I came with my friends at this location today. We ordered and as I was paying the lady cashiering me who was fat short blonde lady yelled out, "mam you cannot have that dog in here! You can go eat outside" I replied, "excuse me see the vest" and she said, "oh I didn't see it". I said, "your approach is unprofessional you should ask is it a service dog before you go yelling at someone" She said, " you should have told me right away when you came in I just saw a dog walk in". I said "mam that's on you to use your eyes and look to verify if it's a service dog before ordering someone out and if your not sure then ask first. Mind you my dog has a very clear marked vest on her. The lady wouldn't look me on the eye at all and had no remorse for disrespect. My fiends husband who was with us asked if I was ok and said that if she was insisting on us being outside he was going to demand our money back. Get rid of that lady and get employees who know what professionalism and respect for disabilities is!!' My son just moved to the SW side of Houston and wanted to get pizza. I told him that there's a place in Sugarland that's called "Blaze" pizza. We went we ordered 2 pizza custom pizza and cheesey bread. Omg this place is Amazing the pizza is very very good here. The toppings I had was a little of everything plus roasted garlic cloves!!!! Amazing. So we ate some that day!! The most beautiful amazing thing is of course pizza the day after!!!! Omg!! So for breakfast we had our last left overs. I love Blaze Pizza! I'm so glad that they finally opened one closer to my side of town. This restaurant allows you to create your own pizza the way you like it (build your own), or you can choose their signature pizzas from the menu. They have a variety of sauces, meats, cheeses, and other toppings to choose from. My favorite sauces are the spicy red sauce and the white cream sauce (goes really well with grilled chicken, bacon & spinach). I also really love the drizzles that you can top your pizza with once it comes out of the oven (I usually get the pesto and olive oil drizzles on my pizza). Now with this location, they are a bit stingy with the toppings compared to other locations that I've been to, but then again I guess it depends on who is preparing your pizza. Blaze has no uniquely exciting toppings that make it worth the visit. I really like how much you get to customize your pizza for the price you pay. I like A LOT of cheese on my pizzas and while most major chain pizza places would charge you like $3 for that they do not charge you anything for extra cheese here. Immediately called the restaurant order line but they could do nothing for me and told me to call back and choose to speak to the restaurant. I absolutely love this place. I have been eating blaze pizza since it has been open and so I have seen the changes to what it is now. I have been a loyal customer all this time and just love their pizza. Made in a fire oven and thin so it's quick and the variety of toppings and sauce are delicious and amazing. Just like chipotle but pizza style. Definitely better than mods pizza which I tried and was not satisfying. Sadly, the last order I made was recently and there was time before the shop closed and I placed an order. I was called later regarding the order that it could not be made. It has been more than a week and I have yet to receive a refund so that's why the rating is so low. I would gladly rewrite my review if I see a change. There was no wait when we arrived and I was so excited to try their keto crust pizzas. My husband and I ordered 2 pizzas. The cook said the keto crusts take longer to cook but that was fine. I am so sad to report that the pizzas where not edible. I make my own keto crust and was excited to have someone else do it but it was a complete failure. The Entire pizza tastes like wet cardboard. It was very filling as well so it's possible you could have leftovers. Got the basil pesto sauce with mozzarella, jalapenos, grilled chicken, roasted garlic (a MUST), red onions, oregano and pesto drizzle.
