Visited blaze pizza today and had GREAT customer service from Jalen. Every time i go in there he is always busy busting his a**. There is not one time i have been in there and he wasnt in there working non stop while others just talk. His customer service is awesome he is the reason i will keep coming back. also let me add he makes the best pizza ever crispy how i like it.. I am really pleased with my pizza. Josh was super cool and friendly. He also was like the only one there and handled mine and other customers that were there without seeming frazzled. The service here was awful. I used the mobile app to order at 6pm and when I got there around 6:25 when the app said my food was ready the staff didn't have any clue where the mobile order was at. One of the female staff members informed me that due to the line they have they're ignoring mobile orders until they get the line under control. I found this to be a poor choice of words especially when there were 5 employees there. 1 being at the oven and the other 4 on the line. I asked about my order 2-3 times before they finally said it was in the oven. By 7:15pm I finally recorded my order with two of the pizzas being made wrong. Missing ingredients and burnt on the bottom. I understand trying to get through the rush, but no one should have to wait and be told that the staff is ignoring orders made by mobile. I wouldn't have made this post if they made some sort of effort apologizing for the wait, but all I got was my name called oh and "here." read more

First time visiting blaze pizza and I was blown away that I had to download Yelp again and write this review. Best customer service I've seen in a while , Richard and Rebecca were super friendly, nice and answered all of our questions. They also suggested what to put on the pizza. It was bomb we ended up ordering 4 pizzas in total . Seriously, Great customer service from Richard & Rebecca, great food, great atmosphere and lots of positive vibes. The gluten free pizza is not celiac safe! They have disclaimers everywhere but we decided to try it anyway. Everything seemed fine until the very end when the employee dropped the "gluten free" pizza on top of the not gluten free dough and was like oops. I told my husband to request them remake it but we didn't have time and he hoped he would still be fine. He was not. He got very sick. Maybe that was our fault for not speaking up but they should train their employees that gluten free means it cannot touch gluten items such as pizza dough? Oh well. Very poor service. I think this is the first place I just walked out of as soon as I entered. My family and I decided to grab a pizza after our movie . As soon as we walked in we were attacked with screaming and rude comments. We walked out. Some guests sitting down nodded in approval of us . Witch is the first thing I look for when I enter a Business there where other employees present that did not say anything. I ordered a build your own pizza they only come in one size they have a double layer pizza its if you want extra crust they should have one size bigger for people that just dont want a snack. They are skimpy on the sauce and toppings you have to ask for more witch is not good a pizza should be loaded with sauce cheese and toppings unless someone says easy sauce easy toppings. They have a few desserts they look real good I got the smores I'm going to try them when I get home. They have a few Brew's on tap I asked if I could sample a brew before I get a full cup the employee said we usually dont give out taste samples but I will this time that should be standard if you have different Brews I've never had a problem at any place sampling Brew. I got my pizza it was well done but that is the way I like it crispy as far as the flavors something is missing from the sauce also they dont have Spicy Italian sausage they employee that made my pizza said that their sausage is spicy witch it is not. The only thing that had true flavor on my pizza was the salami. When I got to my table it was not cleaned properly but Valerie B. Was right on top of it and cleaned it immediately. The restrooms are pretty clean but they where out of paper towels in the dispenser but they had a electric hand dryer but I couldn't dry my face I used a napkin at my table. I might come back if I want a snack but if i want a full hardy pizza I will go to cataldos. The prices are pretty good but cheap price comes with cheap product. read more

My experience today at blaze pizza attempting to grab lunch... I was denied service because I didn't wear a pointless cloth, surgical, or dust mask like other patrons (which all no nothing btw). Ive tried to give this place chance after chance. I go to this location because it's closest to my house. They NEVER listen or read their order notes. I'm paying $11 for a pizza that I never end up liking or eating. They put too much cheese. I like my pizza a certain way, extra sauce & easy cheese. Somehow the California location always manages to get my order right and read the order notes. I will always drive a little bit further to the California location just because they actually care and listen. First off, I love Blaze. However, this particular Blaze has a staff that isn't quite ready for prime time. They were so skimpy on the toppings that we had to keep telling them more, and we didn't even order any meat. Swing and a miss on the sauce. It was so thin, it looked more like pink mist. The cheese was so sparse that hardly any of the pieces of shredded mozzarella touched. Then she tried to spread out one basil leaf for the whole pizza. Every topping had to be added to. It was as if vegetables had replaced BitCoin as the new currency and Blaze was the key holder. The final fail was cutting the pizza. It wasn't cut all the way through and I didn't have a single paired triangle. I will rerun to Blaze as it is one of my favorite spots, but I'll stick with the pros on California Avenue. read more

Rude customer service. Long story short, I came at Blaze at 10:55 in the morning, asked for a BYO. One of the employees was going to attend me and asked me for a regular dough crust, and I did but it looked old and broken. He was doing the first one and gave a negative attitude for something simple as just taking off the crust from the crust compressor. So another girl took over, unaware that the previous employee offered me the old crust and she re-offered to me again. And I said to her no, I had mentioned to the previous employee that I declined. So she did me another one, but looked moody. Not sure if it is because of the morning, but I felt extremely uncomfortable asking for my toppings or what I wanted.
