Not the same experience I've come to expect. My two pies came out a little burned and they put all the ingredients toward the center, they were not evenly distributed. Wife convinced me to get this instead of the food courts on either side. She was right. I describe it as a subway for thincrust pizzas and 7.95 gets you unlimited toppings or you can go with their set menu of ingredients. Not so difficult to scan thru the menu rather quickly. Let's see... first off are the people... exceptionally good at what they do and super friendly. Next, the pizza, made the way YOU like, with an astonishing selection of veggies and cheese (and meats if you like that). Delicious, quality driven with gloves on hands, smiles on faces and easy at the cash register. So we have and had a good feeling about the place when we saw their booth at the Banning Stage Coach Days. We stopped in to say hi and MOMENTS later a huge rainstorm came. I mean HUGE! (The weather people said it was a 700 year storm.) The two girls, Melissa and Marisol stepped to the outside of the booth so that we could step fully inside to avoid getting wet. They, however, were not fully protected and got some of the rain. Bottom line: they endured discomfort so that we were dry! Horrible customer service someone needs to retrain staff or bring someone in that's cares about the franchise

Pizza is delicious and a perfect personal size, unless you are really hungry. The whole "Subway" idea of pizza is really cool and all the ingredients are fresh and unique! I am not a big pizza person because of all the grease and processed ingredients but Blaze pizza's taste totally different. The thin crust cuts out all the unnecessary extra dough so you taste more ingredients. They have like over 6 different kinds of cheese and you betcha I wanted all of them, no problem! They have an unlimited topping price. The employees were so upbeat, friendly and attentive. They seemed like they were really have fun at their job! My husband is a big pizza fan (he thinks Little Cesar's is good! Bleh) So I wasn't sure what he would think but he was really impressed and loved he could add all the meats for no extra charge. The missing star is for the price. Has nothing to do with the location I now but it matters to me. A pizza for my husband and I each was $19 and change. We got the pizza to go to eat at home because we didn't even get any sides, desserts or drinks because $20 on a fast food restaurant was already too much. The pizza is to die for and I understand for the price you can add everything you want but Blaze will have to be a special treat for us because I cannot fathom spending $20 for 2 small pizzas on a regular basis. read more

Food is ok. Service was an absolute cluster. Floor is covered in trash! Bathroom was a disaster to say the least! Over 12 people working all behind the counter not one of them cleaning. And we were rushed through the line to make our pizzas with no one behind us. read more

Okay first off I am happy to say that they have vegan cheese! There dough is also vegan, as well as there spicy red sauce. I have been Vegan for almost 2 years now and I love every bit of it! So my usual I ask to customize my own. I get the spicy red sauce with vegan cheese and the toppings I usually add asker zucchini, olives, onions, red peppers, spinach, and mushrooms, sometimes pineapple if I'm on the mood for it. So the guy making my pizza asked if he wanted me for him to change his gloves so he could add my ingredients because he was touching meat with those gloves so I said yes please. I thanked him and told him I really appreciated that. So he made my pizza and not too long after came out my customized pizza. The guy that was handling the pizza said I will be right back I'm going to wash the cutter, since indeed he most likely was cutting meat and dairy pizzas with it so I thought to my self wow they really are sincere to their customers and are very kind. I appreciated that and was very satisfied with the customer service as well as as my pizza because it was so good. 2 thumbs up for blaze read more

For a pizza place this place is the BEST I've been to ... FAST, friendly, clean, and DELICIOUS!!! Told worker is was our first time there and she helped us figure out where to start and how things worked. Decided to get custom pizzas instead of their signature pizzas. Based on reviews from yelp we tried the blood orange lemonade. Pizzas came out great, beverage was delicious, and the music was cool too. I did hit up the restroom and it was clean. They had multiple high chairs (we've been to restaurants that have run out of highchairs). Staff asked us how everything was multiple times during our visit. Felt welcomed, appreciated, and full when we left. Oh they also serve beer but I was driving so next time it's ON! Plan on visiting blaze again soon read more
