Ok y'all.... I know I've reviewed quite a few pizza places buuuut I love a good pie! Blaze has it figured out. As you walk in you'll see what I'm talking about. A build-your-own pizza station!!! They have quite a few options but my go to is the Red Vine. It is topped with ovalini mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, basil, red sauce, and olive oil drizzle. I always add an embarrassing amount of whole roasted garlic cloves, might throw on some pepperoni, and then a healthy topping of balsamic drizzle to finish it off. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I never forget an order of the dough knots. They are pretty tasty as well which is why I always go for the 4. They have mozzarella and garlic pesto wrapped in their classic dough! Both my kiddo and I love this place! read more

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat, once I got back in town. The pizza is what it is. Great, brick style thin crust. The Lunch option, you can get a half pizza with two dough knots. I'm not sure exactly what those dough knots are made of, but they are heavenly pillows of goodness. They are cheesy and pesto-y. Though the pizza is good, that they skimp with the toppings. You can of course ask for more cheese and sauce, but it will cost you extra. Not an entire big deal, but it is still a slight hassle. Quick and good lunch. read more

Terrible, terrible location. The lady barely put any cheese on and it didn't even cover the sauce. When I asked for a little bit more cheese, she said that will cost as another topping. Since when is cheese an extra? Isn't that the main ingredient of a pizza? What's the point of a pizza if the cheese doesn't cover the sauce? Save your money and go to a different location. I love blaze and have been to many. This one wasn't the worst. It was understaffed, but most places are so no points deducted. They were so skimpy on the sauce and cheese. That is why the 3 stars. They also seem to be a little disorganized. The poor person on the cash register was also doing the pizzas, but they had 3 people on line. Overall, not the best blaze, and I may even go again. But, if you have your options, you might want to check out another one for more bang for your buck. read more

Beware! If you want to make an online order I wouldn't suggest choosing from their Deals and Bundles. I chose the large BYO + 4 dough knots. Once I got home and looked at the pizza there wasn't any sauce or cheese on it. There wasn't an option to choose sauce or cheese but it was labeled in the description. Very disappointed. read more

I visited Blaze Pizza on Pi Day. It was...nuts. They were offering a fantastic deal ($3.14 for an 11 inch pizza) and everyone in Fishers came out to get one, I think. We waited for roughly an hour before we got to order/eat our food. But the weather was nice so I didn't mind waiting outside! All that being said, the staff at Blaze did a fantastic job handling the chaos that was being thrown at them. Once we did finally make it in the building and up to the counter to order, most of the employees were quite friendly and in seemingly good spirits. Not only that, but they were incredibly efficient and every person I saw was doing the best job they could as quickly as they could with a surprisingly good attitude. I think I might have been a little grumpy if I were them. The restaurant itself has a lot of different options for what you can get on your pizza, and I appreciate that because I am someone who tends to enjoy pizza with, let's say "non-typical" toppings. They have plenty of template pizzas for you to order, but if you want to create your own you can do that too. And you don't have to pay for more toppings! I would say that from the process from the start of our order to when we received our pizzas took MAYBE 5 minutes. They were quick, friendly, and my order was accurate. This location requires a lot of patience when dining in, at least during the lunch rush. Blaze staffing at the front should be relatively simple: one staff member taking orders and organizing/building crusts, one handling toppings, one at the register, and one at the oven/cutting pizza. This should be the minimum. Unfortunately, the Fishers location is always at least one person short. Today, they tried to share cashier duties by committee. This resulted in a 20 minute wait in a relatively short line. This location needs to do better from a staffing standpoint. read more

