The music was a little loud but I didn't mind it. It was a fast atmosphere so the music bumping actually enhanced it. I did a build your own pizza with pesto sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, basil, Salam, topped with sea salt and oregano. They threw it in the oven and had it out in about 5 minutes. Thin crust, perfectly melted cheese, slight char on edges. Delicious! The staff was fast, but courteous. They write your name on the order paper so everyone uses your name to address you... So Blaze is an awesome pizza chain that is finally in Buffalo! It's actually my first time ordering from it myself but I've stolen some pieces from friends before. The layout of the place is like chipotle or subway for customization of your pizza. I chose to do "make your own" for 8.65, they have a 2 topping for 7.85 I believe. On the make your own you can choose any toppings and it's all one price so it only makes sense to do that if you want more than 3 toppings! They also have signature options as well! They have a plethora of options for sauce, cheese, meat and veggies. I chose the pesto sauce (which is amazing, but I want to try the spicy red). I went with shredded mozzarella (they have two types of mozzarella) and bacon because bacon is the best. I also chose an abundance of veggies including jalapeños because I need the perfect amount of spicy to balance the salty bacon. I will say I love thin crust so I enjoyed this! If you are looking for a hefty crust you may not like the original crust as much! At the end, when it's all done (which it take maybe 3-5 mins) you get to choose a sauce drizzle if you so choose (I went with a pesto). Overall, I am definitely frequenting this new fast food restaurant for when I want pizza. It's easy to make healthy decisions here too. Give it a try! read more

Came here with my family after my sister's concert because it was one of the only pizza places open at 9pm on a weekday. Some of us got the pick 2 (half pizza, salad, or cheese bread) and some got whole pizzas. My favorite was the White Top and Red Vine. My sister loved the berry salad and the brownies too! I've been scoping Blaze since it first opened and today I just decided to just get up and go!! Thank goodness that I did!! When walking in the door the amazing smell hits you right in the face.. The workers were so friendly and walked me through everything after they asked me was it my first time coming. It's really a subway for pizza with more ingredients lol.. I can eat pizza every single day!! Monday through Friday they have a special, you can get a half pizza for $5 and any ingredient that you want on it, that's what I got on my visit. I've always really liked blaze, and I've never had a problem when ordering in the store. Due to covid and assuming it would be more efficient, we ordered online. BIG MISTAKE. One of our pizzas was perfectly fine, however the other had absolutely no sauce and hardly any of the very few toppings I selected. If ordering inside you can simply ask for more, obviously this is not the case when ordering online. When I emailed the restaurant about this issue they simply said to "feel free to ask for more toppings next time." How could I do that when my pizza is already cooked and supposedly ready for pickup? When done right, Blaze is super good. I've always had good pizza at Blaze stores throughout the country. Buffalo is an exception. We tried the Buffalo store a few months ago and one of our pizzas was wrong (we did mobile order). It wasn't a mistake that made the pizza inedible, so we took our food and ate it. The alternative was a refund or to wait another 35 minutes for a new pie. The pizza was ok but the crust was too thick. They sent a survey to fill out so I provided my comments. They sent an apology email and asked us to try it again. We ordered through the mobile app tonight to try new pizzas. My husband and I each got two very different build your own pies. The order was to be completed by 7:25, but at 7:40 the order was still not finished. It's busy, it's a Friday.. okay.. We opened the boxes once they were finished and both pies were wrong. One of the pies was so wrong it was inedible- covered in mushrooms, garlic, onions, and some vegetable I don't know the name of. Too much extra stuff to even pick off. We waited in a 20 minute line at the register and decided on a refund because the whole process had already taken so long. Never again. But definitely check out Blaze in other cities! **Update: it's been almost a week and Blaze has not issued our refund. Someone from management reached out via email offering to mail us some free pizza coupons, but never refunded our card as promised at the register. read more

I have enjoyed Blaze pizza at a number of locations. This one seemed a little more rushed than the others. I always get the make your own unlimitted toppings. The people making the pizza seemed a little stressed and rushed due to a big line, but they were pretty sloppy/messy with my creation. On top of that when they went to cut the pie it was done very unevenly, giving me some huge pieces and some tiny ones. Not sure how that happens. But it still tasted great for a great price. Fast pizza cooked in a open flame oven. So the name is self explanatory. It's not buffalo pizza but it's a thin crust pick what you want on the go pick me up. You get options, and it goes through an assembly line of sorts. On person takes your order. One person puts on the fresh ingredients, and while your pizza cooks ... you pay. They call your name and you get a free topping of buffalo sauce, pesto, and balsamic dressing. I get the red sauce but they also offer a white. And I have tried the garlic knots with pesto on top. It's all pretty tasty for a chain. And it caters to the high traffic of out of town folks that shop in surrounding stores. There is also an area to sit outside with a fire pit and play area. I really don't get much chance to make my way this side of town anymore but while I was out on "The Boulevard" I decided to give this place a shot as it was close by, offered quick food and the ability to order it online. I went on their site and built my own pizza that would be ready in about 15 minutes....the Pizza I crafted was what I would call the "Man Special" as it mostly consisted of varying meats :) As the site promised once I walked in my Pizza was ready along with my Garlic Knots I ordered, all for less than $14 with a drink which I didn't think was too bad. The Pizza was extremely tasty and well worth it, the Garlic Knots were pretty bland and a little disappointing to be honest. With a quick and easy service. Pricing is just right for what your getting. Seating is pretty cool, there's an outdoors seating which overlooks the parking but what are you gonna do about it. Get the high rise crust, sauce it up, pick your protein and topping. Sprinkle some cheese and drizzle the balsamic to finish. Yum. Place serves good food, and service is quick and friendly. I tried this when it first opened but didn't return because I am not a fan of thin crust pizza. Now that they have expanded their choices, we tried again. The main reason we went there was because my son is on the Keto diet and that is one of their new choices. Meat-lovers option was a perfect fit for him. My daughter and her husband both started with the new thicker crust and piled it high with everything they like. I chose the cauliflower crust. I have no idea how it's taken me this long to finally eat at a Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza, but I'm sure glad I finally made it here. I used to pass by both the West Haven, CT and the Toronto location pretty frequently but never bothered to actually stop in until one opened up close by in Amherst. This place is located in the busy Target/Best Buy/Nordstrom Rack parking lot in the same building as Corelife. I came here on Saturday afternoon looking for a delicious pizza and my belly left wit hone inside of it. This place is set up similar to Chipotle where you get in line and have the option to make a custom pizza. I wasn't feeling to adventurous so I got one with shredded mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, Italian sausage, and turkey meatballs. After ordering you find yourself a table and then wait for the name to be called (Didn't take too long, but it is pizza so be patient). The pizza itself came out really good and tasted delicious. I do regret not getting my pizza with thicker crust (the option is totally there) but it was still a delicious pizza. I highly recommend pizza lover's come give Blaze a shot, because if the pizza is bad it's probably because of what you put on it! read more

I love blaze pizza and I would definitely recommend the art lover pizza to anyone! I ordered an art lovers pizza tonight and when it was ready there was no red sauce dollops (and that's the best part) so, Bishop (the gentleman slicing and cutting the pizzas) requested another be made. When that pizza came out of the oven....still no red sauce dollops! He took it upon himself to personally correct my pizza and make sure it came out perfectly! I loved that he went above and beyond to help a customer! I definitely will be returning although my order was incorrect twice, I love the art lover pizza and Bishop turned the situation around, I had to give him some sort of recognition for his awesome customer service.
