ITSA burger with everything on it..good
    Carla S.

I don't care for their "Express" locations, as I prefer to eat their burgers inside. But this drive thru went fast enough. I don't know if it's this location or because of Biden-flation, but there was less green chiles on our burgers here than I'm used to at other locations. And patties were a lil bit more dry than usual. But still, good burger!

It was ok. The food was just very very greasy, i don't know what it was but my burger was dripping wet literally. I was hungry enough to eat it and I paid for it but I had to use napkins to literally keep drying it off it dripped everywhere just gave the ick. Lotaburger just isn't what it used to be.

    Micro- chicken tenders!

1 long black hair seems like a mistake, but two in one burrito doesn't really seem like a mistake.

Came through a little over an hour before closing. Despite the lateness of the day, our server Lidia was still upbeat and kind, and seated us promptly. I was torn between the steak and the sea bass, and Lidia recommend the sea bass. It was amazing!! The bed of risotto, fantastic! Asparagus! Crisp, delicious, and not at all bitter! And the sea bass was so so so divine! Tender and flaky. Just absolute perfection. My friends pork chop was also amazing. As was the passion fruit margarita! Not too sweet, but definitely hitting the spot. I

My husband ordered the bone in rib eye and I ordered the t-bone and lobster. Both steaks were so tough we could barely cut them with the steak knife and we could barely stick our fork in them. The t-bone was very thin and even the most tinder part of the steak was not tinder. Lobster was good, shrimp cocktail was good but the rest was a big disappointment. To us this was not worth the $215.00 for steaks that we did not finish. Very disappointed more than likely will not be eating here again and we always ate here when we go for concerts.

An okay spot to dine if you're staying at the hotel due to convenience, but I wouldn't recommend it…read moreif you're not. There were plenty of tables available when we came on a Friday night, however, we were assigned a pager and asked to wait about 15 minutes. I believe it was because they didn't have enough servers, which is probably why service was also slow once we were finally seated. The food is alright. I would recommend the chile relleno burger wrapped in a flour tortilla. It was very good but also very messy to eat. The surf & turf special they have on Fridays was meh. The steak had lots of gristle and wasn't very seasoned. They also have a prime rib special on Saturdays, but we didn't come the following night.

Turquoise Trail Bar & Grill "hands down" the best choice within the casino for dining. A shame…read morethey've gotten such negative feedback as our experience was not! We were staying one night at the hotel and decided to have dinner here based on the other two locations Turquoise Trails menu seemed to fit more along the lines of what we were wanting. Happy with our decision from start to finish. It was during the weekday (Wednesday) , so it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away when we arrived just before 6 PM. Sat at the bar. Our server & bartender was very friendly and attentive. Believe his name was Ronnie. He kept our glasses filled, was super attentive and professional. Started with their salsa that is served with fresh corn tortilla chips. Salsa was extremely unusual, served warm, consistency great, tasted good, but could have had much more heat. Decided on their "special" that evening which was a 10 oz strip streak and fries for $17.99. Absolutely worth it! It came with a deliciously fresh chimichurri sauce that was amazing & tasted just like I'd make it at home. The fries were good and requested them extra crispy which they also were. Pleased with our experience & couldn't believe that the prices were so reasonable- plus the efficiency of service and staff. If travel through the area again we will definitely be back! *Note: Can be a little confusing in finding; FYI it's located downstairs.
