Was first introduced to Blaze in Lexington, and the pizza was WAY better that I was expecting. I love that the sauce it not over the top with too much sauce or too sweet (classic red). Toppings are always good and you can add more or less if you like. Staff has always been very friendly, although a little slow (especially at peak times). It's impossible to order by phone! I called and called only to be disconnected when I would select the "order by phone" option. When I would try another phone option the number would ring, and ring then hang up. The phone prompt tries to drive you the the app or online...seems pretty safe when driving. What a joke. read more

My favorite gluten free pizza option, however they are ALWAYS out of the Gluten Free crust! So upsetting because my family travels quite a ways to enjoy this pizza for my sake. While I think the pizza is good I'm disappointed by the upkeep or lack of in the dining area. I've noticed this the last few times I've visited. There was trash on the ground, several tables had trash and food crumbs left on them and there were puddles of spilled liquid under a few tables as well. I understand if it's busy and no one is available to get to it but I noticed a few employees just standing around with their arms folded. First of all, who can't pass up blaze pizza! It's some of the finest, personal pizza fast all around. Never been to the Fishers location until this past weekend. Love that the hours are open a little later than Carmel - comes in handy when you're out late and haven't had dinner yet. The layout is a bit different and seems less on the seating but let me tell ya, the staff was incredibly friendly, nice and helpful. Especially for after 9pm on a Saturday night. They really took our notice of how great they were. We got the same pizza we've gotten before at other locations but this one was super tasty! Never a disappointment with Blaze. I have been here multiple times and the food is always delicious! My fav thing = unlimited toppings?!? Load that pizza up! I tried this place out a few days ago and was surprisingly impressed. The staff was super friendly and explained the menu as it was my first time dining there. They have signature pizzas as well as a create your own option. I opted for the Link In which came with red sauce, sausage, red peppers, sautéed onions and mozzarella cheese. You can customize their signature pizzas if you want so I chose to get their spicy red sauce versus their regular. Glad I did! It gave my pizza a nice kick! Tried out Blaze for the first time because of their $3.14 deal for Pi Day! Even though the line was out the door, the staff was very pleasant and working really hard to accommodate for everyone. In line there was a mother juggling four kids and trying to place multiple orders. The staff recognized this and helped the family get seated. Driven by it several times since it opened and finally decided to give it a try. The pizza was incredible I loved the thin crust! The BBQ chicken was amazing. The addition of the banana peppers added the extra flavor putting it over the top. I said wasn't going to eat the entire pizza in one sitting, but that didn't happen. The positive note was, I didn't feel over stuffed and calories weren't too terrible. Although it's pizza... So who cares!! Lol. My only complaint was how long it took. I love Blaze Pizza... I have been to a Louisville location multiple times and the Michigan Ave. location, as well. I really like the idea and the taste and usually the staff is nice. This Blaze just opened and I actually went on opening day - because I was so excited- but it was going to take two hours and it was late so they gave me a coupon for a free pizza!Awesome! I went in tonight and it was busy.... but the line went fast. I got the build your own with mozzarella, the ball/special mozzarella, pepperoni, pineapple, banana peppers and oregano. I also picked up a Powerade because I always feel bad when I get something free and don't buy anything. The line could have been cleaner and a bit more fluid but it wasn't bad. My real only complaint was my pizza could have been cooked longer... it is like straight dough... which is not ideal. It needs to be cooked just a few more minutes! Also, it was cut well... I have to pull it apart. Like I said, minor complaints but ones that can and should be corrected in training. The building is nice and the location is great... no other complaints! Well...they told me 4 employees had called off on a Saturday night, and 3 of those working had less than a week on the job, so I'm sympathetic...but that's not really my problem, is it? Probably should have left when I realized all they serve are small-ish / personal size pizzas ($7-9 each), which was not at ALL ideal for our group of 10 (two families: 4 adults, 6 kids). They forgot the salads we ordered - finally got them 15 min after our pizzas were ready. The dine-in area was pretty dirty - lots of napkins and food on the floor - and no ideal seating prospects for a group our size, unfortunately. Overall experience and price aside, the pizza was fine - nothing remarkable, but satisfactory (the BBQ chicken with gorgonzola and banana peppers was my favorite). Definitely won't return with my family, but probably not a bad lunch spot for a quick pizza if it's just 1-2 people. read more

What a disappointment. Get to restaurant at prime dinner time 6:20ish and they are out of salad. The pizza bar was so dirty and the employees all had no idea what was going on. Mr. Cool Dude (who I am assuming is a manager) then wanted to have a impromptu training session as we were waiting for our pizzas. The two people in line behind us walked out because it was taking so long. When our dough was ready the spicy pizza sauce was out....another wait for it to be refilled from the kitchen. Joe Cool continued to use as as a training example. We are 10 minutes into the experience with no line and still not a pizza made. Finally 3 pizza made, in the oven....phew, Except when they tried to cut our pizzas and the crust was as hard as a dinner plate. Instead of Blazed we got Charred. Cue Yakkity Sacs as the manager and GM went back and forth on how to compute a refund. GM tells manager to refund our entire bill...manager asks us "what do you want refunded?"
