It wasnt my first time there but this time I went to the west boca location this past weekend and it was awful. The garbage cans behind the food were overflowing. As they were making our food down the line they were also cleaning up the boards and picking them up to empty the mini scrap trash bins by my raw pizza. The floors were a mess. By the pizza oven they were dropping slips and picking them up and putting them near the food. Behind were the raw pizza sat before they went in oven there were scraps of food. The glass by the cutting station was filled with splashed sauce and grease. The to go online order area was filled with peoples empty trays and empty cups. I emailed corporate and they offered me a free pizza....really why would I want to go back. Hopefully the health inspector visits them soon. read more

Used the app for the fist time the other day some how it ended up adding spicy red sauce to the cheese pizza for my kids. Not only that but both pizzas were soft in the middle under cooked. Love the idea I can customize what toppings I want on my pizza & how quick the process goes .. taste is there place is always clean BUT. And I'm never one to complain. I have family in the food industry and family owned restaurants- but like i said.. every single time , and no exaggeration, it's the same few people working & they literally look miserable every.single.time. No one cracks a smile, everyone walks around like they hate their lives lol. It's kinda uncomfortable to be honest. Yes the food is great. But if you make me feel like I'm a bother to you or your personality blows. I'm not sure I'm coming back. Get some new friendly faces in there and it'll be even better . Tried to order two pizzas online as we wanted to try the new Keto crust. Built our pizzas and when we went to submit order it said that due to a large number of Togo orders the website couldn't process our order try again shortly. We tried again and got the same message. Annoyed I reached out to Blaze via email and never heard back. Poorly run business. read more

We've had good experiences here in the past so I placed an online order. When we got home we realized the knots were cold so we skipped to the pizza. It was missing toppings we ordered and I think the ricotta may past it's prime. It tasted sour so we had to toss it. Bummed because we really liked this place. The pizza and service is always exceptional. Parking is a drag, but that's only because they have limited up close spaces they share with Starbucks. Managers and staff are all pretty dope. I recommend for a nice refresher mixing the pear and blood orange, personally one of my favorite combinations. read more

It is my first time at this location and let me say it is nothing like the others! The customer service was amazing and the staff was very kind. One of the employees came to my table and offered if she could be at a service to us. No other blaze location that I have been to has done that and I found it great. Once the pizza is put into the oven, I waited no more than five minutes to retrieve it. I will definitely be returning to this location!! read more

I went to order two pizza for my team. I had everything I needed on my phone. I never been here so I needed help with the order. When I got to the area where I needed the topic. The associate heavy set African American asked me what type of cheese. As I was reading everything I needed she slammed her hand on the board n screamed at me what Type of Cheese!!! I told her not to worry about it that she was an AH and I walked away. Very rude. If you are having a bad day, don't slammed your hand at me and scream. So this is not my first time coming in here, it's my second time. However, I will not be coming back due to the customer service and overall experience starting from when I walked into the restaurant to when I walked out. No one greeted my friend or I when we walked in, and we waited at the front counter for around 5 minutes before someone (not wearing name tag) even acknowledged us standing there waiting for our order to be taken. The worker who took our order (also not wearing a name tag) was impatient, the next worker to make our pizza had us ask for extra of everything because I guess their portion sizes are extremely small when it comes to toppings. Next encounter with a worker was at the register. Ashley would not smile to a single customer, gave attitude when one of her coworkers asked something of her (like ask for help from one of the 4 employees standing in the back doing nothing), or even when my friend helped her pick up bottles that she dropped did not say thank you or smile in acknowledgment. As we were eating, 10:00pm hit and two kids walked and one of the workers (not wearing a name tag) yelled/ snapped at them and said "It's 10 o'clock. We aren't making any more pizzas." The door was not locked, there was nothing posted, they were still pulling pizzas out of the ovens, and they had not started closing/ cleaning up the conveyer line where they put the pizzas together.
