We had dinner here on our last night in the area & it was super good! I had the steak salad & a small bowl of mashed potatoes, my daughter had pizza, she had a cocktail & she said it was great, our waitress was super friendly, the place was really busy on a weekday, we would definitely come back

Wife and I were eating a bit light for lunch and split a Bowl of Chowder and a Valley Veggie Pizza with red sauce. The chowder tasted quite good and had a good amount of clams. The pizza was very good as well and we even took 1/2 home. Layer enjoyed it for dinner! Good service and spacious interior.

Have been here a few times and consistently the staff are nice and helpful. This bar has an upbeat ambiance and a true sports bar feel. Drinks are great. They do have Happy Hour deals. Just had the nachos with chicken and they were just okay. Felt they should have been more flavorful for the price. We will still go back and try something else.

Was great service and excellent local Music and so much fun but would have been way more fun had the drink the ONE drink I ordered been more than HALF full! Checkout this manhattan up!

Wow--what an incredible experience! The customer service here is some of the best I've had in a long time. Our waitress, Ashley, was absolutely amazing--so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. What really stood out was that even the bartenders and the manager checked in on us, which made us feel truly valued. The food didn't disappoint either. I had the hamburger dipped in au jus with steak fries--delicious! I also tried their hazy IPA, which was refreshing and tasty. To top it off, a kickass country band was playing, adding to the great atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night, and surprisingly it wasn't packed. With the level of hospitality, quality food, and fun vibe, this place deserves to be on the map. Do yourself a favor--check out Blast and Brew and spread the word!

The best "fast food/Americannn"pizza from Santa Margarita to San Miguel. Located off the 101, Curbaril Exit, is Blast and Brew. We found out that they had Me N Ed's pizza here, so we called in an order. 2 12" Cheese Pizza. They said 25mins. When we went in, it was hot and ready. The restaurant is the old Santa Maria Brewery. It's a large Brewery style Restaurant. The pizza is the "California Cracker Crust Style". The undercarriage is peppery, cornmeal, salty, hard, cracker crust. The cheese was nice and cheesy. I loved how they put a good amount out their tangy, peppery, smokey, sauce. For once in North County, a pizza I didn't want to throw in the trash. *Note that they also make their own pizza there and you have to ask for the Me N Ed's*

Blast & Brew is the best! They have very good food, great service and is a great place to watch games! They have a very clean compound and the menu is very nice! They have a great selection of food! Great place to come on a Sunday to watch the games!

Soggy Tri-tip Dip & burnt soggy sweet potato fries

I've never experienced takeout this disappointing. The fries were both burnt and soggy making them completely inedible. The meat in the sandwich was good but the soggy bread and flavorless au jus sauce ruined it. Stay away!

One of the best places in town for lunch! The service is great and usually will get food within 15 - 20 minutes.

Dani is super cool. Great bar tender. She never let's your beverage run dry. On a hot day that is very important.

It's super family friendly, and our son loves the toddler play area. Our nieces also love the arcade games, so it's a great spot for kids and families. The beer is the best we've had in Atascadero, especially the west coast-style pale ales and IPAs like Atasca-where-o, Afraid of the Grade, Mouse Rock, and Hop Clarity. The staff has always been great, the indoor/outdoor space is awesome for groups, and having a full kitchen makes it even better. We even hosted a small lead-in gathering there the night before our son's 1st birthday party, and it was perfect. We're excited to keep coming back and becoming regulars.

This makes total sense knowing that the owners came from San Diego and both worked for PPBC. Being familiar with Wild Fields award-winning brews we settled for the flight and then added some food later. Being a West Coast IPA couple, we were not disappointed with their draft offerings. In addition to IPAs, they have a good representaion of other styles, so there will be something for everyone-as long as they like beer. Wild Fields also puts together a home-brew competion, fuly embracing their community and craft beer roots. The winner gets to brew a batch of their recipe on the house system and this ultra low alcohol, smoked wheat beer was one of the most unique beers I've had. For the food, we had pulled pork and loaded mac-n-cheese. Pulled pork was fine, but I'd prefer more smoke flavor and aroma. For loaded mac, the protein is polish sausage-not something I've seen before. While it somewhat works, I don't think I'd order this again. They also had a ticketed comedy show, which we stayed for after the official closing time on a Saturday. It was fun and totally worth it. With their strong local connections and family atmosphere, Wild Fields in Atascadero is worth the detour from SLO and Paso destinations, especially for families.

Despite coming in late, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sausage and broccolini gemelli was well executed. My only criticism is the use of burrata on the dish. Because it was placed directly on top of the hot pasta, it essentially cooked the burrata, which kind of misses the point of serving burrata in the first place. Rather than adding richness or contrast, it muted the flavors of the sausage and broccolini and made the dish taste a bit bland. I think a stronger cheese that holds up better to heat, such as Pecorino Romano, would have complemented the pasta much better. That said, the service was excellent and the pasta itself was cooked perfectly. Overall, a very good experience and I'd happily return.

This was my third visit to Cielo while visiting my hometown, and overall the food was good. The…read morewine selection was excellent and reasonably priced. The clams and mussels appetizer was outstanding, the carpaccio was excellent, and our server, Vanessa, was pleasant throughout most of the meal. Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by what happened after we paid. There were three people at our table. My husband and I paid the larger portion of the bill and left a 20% tip on our receipt. Our friend paid the remaining portion and left a $10 (20%) cash tip in the check folder. After paying, I went to the restroom before leaving. While I was in there, our server, Vanessa, approached me and asked, "Is there a reason you didn't tip me?" I was genuinely shocked. I immediately told her that I had tipped her. Rather than pausing to consider that there may have been a mistake, she continued insisting that I had not. I explained that I had left a tip on my receipt and that my friend had tipped as well. She then suggested that perhaps it was my friend who hadn't tipped. At that point, I returned to the table frustrated and confused and immediately asked my friend if she had left the cash tip. She confirmed that she had as I knew she did. When I told her and my husband what had just happened, she became visibly nervous and started questioning whether she had somehow made a mistake. Wanting to clear things up, I approached our server again when she returned to the dining room. Rather than simply checking her records and acknowledging the possibility of an error, she continued searching through receipts and attempting to prove that we had not tipped. At one point she even retrieved a receipt from the trash while continuing to insist there was a problem. The most upsetting part was not that she initially believed there had been a mistake. Mistakes happen. The upsetting part was how confident she was in confronting us and how unwilling she seemed to consider that she might be wrong, despite both of us repeatedly telling her that we had tipped. Eventually, a manager stepped in. To his credit, he handled the situation professionally, apologized immediately, and clearly understood why the interaction was inappropriate. My issue is not with the manager. My issue is that no customer should ever be confronted in a restroom about a tip. Even if we had not tipped, the interaction would still have been inappropriate. Tips are voluntary, not mandatory. As someone who has worked in the service industry myself, I understand how disappointing it can be when a table leaves little or no tip. What I have never done is follow a customer into a restroom and ask them to justify their tipping decision. What made this especially upsetting is that we did tip, and we tipped well. The food was good, and the manager handled the situation appropriately. Unfortunately, one employee's actions completely overshadowed the evening and left a bad taste after what had otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Instead of leaving talking about the food, wine, and time spent with friends, we left feeling accused and frustrated. Because of that experience, it is very unlikely that I will return.
