GF Crust topped with olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, basil, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts and a pesto drizzle

Not all Blaze Pizza locations are the same, this location is my favorite! If you've never given it a try definitely come to the Fishers location. Always clean, friendly staff and most importantly they have never burned my pizza! Ha! My build your own pizza concoction of the day is GF Crust topped with olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, basil, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts and a pesto drizzle. Looks amazing(psst, I added a photo), I'm excited to give it the one bite review! :D

Happy 41st birthday LeBron ! Had to eat his pizza to celebrate the kings glorious day of birth. Blessing to all. Service was great but could use some cavaliers decor

Meatballs with A Lot of sauce. Pesto sticks with actually spicy red sauce.

Trying blaze pizza for the first time. Kind of a Subway version of pizzeria. Better than Papa Murphy's cuz they actually cook it. Nice and friendly location. Food pretty creative for what it is and reasonably priced. The meatball sauce was nice n smokey--maybe sun-dried tomatoes

One topping pizza, charged for two topping for asking to add a little more olives.

I have never had issues with this place until the evening of 3-20-25. (Around 8:20 p.m.) My husband ordered a one topping pizza, and asked if he could get a little extra black olives, since the line order employee did not put that many on his pizza. When time to pay, he was charged for a two topping pizza because he asked to add a little more olives. I mentioned to the lady at the checkout, that this has never happened before. The worker then said she would have a talk with her employees, as they should charge. I have a picture of the pizza, as you can tell, the additional olives are barely what a one topping would be.

The pizza was amazing! My kid says it's his new favorite!! The crust is super thin and crispy. There are no servers! You walk up to the counter to order. You can build your own pizza or buy one of the specialty pizzas that they have created. They call your name when your pizza is ready. Pizza takes less than 10 minutes to make and it's fresh & hot. The restaurant isn't huge but they have different types of seating! Booth, high top and low tops! They have a parking lot with plenty of spaces to park!

Food is good and the service was fast! The restaurant is clean, a great spot to dine in!

    Barely any spinach

The service here takes forever!!!! You could easily stand in line for 35-45 minutes. It really depends on who you get to make your pizza. Some of the workers including a long blonde hair middle age guy will barely put any toppings on it. My pizza today had to get remade, because it was dropped while cutting it and when I went over to check on it to let them know we had extra cheese there was barely any cheese and 4 pieces of chicken. I thought it was a joke, so I asked for more chicken. I also asked for spinach and received few pieces. The toppings are very hit or miss. Sometimes it's worth the money & sometimes it's just not.

Really yummy pizza! I LOVE their crust. I also love that you can just order a half pizza, perfect size for me! It's really neat that you can go in and have them make your pizza right their behind the counter. They have a great selection of toppings from meats to cheeses to veggies. There is one worker in particular here who does a really great job in building the pizzas. Instead of just throwing the toppings on, she makes sure toppings are evenly spread out.

After ice skating in Carmel we hopped over to Fishers to try this place. The wife and kids have been to Blaze before in Clarksville but this was my first time. I was not sure what to order since a list of available ingredients was not available on the big menu overhead. Too many people in line blocked my line of sight to see what the little cards said. So I just went with a meat lovers and told them I plan to customize it. Instead of pepperoni and meatballs, I substituted ground beef and smoked ham. I kept all the other veggies it comes with and added bell pepper. Kudos for offering ground beef but what they gave me was pathetic. The amount was about a tablespoon dumped dead center. I got 5 slices of ham and that's all. It never ceases to amaze me that pizza joints will completely cover the top of a pizza with pepperoni edge to edge but when it comes to the other ingredients, NO. I don't know if it is too noisy in the restaurant, the staff is deaf, or the masks muffle our speech, probably all three, but they got names, crust choices and more completely wrong after a lot of shouting back and forth. Here is a suggestion. Have order tickets available for the customer's to write their own selections down ahead of time while they are waiting in line. I would be able to see every ingredient offered as well as crust, sauce and cheese options. Subway should do they same thing! I hate yelling all the answers to their questions. I fill out a slip of paper with everything you need to know and then it WILL BE ACCURATE. Another bottle neck in their process is the matching of the brown paper with each pizza while the pizzas and customers just sit and wait. I understand different pizzas take longer than others but even with the metal numbers in the pie, the staff seems overwhelmed with this task. Maybe two folks would be better than one? The pizzas were ok. The wife ate one slice and didn't like the Keto crust. The grandson and I almost finished ours. The granddaughter ate half of hers. I would go back but only if I was in the mood for pizza and no other options were nearby.

