Been standing in line for 15 minutes. They already lost 5 people behind us. Bad customer service. Got a cup of water it wasn't water it was straight soda. Pizza crust didn't taste right. Let's just say Rick Wetzel and Lebron would be very disappointed. My husband and I decided to grab a quick meal after long shopping in the mall. When we walked in the line was short, however the restaurant was DIRTY. Staff or I should say "teenagers" had no idea what to do or what was going on. They had a trainee there just standing and you ask her a question she wasn't much help she looked like a lost puppy, poor thing. I don't think I saw a manager on site and no one over 18. One kid was just standing in the back on his phone because he didn't "have a mask" so he essentially got paid to do nothing lol. Then you got the drink station. Gross and no lids on the lemonades. Plastic knifes were floating in water... uh yeah. Gross Napkin dispensers all dirty. Trash overflowing Tables not cleaned Floors food all over. I like the pizza here. Love to make my own pizza. Been coming here for years.. Grab a cesar salad occasionally. So good. However I have been wanting to say something to management about the young man who is usually there when I'm there. Almost every week when I come to get my food. But it's kind of hard because he loiters near the cashier/soda area. Just sitting there. Never eats (at least that I've seen). Just sits and watches people. Very creepy. The Vegan cheese here is super melty, lol. That is why I keep coming back. Its a great deal. I get the $8 build your own "personal" pizza, although it feeds two perfectly. Who doesn't like leftover pizza though. I throw my leftovers in the air fryer for 3 -4 mins and they reheat so well!!!! They don't charge per topping so I load up, they don't care...get what you want. The line has always moved quickly when I have visited. I have also had the car side service - they have missed a few items more than once ( so just make sure to check before your drive off). They will fix it, no problem - but you know you wont drive all the way back if its wrong. read more

Solid four stars to this location for the service and the quality of food. Bernadette and Alan were absolutely great in walking me through the process and getting my food hot and ready in a short amount of time despite the dinner rush. With the further restrictions and precautions in safety, there were employees cleaning and sanitizing. I didn't get their names, but they were working away. Blaze Pizza works like a pick and point system where you can customize your pizza from the variety of crusts to the toppings. I liked the options of cauliflower crus, Keto crust, and gluten free crusts, but those cost a little extra. The original crust was fine by me and the variety of meats, cheeses, and veggies was varied enough to make a combo from meat lovers to veggies galore. The original crust is not thick, but it is not a super thin crust either. Both my pepperoni pizza and chicken with white sauce tasted very good though. Service was on point and friendly. I would recommend this place if you want a personal size pizza to go with very reasonable prices. read more

