WOW. Usually have great experiences at every blaze I have been too. This has been the exception. Very disorganized with no leadership whatsoever. Took at least 5 minutes to find a pen with which to write. The. Took forever to get the crust then toppings added ok but my plain pepperoni pizza sat behind MR I want a little of everything on my pizza. SMH. I won't be back to this location that's for sure. To top it off my gluten free vegan cheese $14 dollar pizza was burnt. read more

Just had lunch at Blaze Pizza in Azusa CA and can't believe that i paid $9.75 with a two dollar discount for a small pizza and a small drink. There is absolutely no way that those items were worth the amount of money that i paid! The pizza was just ok and the dining area was clean but that's all that they have going for them. Friendly staff, but it didn't seem like there was any real accountability. For example, lots of vacant tables, but they were all dirty and hadn't yet been bused. Also, they ran out of forks... and knowing this, they proceeded to sell me a salad anyways. Don't think I'll be back here anytime soon. read more

Today We went to Blaze Pizza in Azusa. It wasn't that crowded but we still had to wait quite awhile to have our pizzas made. We could not understand the girl helping us. She spoke really fast and kept leaving our pizzas on the counter while she went to help other customers. It was during one of these times that a fly landed in the salt container and then flew over and landed on our pizza. I had been trying to get the girls attention to let her know about the fly but as I said she kept leaving our pizzas to help someone else. That was pretty much it for us we weren't about to accept bad service and flies on our food. We left and walked over to Panda Express. Not what we were looking for but at least there were no flies and the service was acceptable. read more

Blaze pizza is delicious but this location specifically has terrible service. Usually I try to be understanding and acknowledge when it appears a place is understaffed and it's not really thee staffs fault, but this place always seems to be flowing with employees and it still always takes incredibly long. It always appears that only one employee is makIng pizza and others and walking around aimlessly. Sorry if that sounds mean but that's what it looks like! Also sucks when online orders come in and people in line have to wait even longer. Anyway, love blaze pizza, but the service at this location sucks. Came in here during the free pizza on Thursday , crazy busy and still had high speed service my pizza was out within 3 minutes thanks to marco working hard making things possible. The food isn't bad but the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant are why I scored this review so low. The workers were so checked out and didn't seem to care or want to be there. What happened to good customer service? When my friend and I tried to sit down to eat, all the tables were dirty and it wasn't even busy. We ended up taking our food to go. And I went in one night with my fiancé and we had the best experience at the Azusa location, Woods , Natalie and Jordan were wonderful, helpful and polite .We will most definitely continue to come to this location because of them , These kids deserve a raise at the the very least approve their days off ! New to Azusa and came to the Blaze here in the citrus crossing plaza and was amazed by the customer service here. Matt was EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. We go to the Blaze in Monrovia and the service is far superior. We waited at the counter for several minutes to start our BYO and there were several workers just standing around. Then the lady took forever to make my pizza. I could have dropped the toppings faster. Then our pizza sat on the bar, done, for several minutes until the pizza went in. We still weren't rung up yet. Then when someone came to charge us out they we said we had a coupon and she says "which one" pretty bluntly. So we tell her the $1 off a Fresca and move the phone to scan it. She says "not yet" while grabbing the scanner. Barely makes eye contact. After charge out our pizza STILL hadn't been put in the oven! Finally it goes in. We have been here 15 minutes at that point. Sigh. Same pizza since it's a chain. Service is 2/5 compared to monrovia which is always 5/5. Fast efficient friendly people there. Sad this is the one near our house. read more

The store was dirty the girl asked who someone was which happened to be my sister just to say we were making her life harder.. she made me box my own pizza they were not under staffed if anything they seemed over staffed and unorganized. Jordan was one of the best we've had on the line and we appreciated that Hew came around to check on our experience with the food as we were enjoying our delicious pizza. Seth is the best! Every time we walk in and see him behind the counter, we know it is going to be a great experience. He works swiftly while also making sure to ask us if we would like more or less of each ingredient. Seth's humor makes what would normally be a mundane interaction with the person making your food into a fun and easy process. He takes time to show care and attention to each customer while maintaining excellent efficiency. The staff care about the customers! My friends and I go there almost every week and they not only know our names, but they memorized our orders too! They are patient when we talk in line and even join in sometimes. I'd say your pizza will be bomb af and they're funny af. All around great place. read more

The three stars given to this location are completely deceiving. Two weeks ago I experienced the worst customer service from one of the employees. On top of the horrible service, they never have the toppings you ask for. Today I decided to give them another shot and it turned out to be even worse than my last visit. The two girls who were supposably taking our orders, were having a conversation while we were waiting to order. We waited just so they can finish whatever non work related conversation they were having. On top of that, they were not supplied with the toppings you ask for. But it gets worse, As we were leaving, I ask for two ranches and the girl gives me one. I let her know that I asked for two and she replies, "man, why didn't you ask me while I was down there". Unfortunately, none of the employees wear name badges but it's okay because I'll never return again or refer anyone to this location. They are messy, sloppy, rude, unprofessional and you can tell they don't care about customer service. read more

I've never had a bad thing to say about Blaze until the other day. And I had a pleasant experience until they called my pizza was done. Dude passing out pizzas was rude to me. My pizza was to go but it was on the pan. I told him twice it was to go and he ignored me. It wasn't until the kind girl who was built my pizza was walking by and I asked her for a box did he look up and threw my pizza in a box. No one was in line. He called one order after mine. I go frequently, a few of the young women even know my order. The dudes handing out pizzas are usually cool. This guy was not. This was this past Tuesday at 12:30 if management is reading. read more

I walked in yesterday (10/6) with my two kids for only the second time ever at 3:57 noticing they had a $5 Lunch Hack posted on the door. When we walked in was made to wait until 4:00pm when the server told me the manager said the special ends at 4:00pm. So I showed her my phone said it was exactly 4:00pm but was waiting for several minutes. She walked up to the manager for approval but the manager shook her head and again said no. Was literally shocked by the managers treatment so we left and ate at Panda Express (felt bad for the young employee who was trying to help me).