    Yum pizza!

It's subway for a pizza!!!! That's right! Think off all the toppings you could ever want to choose from and not having to pay per item as you would when ordering from your historic pizza chains. Blaze offers the opportunity to add toppings and combinations to your hearts desire! I posted a photo of my pizza concoction and another photo of all the toppings I ordered. It was delicious! When I went in to pick up my pizza, I saw garlic knots that I definitely want to try! So I know you're wondering, with such good pizza, why the three stars? Well, honestly, I could not in good conscience tell you to come here without making you aware of the following (at least for the Commercial Drive location): -I ordered my pizza on the Blaze app 30 minutes in advance. Got there, and pulled to their carry out spots. The phone number on the carry out signs didn't work. I had my husband call too to make sure it wasn't just me. Nope, didn't work. -I went in to ask about my order. My husband and I ordered at the same time. My order was about 10 in front of my husband's...and thirty minutes later both weren't done. So even though my order was ahead, still wasn't done and my hubby's was still a ways back. -the app said the pizza would be ready in as little as 15 minutes. I had extended the time. Still wasn't anywhere near accurate. -there are racks to pick up your order. No one calls your order or asks your order name which makes pick up messy. You either A) touch everyone's boxed order looking for yours...gross or B) hover next to the employee cutting pizza to see if maybe it's your order or C) stop the employee cutting pizzas to ask about your order and while he/she looks more and more pizza run behind schedule. So I put my order in at 5 for a 5:30 pickup. It wasn't ready until 6:10. I don't live by Blaze so it was super inconvenient waiting an additional 40 minutes. And the waiting made me miss my Nothing Bundt Cake order which closed at 6pm. If the service and delivery plans were restructured, I'd rate 5 stars. -

Have been here a few times after hubby said how great they were for his lunch option as he works up that way. They have a cauliflower crust and keto crust option. I have done the keto crust each time as I am currently limiting carbs. I LOVE their pizza!! I always get the unlimited toppings so I can get all the cheeses and a few extras. Don't skip the salt topping at the end! Delish!! They've always been very busy when we go and get a ton of online orders, so be patient! Everyone is nice and friendly and accommodating.

I have been to this Blaze location multiple times and have never had an issue until today. I placed an order online and when I got there at my pickup time, my order wasn't ready. Service was also bad. The staff was rude today regarding something that I wasn't aware of as a customer when ordering online.

The menu consists of Antipasti, pasta, salads, and pizza. They also have desserts of tiramisu, cannelloni and cheesecake. We ordered the Amanti Della Carne pizza. It consisted of mozzarella, pepperoni, homemade sausage, signature, tomato sauce, ham, and mortadella. All pizzas are 12 inch and thin crust. Our pizza was $17. We also ordered the spring salad for $7. It consisted of spring mix, tomatoes, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. The spring salad was good. The lettuce was fresh and nicely seasoned with the dressing. We really liked the homemade balsamic dressing. The pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings. As mentioned there is no variety or choice of size. The pizza only comes in a 12 inch, which was eight slices. Also, there is no choice of crust thickness. It is all a reasonably thin crust. Not a cracker thin crust, but thinner than most pizzas. We really liked it. The table next to us ordered pasta. They said it was delicious. They asked our server if the pasta was made fresh in the house. The server replied that it was. Service was very good, friendly, and prompt. It appears they do a big takeout business as while we were dining we saw several people come in and pick up pizzas to go. We recommend if you were in the area

