First time coming this location. No different from the other locations. Ambiance is not so noisy. The staff here is very professional, took and processed my order quickly. The dining area has plenty of tables and one in particular with bench seats on both sides. read more

I rarely write a bad review. But when I do it's really bad. This is purely for the safety of customers who eats there regularly. My daughter and I went there today and I was shocked at how not sanitized they were. Especially in a time like this. First off there was a girl prepping the online order. Which was fine. There is another girl who handles the walk ins. The girls who handles the walk in came out of the kitchen and was about to serve us hesitated and went to wash her hands. Which I thought was a great sign. Then what happens after math was a domino effect of just disaster. After she washed her hands, she wiped her hands. Instead of throwing the napkin in the trash can she used her bare hands and pulled the trash can towards her to throw it away. @_@ Then she walk over the us to put our order together without putting gloves on. Another girl came to help put the Ingredients together (without changing her gloves). We went through the process and once the pizza was done, the lady who touched the trash can came and used her hands to put the pizza on a pizza cutter. She then reaches over to get the pizza cutter and that was when I saw her shirt smashing on the pizza leaving a big pizza stain on her shirt. She didn't even noticed. @_@ We paid for the pizza so as to not make a big scene and as soon as we stepped outside I tossed the pizza in the trash can. I will not come back again. I wanted to see through the entire process to see how dirty it can get. Who knows where those hands had been....... I hope the owners have better QC than this.... read more

Pizza was okay, but the service was slow. I guess I can't expect much though because they just opened. I really liked the texture of my pizza because it wasn't too thick but it wasn't too thin either.I also wish the seating area was more organized as well, it seemed really crowded inside because the tables were pushed so closely together :/ read more

Fast casual dining experience very similar to Chipotle or Subway. You pick what kind of pizza you'd want and also the toppings. They have some of their own pizza dishes that is on the menu as well that you can select if you aren't sure of what topping combination you'd like. I called 5x and even the call center couldn't get in touch with the store because their phone is on silent. I walk in with my dog and no mask on, and the lady doesn't say sorry. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was raining. When our family was try to think about a meal which is simple but good. So we choose the Blaze Pizza. As we were walking in we feel the shop is a little heavy in atmosphere. I believe all the worker was too busy. And they were lack off smile and happiness. Which I was think of leaving the Arcadia shop. But I still decide to stay and hope to cheer them up. However I was not successful and I felt bad for all worker there. The business is good but never without smile and happiness. It is like eating wood that have no taste. So we decide to go home and enjoy. I hope the Corp level people care about the people working there. Care about customer wants a happy and live atmosphere I will still give five stars but Wish every one work there enjoy and be happy Positive Energy to your customers and appreciate your customer and reflex the difficulty to your Corp level not to the customer please. This was a overdue review but I love blaze pizza. As one of my favorite thin pizza. Glad that this location is much closer than the one in Pasadena. I always love the build your own pizza because I can custom made my pizza. Also managed to eat in before the pandemic happened. Hopefully we can dine in again once the pandemic is over. read more

The guy wearing a bucket hat was extremely rude to me and all of my friends. I was shocked at how rude he was because he didn't have any reason to treat us like that. He snapped at my friends and rushed their order. He was extremely snappy at my friends when they said that was enough sauce. He rationed the ranch like it was the last sauce on earth. When we asked for ranch he said sorry I can only give you one, which would be fine but when I went up 10 minutes later to ask for one he started at me judgmentally and said mmmmm.... for like a literal minute. He just kept on looking at me and humming as if he was waiting for me to go away? And then I said well do I have to buy something else and he continued to hum and then slowly said, well...../ i guess i can give you one. and then he took out the ranch extremely slowly as if he was the bomb squad and defusing a grenade. He held it behind the counter so I had to stretch my hand to get it as if still hesitant on giving a paying customer a ranch. i'm shocked that he's still hired considering the fact that he made me and my friends hesitate to ever go to blaze pizza again. I'm usually not one to complain abt the workers bc they're just trying their best to their job but this guy was too awful and I feel like I have a responsibility to warn upcoming customers about this dude. Probably the worst blaze pizza I've ever been to. I've been to blaze pizzas that were substantially busier, but still faster than these guys. I feel like, despite having only 1 person in line in front of me, I actually spent more time waiting to build my pizza than waiting for my pizza to be baked. Furthermore, when I finally got to build my pizza, the guy asked "Do you want red sauce?" and began pouring the sauce before I answered. I wanted white sauce, which meant he needed to get some more dough and put it in the machine. This meant further unnecessary waiting. I've also never seen anyone go through multiple pairs of gloves while making 1 pizza. I actually had to stand there and wait for them to change gloves twice. Food was good though. read more

I ordered two pizzas for curbside via the app. First of all the app does not even reflect the ingredients they have so just because you order it doesn't mean it will be on your pizza but they won't notify you of that - you are just left wondering why! The app doesn't have some ingredients but they are actually available in-store as well! For a big chain like this, you should have an accurate reflection of available ingredients if customers are going to order off it! When I arrived for curbside, nobody picked up the phone. So I called again and routed to "place an order over the phone" and somebody finally picked up... I told them I'm here for curbside and he replied that somebody will bring it out. 20mins later with a screaming kid in the car I was FED UP and walked right in there (not even busy!) and saw my pizza boxes on the PICKUP shelves! Who knows how long they had been sitting there already to go!! I was pissed and HUNGRY... drove home and opened the box to realise they missed nearly all the meat ingredients and the pizzas were COLD! So mad I call to request a refund and HQ put me on hold for another 5 mins only to tell me even they couldn't reach a manager at the store! My only option was to request a refund and complain online. I ended up DRIVING BACK To the store where they were not even apologetic. Thanks for wasting my whole morning Blaze. Off to Pizza Hut right after - super quick and no issues! I went In around 7pm on a Saturday & a lot of the employees were rude/had attitudes towards each other & the customers. I told them twice I didn't want garlic & when I got home to eat my cheese bread they had put a lot of garlic on it. On top of that, there were a lot of bugs on the tables. :( read more

What's the point of selecting a pickup time when they don't start making your order until you arrived?

Workers do not listen. I asked for high rise dough and they did not give it to me and I think they charged me for it but I don't know for sure because they didnt even give me a receipt despite me asking for one. I also asked for half of two types of sauce and the girl did not listen and smeared on the wrong one. Also, I was with a friend paying separately and they tried to charge us together three times. I love Blaze Pizza and hate to write a bad review. Today I ordered pizza on the app and when I arrived shorty after the pick up time the one pizza was finishing and the other hadn't been made. Clearly someone forgot to make it. Things happen, what bothered me is due to the pandemic I don't desire to stand in the store waiting more than a couple mins for food if at all, that is the point of ordering pickup on the app. Additionally an employee putting ingredients on the pizzas had her mask down by her mouth not covering her nose. This is completely unsafe and I would advise not to go to this location due to the unsafe health conditions unless the store changes their practices regarding employees wearing masks.
