I love creating my own pizza here -- it's always fun to customize the toppings just the way I like! Service is generally good, though there's still room for a bit of improvement. One thing that was a bit disappointing: I visited twice, both times about 10 minutes before closing, and was turned away on both occasions. Used to be always but bad at all whenever we visited this location, but lately it's gotten worse and worse. First, the pizzas became too soggy and wet with oils dripping, but still edible. This last visit, as I watched the middle aged Hispanic man taking out our three pizzas, I began to shake my head seeing the crusts' edge pretty burnt. They were all overdone and dry. Mostly almost like cardboards yet he overdozed them with too much olive oil. It was even packed and no one waiting behind me. Just don't get it why he messed the pizzas up so bad. This has to be one of the worst kept Blaze Pizzas EVER! At the Bottled beverage station next to the register there was two drinks with NO ice in the container. Wine was listed on the menu, but the server didn't know they served it, and in fact, they didn't have any. Two of the soda fountains were "out of order", and the lemonade and iced tea containers were both down to the last quarter inch. Finally, the men's restroom looked and smelled like skid row. The room was covered in graffiti. My guess is this location will close in a month. read more

So disappointed in this location. They had at least 3-4 employees we could see when we got in line. There were 3 of us and my friend and her son were ahead of me. I was right behind them and waited about ten minutes after them. They paid and I was waiting to order. I ordered the thick crust with light sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. As I checked out I saw a sign for cinnamon bread and decided to try it. Big mistake! My order came to almost $25. I sat with my friends and they got their food. Just as they finished eating, my food came! But only my pizza! They forgot to make my cinnamon bread. I hurried to try and eat a few bites so everyone could leave as we were on a time limit and couldn't be late. My cinnamon bread came as I hurried to pack up almost an entire pizza with a few bites eaten. It was also slightly burnt. I think that's why it took much longer. Keep in mind no one else was in the restaurant. I do understand they have mobile orders. We had to go so I grabbed two pieces of the cinnamon bread to eat while leaving and it was so doughy and undercooked I had to spit it out. See photos. It is not worth the price and the length of wait time and missing being able to even really eat and to eat with who I came with when they made this many mistakes. I'm a single mom on one income and just wasted $24.92. I've been here before and while the wait time then was a bit much it wasn't this bad but it is definitely getting worse at Blaze and unsure why. I used to love their food. I don't like the burnt taste. Also they did not tell me that thick crust cost more. It is a hidden fee! When you look at the menu it just states to pick your crust and lists 4 types I believe but no $$ amount listed under any of them! This is my favorite blaze location but today MANAGEMENT failed both their customers And the front of house employees... at 6pm on 12/8/24 the young Latino male worker firing the pizza was really trying his best. I don't know what's going on with this place we pick up every Friday for like two years and everything's been legit. The last three times they absolutely botched my order. The first time two out of three pieces were the wrong pizzas and it took like 45 minutes longer than usual in their defense. I've never been here before, but I ordered a meatball pie. Pie had a large missing piece of cheese and actual toppings. I went back and told the woman who seemed in charge that it was my first time and if it was supposed to look this way with large gaps of toppings, she told me the cheese got pushed over in the oven and that this was normal sometimes, she did not think it was a big deal. I want to focus this particular review on the amazing service I received yesterday and today, specifically from Cassandra and Brooke. When I walked in yesterday it was immediately evident there was something going on with the AC. It was hot, too uncomfortable to dine in so I took my pizza back to my office. I returned today because with yesterday's purchase, I earned enough flames to redeem a free personal pizza. Most of the time when redeeming various coupons, staff often appear annoyed, but not with these two. They really made my visit more pleasant. In today's hectic food industry, it's too easy to overlook the important role of human interactions. It's scary to think how many of us would prefer to have our food delivered if not for the additional cost. Lastly, to the Blaze owner/franchisee, please take care of your AC asap, it's concerning your staff needs to work in such an environment, not to mention you'll likely lose customers because it's so uncomfortable in your store. read more

I visit this location today to get a cauliflower pizza. As I enter into the establishment I saw the staff cleaning up. One was in the back mopping and Brooke was in the front sweeping. As I was going to order my pizza none, I saw the staffs stop what they were doing and came to the front without washing their hands, ready to make my pizza. I was shocked. I asked the young girl to wash her hands she looked at me in shocked. The other girl Brooke put the broom and the dustpan to the side without washing her hands. She started handling the food without washing her hands, seen cutting the pizza w/o gloves and placing pizzas in the oven. I nicely asked her to wash her hands and she ignored me, stating my hands are not touching the pizza. The staff that made my pizza washed her hands and proceeded to make my pizza. With all these bacteria found in food restaurants, I am concerned about staff members not practicing hand hygiene prior to handling food. I didn't have a great feeling, but my husband wanted pizza so I kept my mouth shut and ordered a salad, hoping it would be more sanitary. But after my husband went to get his pizza, he came back to the table and told me not to eat my salad and we threw away the pizza. My husband isn't overly a clean freak like me, but even he wasn't having it. We just wasted $30 because he noticed several health code violations. This place really grossed me out.