Love Blaze Pizza! They are my go to. The Cauliflower crust is a game changer. Ordered 2 pizzas and it was killed with salt. I did request sea salt but you don't have to be so heavy handed. So fun! Pizza was great and enjoyable to build. My only complaint was the long wait but the workers were so great. I got the regular dough with mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, red peppers and I mixed the red sauce with the white sauce. I added balsamic on top and got some ranch for dipping. Overall, for the price this is a steal. Cheap and delicious. It didn't make me feel like crap after eating it which most pizza places do. Their blood orange lemonade was also really tasty. I wish I didn't get the peppers though. They made my pizza really wet but other than that everything was good. I will be coming here often! My first time here and what a great place! At first, I was like, "ok, another pizza place" but this place is truly unique. I like it's simplicity, pick your crust, choose your sauce, choose your toppings (at no extra cost) and then in the oven it goes. It's like the "subways" of pizza! I did a half regular sauce and half pesto, with Italian sausage, pepperoni, red onions, half pineapple and half tomatoes. My friend and I found seating as it wasn't too busy. The wait for the pizza wasn't that long and good thing as we were hungry. The crust was lightly crispy but had just enough chewy-ness. The toppings were cooked well and the flavor was a great mix of salty, sweet, spicy, tart, it was definitely a party of flavors. Note: my friend said that pineapple doesn't belong on pizza, I proved her wrong today. :) The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, overall, being that it was my first time here, it was a great experience. I'm not real crazy about this place because the pizzas are inconsistently prepared. One day you may get enough roasted garlic to taste it a few times per slice and other times it may not even be on a slice. Same with other toppings. The pizza crust tastes no better than some of the premade pizza crust that you can buy at the store. Depending on who makes the pizza is what determines the best outcome of consistency of flavor throughout the pizza. Sounds like I am complaining but I'm not. I just think it could be improved upon. My grandkids like it so that's important. And they're pretty quick when ordered. It's still a good place to eat, however I do wish they would offer flavored sparkling water as an option to the sugary drinks and the one diet soda option. You have the ability to order online and pick up right in front of the store and there are plenty of parking spots right in front. They have a spicy marinara sauce that is delicious. Everything is always fresh and tasty. The staff here is always working hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. I ordered over the phone and my order wasn't correct the manager was so helpful in crediting us for the online order and we order the correct thing and paid for it at the store. Every time I come here there is ALWAYS some sort of issue. 98% of the workers are completely incompetent and should not be working this type of fast paced job. It's giving very much that this establishment is owned and operated by goofy HIGHSCHOOLERS!!! All 4 times I have placed an online order I was notified it's ready and will give them an additional 15-20mins and when I show up my pizza is not even made???? It's one of the most simple jobs to just put the toppings on the pizza that the customer ask for but they can barely do that. I hate how sloppy they are when they are just throwing the toppings on and going so fast that they are messing up the order. Most of the workers have their EarPods in while working and makes communication even harder than it needs to be. The entire establishment is a complete joke. Let me start out by saying I LOVE their food. Like would hike an Appalachian mountain for it and be happy. But lately the customer service has gone so down hill. The customers are being calm patiently waiting (yes it's a wait) so why treat the customers crappy on their small requests? Especially the pizza cutter guy just a terrible attitude throwing tantrums ignoring you and just giving off horrible attitude. The old guy with the glasses amazing he is trying to to save the ship even with it sinking and asking customers if there is anything else they need. Pizza cutter guy even stormed off to the back leaving him and he still was holding it afloat. And I see the interaction with some employees it's just negative vibes man. Yes! If you like pizza, this is the place to make your own personalized pie! I added ricotta, sausage, pepperoni, shredded mozzarella, fresh basil, and sweet red peppers. Just wanted a quick and easy dinner. I remembered that Blaze does delivery now. I went online, ordered the pizza I wanted, then had to tack on an additional brownie because they have an annoying minimum purchase limit for delivery, then paid an extra $5 for the delivery. -The order went through at 6:50pm. -The confirmation page said to expect it to arrive by 7:30pm. -Some time around 8:00pm I looked outside on my porch because I have never had a pizza be this late from any place. Who knows, maybe there would be some clue or some strange explanation. NOTHING. -I called Blaze back and they informed me that they do not have their own delivery guys but they rely on 3rd party delivery services. He assured me that the pizza had been picked up and that it should arrive soon. -Around 9:30pm when the pizza was now 2 hours late, I called Blaze again to cancel my order. They were very understanding. I then made some dinner for myself at home. -At 11:00pm I went out to my car to get something I would need for work tomorrow morning only to find my pizza and brownie balanced on the cmu block fence in front of my door. There are no missed calls on my phone. There were no knocks, no ringing of the doorbell. The little gate on my porch has no lock or latch, you just push on it and it swings open. SOOOO the delivery driver (who according to the receipt picked up the pizza at 7:04pm) took over an hour to deliver my pizza and then didn't bother ringing the bell, knocking on my door, or calling my phone. Just set my food down on the fence and took off. I am very pleased with how Blaze was quick to refund my purchase. That's the only reason this was not 1 star. I will definitely be back for their pizza in the future. I will certainly never use their delivery option again. read more

This is not a fun review. I hardly review a place but I just can't let this go. Service was a 2, we were ignored and had to wait while 2 other employees were just talking to each other. The sanitation of this place is questionable. I didn't see employees washing their hands. I saw one of the employees on their phone while checking on the pizza. I asked my pizza to be well done and then it still was not what I had asked for. I told the employee again can I get the pizza well done and he sighed at me. I will not be coming back here. Service was terrible. I don't ever leave bad reviews ANYWHERE. The girl at the front of the line - "greeter" was awful. She refused to smile. She was mixing all the utensils to serve, slamming them down in the different sauces, and attitude was just terrible. Not sure if she was on something but was like completely out of it, moved slower than a slug and was just so rude.