The food was hot and everything seemed to be from quality ingredients. I will certainly bring my friends that are vegan and others that would desire halal. The crust was crunchy and the right thickness. The toppings were generous. We had medium hot Chilli Corn and Manchurian chicken. The clerk made sure to quiz me on that. I could see how some might consider that hot but it was medium for most Indian restaurants that cater to most white Americans. The menu is extensive. I am glad we did the homework first as the digital menu would not have been helpful. As far as the facility, it is nice and clean. From our experience, it was awkward from a service standpoint. We arrived on a Saturday at 11:30. It was not clear they were open but the sign was on. All of the chairs were on the tables. They were messing with perhaps mats? I finally asked if they were open. I received a somewhat positive indication they were. I motioned to my wife to come in. We stood at the counter for what seemed like an additional two minutes before someone came over after they were moving chairs. ( Owner should instruct the staff to come up, welcome the guest, thank them for coming and let the customer know they will assist them shortly if they are not ready to assist them ) I saw they had cans of soda. I asked for a fountain coke as they have a lit fountain machine. They brought a can of soda. Found out they don't offer fountain drinks. $2.50 for a can of soda. That does not go far when eating a pizza that is spicy. There was no provision for a glass of water as many restaurants offer. We ordered a dessert called gulab jamun. I was surprised it was served first and cold. Our meal did not arrive till about 8-10 minutes later. Since it was served cold I would have expected it to be served with the rest of the food. Every other time it has been served hot and arrived at the end of the meal. After the food arrived, we never saw the staff again. No one asked how our meals were, did we need anything. We were the only customers. The branding is off. The sign in front says Chicago Pizza with a twist. Inside sign says Pizza Twist. A side door says Twist. They need better branding and provide better training to staff. If this is not addressed, I could see they will have problems building their business with the average customer in Fishers. Owner/ Manager needs to spend time eating at a Chick Filet and a Culver's so they can train their staff. They also need to offer fountain drinks.

We ordered a scamorza, he got a large side salad, and we got a large pizza, half bar 20 (chicken bbq) and half pepperoni. Salad was good. Scmorza, our favorite app with tomatoes, garlic and usually tons of melted gouda, was disappointing. It had a ton of tomatoes, but I couldn't taste the garlic at all, and the slice of cheese on top was so thin as to be pathetic, not what it normally is at all. So essentially it was a big bowl of chopped tomatoes from the can. (I will note we did not say anything to our servers about this.) Our large pizza arrived fairly quickly, but it was half Bar 20 and half plain cheese. At first, we thought maybe the pepperonis were under the cheese, so we pulled a slice to determine, but in fact there was no pepperoni. The one server took it back to the kitchen, then he brought it back and told us they would also make us a medium pepperoni. I'm cool with that, as I eat leftovers. Upon eating more of the Bar 20 (usually one of my favorites), really it wasn't that good because the dough was also a little raw in the middle. They brought the other medium peperoni fairly quickly as well. It looked really good and we could tell it was nice & hot with the melted cheese. Still a little disappointing that there were only 2 pepperonis per slice (see pics), it just seemed like there should be more. At least this was cooked properly and had a nice flavor. I will say this, the two servers who were working our table were both quite nice and friendly. Just the food was very mediocre this time. #ReviewsByRL