Not happy with Blaze in Fishers, IN at this particular moment. You ready? Why do online ordering if even when you get there a few minutes b4 the sched pick up time, you still wait almost ten minutes. The pizza wasnt in the pick up bin but lazily placed somewhere in the counter and forgotten. So....long story short, just order jn line. The pizza wont be cold and your own body temp wont boil. Tried to stop at this location for something quick to take on the road to eat since I was starving and had very limited time. Well, this place definitely put the FAST in fast-fired. Pizza was chewier than a piece of Laffy Taffy. It was in the oven just long enough to warm up 1 or 2 of the banana peppers I had on the Build Your Own pizza (BYO). I had no idea that BYO actually stood for Bake Your Own pizza, unfortunately. What's the point of having 6 people working if the ONE important task of cooking the food can't get done? We ordered two pizzas tonight to be delivered. 45 minutes later we get a call from a DoorDash driver who cannot find our house. I give him the address verbally and via text. He calls again later and says address is wrong. I told him to just put it in Google maps or something. He does and shows up with 2 cold pizzas. One was not correct at all and had ghost peppers on it, and the other was correct but not cut (no big deal but why not?). So we are warming up the one pizza in the oven after cutting it into slices and not sure what to do with the other one which nobody will eat. Expectations not met. read more

BLAZE MADE ME LOVE PIZZA AGAIN. I always order pesto on original dough with a topping or two and I'm going to keep ordering the same thing because it is delicious!!! Dough guy was extra slow, the three people making the pizzas were nice but not very efficient and I think the cashier was new...nice, but new. The dish guy was texting. Also, the guy in front of me added so many extras to his pizza and no one ever wrote it down on his sheet.. Did the cashier even know to charge him more? Tried this fast today for the first time. Excellent thin crust onto which you can select from a 'favorites' list or 'build your own. Tami chose and was well satisfied with a favorite mozzarella, tomato, basil pie. I built a spicy sauce, provolone, mushroom, Italian sausage, bacon, artichoke, roasted garlic and kalamata olive selection. I love spicy food and was impressed with the heat of the spicy sauce. Not overwhelming to me but risky for moderate heat lovers. Each of us had a small salad as well. Tossed for her and caesar for me. Both well sized and very fresh. Though you order at a line upon entering, staff frequently checked on us to see if we needed anything. Staff and manager were friendly and happy. I went to Blaze Pizza for the first time recently with co-workers. On walking in, I loved the atmosphere. There was ample room to sit and everything looked clean. We arrived during the lunch rush on a Thursday, so we expected a bit of a lag, but in reality we moved through that line at a snail's pace. They only had three staff members attending to the order line (one to write the order, one to add toppings, one to crank out fresh pizza crusts) which seemed to be the cause of our slow progress. I was pleased with how friendly they were, however, and they didn't try to rush me through the line. I ordered a Build Your Own pizza with no cheese and plenty of veggies. I got exactly what I ordered hot out of the oven, plus a delicious balsamic glaze to top it all off. I would not only go back, but also recommend this place to others who like customizing their orders to be gluten or dairy free. read more

The food here is excellent. The staff is happy to help you create the perfect pizza. However I won't ever eat in again. The staff was loud and obnoxious in the open concept kitchen. EDIT: I'm increasing my star rating after multiple visits because I have realized I crave Blaze just as much as my kid. I like a simple pie of olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, basil, and sea salt. The coconut aqua Fresca is also amazing, only slightly sweet, but very refreshing! I can also say the young staff here are also extremely pleasant, especially Hunter, every time I visit - despite the fact that they seem understaffed. My teen enjoys this pizza place and will request it on occasion. I like the fire'd pizza style and concept here of walk up and build your own pizza. The pizza is pretty good, but can become a little soggy in the center - perhaps cooking a little longer is needed. My concern for this place is the lack of management. Generally, you see only teens working, and they are always hustling to make the pizzas as fast as possible because there often tends to be a long line here. They do a decent job of getting customers through the line, but the rush of making pizzas leaves no time to apparently clean the place. They are clearly short on staffing and whomever is in charge of management isn't very present, in our experience. The toppings bar is a mess and it is not uncommon to not have a clean table to sit at. They offer some unique soda and juice/lemonade options, but each visit we have found half the containers empty. This place has potential as it offers a decent product at a reasonable price, but management needs to step up here. Horrible experience this evening. 1st pizza was burnt black and they were happy to serve it. Asked them to remake it. Second one had meat on it. They asked if i was sure I didnt order meat. Im a vegetarian. At that point I simply asked for refund. That process went smoothly. They were staffed with all teenagers who kept leaving the oven to go in back. No one at the register, no one manning the oven..No wonder they were serving black pizzas. The attached picture is my husband's pizza. He ate it even though it was burnt. Mine was much more burnt.
