting. My car is over 11 years old. The associate was a nice guy (new). He got help from a woman. She never looked at me. Trying to tell me they go by the make of the car. She said GM cars suggest synthetic. I said my car is Not a GM car! After several minutes, I was told the oil change will be $60 (after they took off synthetic) I asked: you advertise $40. The unpleasant woman said that's for other cars. I politely said: No, I'm not getting an oil change. The guy was apologetic. read more

I went up on a Saturday to order a new hitch assembly for my Durango ! Guy came out and looked at it to double check which model I needed! I paid for it but they said they could not order till Monday because the place was closed on weekends ! I was passing by Monday and decided to stop in to see if they ordered it yet , I was told no they have not ordered it but he assured me he would order it before the day was over ! They also said they would call me when they ordered it to confirm ! Tuesday went by and nothing , Wednesday I decided to call up there to see again , OF COURSE , they said they had still not ordered it , I made it very clear that everyday I don't have the hitch on , I AM LOSING MONEY ! So I finally get a call Saturday and I go to pick it up , AND ITS THE WRONG FUCKING PART ! I was then told that they could place a new order on Monday and not get to it till the upcoming Thursday , so wait another whole week ! I don't think so ! THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE SERVICE DESK OR (Andrew) in this case is unacceptable and I am recommending everyone I know to NEVER GO TO AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT EVER AGAIN ! After all that , I looked up part on Amazon , which was cheaper , and did the whole disassembly and assembly myself ! IF YOU WANT SHIT DONE RIGHT DO IT YOURSELF !!!! read more

I made an appointment, and the guy claimed I made it a day later. When I know for a fact I did not. He seemed kind of dumb, and I felt bad for him. So I won't go to this Blaines to fix anything on my car anymore. Especially after that. The automotive manager was a nice guy. My husband called the call center to schedule an oil change for my car (Toyota) that had never been to farm and fleet, but his had (Jeep). They did not ask him make, model, year, or anything. He dropped off my car and, first of all, they never called him to tell us that it was finished. We called. Second, from the moment we arrived, the tech on duty was saying how my husband had put down the wrong car. My husband DID NOT. He said he wrote down the Toyota Yaris. The tech was apologizing as we all walked in.My husband was just shrugging it off as "it's fine". The heavy set blond behind the desk SNAPS "NO ITS NOT FINE". My husband and I each took a breath and let the two help the gentleman who was already at the desk when we had walked in and we waited about ten to fifteen minutes before it was our turn. The woman starts taking down my cars information and finally, we ask, how do you not catch that its a completely different car? Oh, this lady made it clear that it was OUR fault. OUR fault. OUR fault. NOT HER FAULT. They put too much oil in my car. Again, this is OUR fault. It was the last car so the guy didn't look at the paperwork, but it's our fault. To the point where this woman and my husband are yelling at each other. I have never had such horrible service. read more

I took a 2004 Ford Taurus in for an alignment on 1/16/14. They said it would be ready by no later than 1/21/14. I called every day and every day I was told they just had to finish the alignment. They did find a couple of other issues for which they didn't have the parts to fix. I spent my time and gas and mileage running around to various stores getting the parts they need. Fast forward 10 days to 1/24/14. They hadn't even touched the car until that day. Turns out that their lift was broken for 3 days and they were unable to work on it. Had they bothered to call or even let me know when I called every single day I would have taken the car elsewhere. The closing manager refunded the money, which was only right, but I wanted to speak to the store manager. I was expecting a call by 9am on 1/25/14 and I have yet to receive that call. Goes to show you that the issues with this store start at the top with the management. I guarantee I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as soon as possible. And the car is still not finished. This has been a ridiculous situation and I warn everyone to stay away from this store. read more
