This location really let me down. I don't know if the workers are overworked or tired??? But they were absolutely rude & dismissive. There was so much attitude within in the staff. We stood in line for a few minutes -- no greeting, no smile, just blank stares. The girl said, "what do you want?" She huffed & puffed the whole time taking my order. I went to this location on 12/27/22 at about 6pm and the food was great! Love blaze always. I'm not a yelper like that but i just wanted to say that the service was shitty. Immediately walking in the girl taking my order was so rude for NO reason. If you don't want to be at your job that's not my problem. The two other workers were super nice! One guy 2 girls. It was my first time being at Blaze Pizza and it started off with being greeted by a fantastic staff. I felt very welcomed and I was even more excited because of the plentiful pizza options. I was overwhelmed by the many options that they had but luckily I was helped by Alexis(who I believe was the manager). She explained the menu very thoroughly and was super helpful and kind. I decided to go with their suggestion, the barbecue chicken pizza. As I was helped by the next employee, Jakob, he provided great customer service and cooked my pizza to absolute perfection! Overall, the food was spectacular and the customer service exceeded all expectations. I will be definitely coming in weekly to my new favorite spot. P.S. try the blood orange lemonade. read more

was looking for something fast and fresh, so I decided to try out Blaze Pizza. I was treated by the staff with a friendly hello and welcome to Blaze Pizza. Allister prepared my pizza and was helpful and asked if everything was to my liking. The pizza is made very quickly and piping Hot. Overall the pizza is really good and I paid far much more for pizza of lesser quality. Blaze Pizza's ingredients are fresh and the pizza is made how you want It. Blaze Pizza blows away other chain pizza places. I was impressed by the staff and the cleanliness of the dining area. Want order directly from the Blaze Pizza? I ordered 3 pizzas. But got a 3 piece chicken finger meal and drink from the "Great Greek" instead. Spent an hour and twenty minutes between this location and Doordash trying to get a refund. First told they could redo order, but I'd have to come pick it up myself. I just paid a service fee and a tip for delivery. Now come get it myself and no refund for the service charge and tip paid? There was a reason I ordered delivery. Being almost an hour past delivery dealing with phone prompts and not being able to speak to anyone I was over it. The manager would not even get on the phone to help. I just wanted a refund. Was told Doordash collected the money. So you make Pizza for free for Doordash? I did not choose delivery from Doordash. Without my knowledge Blaze Pizza does this. Where does the responsibility lie for this situation? The resolution was no refund. They would "write my name down" and if I drove over there and showed up in person I could explain what happened to get my pizza nevr delivered. WHAT??? I see someone else was told this in another review and it didn't go well over a $2 smore. This is 3 pizzas. So I call Doordash to be told they never collected the payment. Blaze Pizza on St. Rose collected the money directly thru their website (which I told the store this on the phone several times). Doordash called the store directly to pay me back. I was told to call the store again. Only then did they agreed to refund the money and admitted to collecting payment. I'll be checking my bank account. Shame on this store. That place is Terrible they have a female manager in there that is the worst she has horrible customer service definitely should not be a manager should actually close their doors very dirty pizzas are always burnt on the bottom and raw in the middle The last time we went in there there was cheese all in the marinara sauce they had toppings all over meat in the vegetables well I am a vegetarian so when I get my vegetables I do not want the meat to touch my vegetables sorry it's a terrible thing because they are close to my house but definitely not a place I would recommend somebody to go to and eat We actually called the health department on the raw pizzas we took pictures of the pizzas and emailed it to a caseworker at the health department all I can say is good luck hope u don't get sick don't eat there read more

Wanted to try this new location - got curbside and called when I arrived.... Guy said he would be right out .... I could see him answering the phone through the window. Well he never came right out. I saw them pulling pizzas out of the oven... so I thought maybe they were still making ours... other customers came and left and no one came out - finally over 10 minutes went by so I went inside to find out what's taking so long and there they were... our 5 pizzas were in the shelf getting cold guy apologized said he got caught up doing something... but the place was pretty empty. Judging from the line out the door last night at Blaze, my review will mean little to those who like Blaze. I can only say this is an honest description of our experience and yours could be different. I had tried Blaze a few years ago when they first opened in CA and felt their pizza was like eating tomato sauce and cheese on cardboard. However we received a coupon in the mail, so decided to try again. The pizza tasted the same and was burnt on the edges and bottom. The coupon experience was a disaster and is described below. I had a coupon that read "1 pizza per PERSON". I verified with order taker that meant each person in our party of 4 got a pizza. I asked which pizza we got free and was told we could have any pizza as long as it was on the crust selection he showed us. So we all ordered a pizza as directed. At the cashier, we were told only 1 pizza per COUPON - not per PERSON and made to pay for 3 of the pizzas. Adding insult to injury, we were given credit only for the CHEAPEST pizza in the order. This was after being told by the order taker we got one per person and our choice of any pizza toppings on the certain crust. Manager would not come to register to discuss. Never going back to Blaze and reporting this as "bait and switch " to Nevada consumer affairs department. "What is deceptive or false advertising? I go to the other Blaze location nearby but this one opened even closer to me. Decided to give it a try for a my timed lunch break. Ordered a simple two top with a Keto crust. When I got back to my table with the pizza, it wasn't cooked fully and was still cold. I asked for it to be remade. After 10 minutes of waiting I was asked if I wanted a refund. The pizza wasn't being remade the whole time I was waiting. The time I could've spent finding another lunch option was wasted. The staff seems to poorly communicate with each other. As for the refund the cashier for some reason couldn't refund it all. So I paid a dollar for poor service pretty much. Not really one to post reviews often but missing lunch while working is not the move, especially when it's way easier just to remake a pizza. read more

The way this pizza place fails at even the bare minimum is impressive to me. I live nearby, so I've been three times, and have never managed to get a pizza from them I could even describe as warm. I had to wait two hours on new years eve for a three-pizza pickup order once, because they forgot my order and denied it until I called for the fifth time. Even when they don't take hours for a simple order, the pizzas are always cut obscenely unevenly, with some slices being enough for a full meal and some being barely more than crust. Blaze so I have lives in Nevada for 14 years and I have yet to see anything too this place , No this location . I come in so often just to sometimes grab a pizza for myself. The Brother Sister DUO at this location is amazing Nunu and her brother Demarco are amazing both of them work together so effortlessly and effectively. You would've never thought they were siblings. The precision of those two efforts make me tip them extra . I come in they know me by name and make sure I am taking are of every time !!! This blaze stays fresh and ready for every customer that walks through the door . If you want to go in for a laugh or just for a pizza I suggest you not only select this location but talk to that brother sister duo they work literally everyday !!!! Amazing !!!!! Blaze Pizza - The sister making my pizza so well - Pizza Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

I ordered from this location through their app and selected delivery of my order. 30 minutes after ordering I received a message that the order was cancelled because the order was not processed by the restaurant. I contacted the restaurant to find out if they had my order as I could come pick it up. They stated that the driver was at the restaurant and they would send it out with the driver. An hour later I contacted the restaurant for an update. They stated that they sent it out with the driver and I would need to follow up with the delivery company. Within their app there was no information available to track my order or follow up with a delivery company. The female manager on duty was rude and stated that I could not come to the store to pick up my order that was not received and I would need to figure out who delivered my order to get a refund from them. She then stated that this happens all the time when someone selects delivery from THEIR app. I did not order from a third party. I ordered directly from Blaze pizza therefore the burden should be on them to make it right. Beware of this location as the management team was rude, Unprofessional and cut me off numerous times as I asked her flatting questions on how I was supposed to find out who they used to deliver my order read more