This is a hot spot for a certain kind of Carmel crowd who wants to have a lil' cheeky drink on a day that ends in Y (or two drinks ... or three. They don't judge at Pizzology.) Or so I'm told. I got boots on the ground reporting for me. But it's also a restaurant for families. And a restaurant for casual dates. And a restaurant if you just want great food. Pizzology gets wood-fired pizza right. The crust is chewy yet slightly charred and crispy in all the right places. The pizza flavor offerings are simple but also creative. They have a dozen or so chef-crafted pizzas, so you can order a pizza that has been thoughtfully created. But if you want to go rogue, then you can also create your own pizza from ingredients like peppadew peppers, corn puree (what?), smoked mozzarella, asparagus and lots more. Large pizzas feed two, maybe three people. Small pizzas will feed one person. I was with a group of people, and we ordered a variety of things. The best thing that I tasted was The Varro, which is a pizza with red sauce, pork meatballs, fresh garlic, blobs of ricotta, parmesan cheese and parsley. This is one amazing pizza! I specifically ordered this pizza for the ricotta blobs, but I left with the memory of the garlic. Woah! If you like garlic or need to ward off vampires, this is the pizza for you. Other things we got included the Margherita pizza, which was so good and simple, with lots of fresh basil. And The Bama (white Alabama barbecue sauce, chili flakes, grilled chicken, banana peppers, caramelized onions and mozzarella). The Bama is spicer than you might think, but it was very tasty. Other people at the table got salads and bread sticks, and they were very happy with them, so I feel like you can't go wrong with pretty much anything on the menu here. The wine list is decent here! You'll find some nice wines at OK prices. They also have a wide variety of cocktails, plus a small beer menu. Hours are limited, as Pizzology is only open for dinner, starting at 4 p.m. If you're visiting on a Friday or weekend, I'd call to make a reservation. This place fills up quickly!

Why was this pizza crust crispier than the nyc pizzas I've had…read moreCrust 9/10 The amount of toppings is balanced for me. Just wish there was more hot honey and their proteins are on the salty side. Overall, it was yummy, and I like their tomato sauce a lot, very tangy

My husband is a huge pizza fan, so we decided to check this place out after driving past on our way…read moreto get massages in the same plaza. After said massage, I was relaxed and decided that I did not want to cook dinner when we got home, so we popped in without having any context on its popularity. The place is really small. There is a bit of counter/bar seating, one large table and one smaller table in the corner inside. Outside, there are 3-4 more tables in a covered area. We reviewed the menu online, as they seemed to only have one printed menu that was being passed around from table to table. We decided on the Godzilla pizza (Pepperoni, Jalapeno, Serrano, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Grana Padano, Tomato Sauce, Pecorino, Mike's Hot Honey, Fresh Basil, Olive Oil). The pizzas only come in one size, so there's no ordering a small pie to see how you like it. It is all or nothing! We sat at the one available table inside with our beverages and waited for the pie to be made. The table was dirty and there were cobwebs in the corner, but as I read the reviews online, I began to get excited for what was to come. It didn't take very long for us to receive our pie (20 minutes tops) and we had to try some fresh out of the oven. The slices were huge, barely fitting on the plate. The crust was nice and crisp. I wasn't really a fan of the fresh jalapeno and serrano peppers (I guess I expected them to be pickled), but they were sliced paper thin. They were all over the pizza. The most generous topping, by far. There was no picking around them, so next time, I would opt to have them removed entirely or at least have them go light on the peppers. They didn't add any spice, in my opinion. My favorite topping was the ricotta. It was very creamy and added a nice balance to everything else the pie had going on. I would try them again if my husband wanted to, but they aren't at the top of my list. Edit: I am editing my review in response to the Business Manager's comment on my review. It was defensive and argumentative in nature, which I deem as bad customer service. I have since posted my pictures from that visit, including ones showing the cobwebs in the corner of where our table was located. Going through my pictures, I remembered that the cheese sauce we ordered was also given to us cold. It took at least 10 minutes to have it warmed and given back to us, and by then the pizza was cold. We boxed everything up and went home, but reheating is never as good as fresh out of the oven. The manager stressed how extremely busy the one front of house person is, so why then would they suggest that we should've asked that she clean our table? We were perfectly capable of doing so ourselves, and so we did. I was simply recounting my true and honest experience, but I suppose that any constructive criticism or less than glowing feedback is not appreciated. Perhaps, with all of your popularity and success you should consider hiring additional help to rectify these issues rather than making excuses and placing blame on an overworked/overwhelmed member of your staff. One additional star removed for management's snarky remarks.
