My husband, myself, and our little dog enjoyed our visit to this Blaze Pizza location. Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Blaze Pizza offers some of the best tasting pizzas I've had to date. Their crust flavor, chew, and stone oven baked taste can not be beat. My favorite go-to's are their simple pie ($8) or one topping pepperoni pizza ($9) paired with their fresh strawberry arugula salad ($6). You can not go wrong with those. The atmosphere inside can get loud, but we enjoyed dining outside on their comfortable and covered dog friendly patio. Their patio also has heaters, fans, and side covers for when the weather is unfavorable during different seasons. I've been to another Blaze place (in Alcoa) but never to this one. I went today because I had stopped in the same shopping center and wanted something quick. I think their pizza is decent; today the crust seemed a bit tasteless but I haven't tried OTHER crusts (the thing about Blaze is that you can choose what you want for EVERY part of the pizza, but I think I just got whatever the default crust was. I had a salad/pizza combo that was quite good- and LOTS of it. I took home about half of each. I also like their drinks- I usually don't drink soda but they have some good alternatives at their drink island (today was 2 lemonades and a energy drink; not as much variety as I remember the one in Alcoa having but still better than the usual soda choices. How can you go wrong with making a pizza the exact way you heart desires. You want 27 toppings or 2 it's all up to you. Super thin crust in a fire oven screaming hot waiting just for me. I usually get a 2 top with as much cheese as humanly possible, pepperoni, a sprinkle of sea salt then fire it up. Love it. It's my go to place. Have to eat it there because it gets cold very fast. but easy to reheat in a pan on the stove, not that there is ever left overs. read more

I'm going to give this restaurant a 5. Not because the pizza was great but because the half pizza choice of toppings plus choice of salad and toppings was a very good value. I haven't tried their pizza, but as a doordasher, I was treated really badly on the July 26th. The worker with the name Mellisa had been really rude to me when I tried to pick up the pizza, two orders exactly. She said that she won't degrade her food like that by giving it cold, because it is not the same then (question: if pizza tastes like crap after getting cold, is it really a good pizza? and I guess she doesn't know that when people order food they know it is not going to be the same as eating it freshly of the oven.) It was really humiliating experience to me, especially when I saw how differently she treated other dasher and customer, by being kind to them and even offering drinks while they wait! With my anxiety, I wasn't able to not cry when she told me "You should find another job, then" when I told her, all I do is receive order, not control them. Only when she noticed I was starting to cry she let me get the orders. I am legal immigrant and because of that I am not as easily accepted to other jobs (especially for part-time). My family is in bad financial situation as the person with steady earnings left our family. I am thankful that as a college student I can work part-time with doordash to get at least some money. And to hear from lady that thrice older than me argue with me and ask me to get another job - is just ridiculous. If blaze pizza employees reading this, my name is Karina Makar in doordash and please, ban me from this and all locations near/in Knoxville, because I don't want to work with you anymore by delivering orders from you. I would have been a potential customer as well, but how your employees treat someone who literally helps to get food to your customers WITHOUT YOU PAYING ME, is just unacceptable. Very impressed with the efficiency of this Blaze Pizza. We unknowingly came on a fundraising week night for a local soccer team and there was quite a crowd. That's why I don't have any pictures because teenagers were everywhere. The staff was very friendly. There were at least ten people in front of us. We did not order in advance (as usual) but opted to order in line and carry out. Even with the crowd we were in and out in less than thirty minutes. We interacted with about six staff members as we progressed down the assembly line and everyone was polite and patient. After ordering, we grabbed a seat while they tossed our pizza in the oven and pretty soon we were on our way. We got home and enjoyed our pizzas, salad and s'mores cookies (they can put those in the oven too, by the way.) Food was fresh and delicious. I had pizza at the Alcoa TN location and the pizza dough did not taste anything like I have had in the past. No flavor and hard on the bottom. Could not cut with a knife. I am assuming they accidently gave me one of their keto, or gluten free. I have eaten there at leact 15 times and it was totally different. Blaze has great tasting pizza! Previously i rated this location five stars. This time, however it has slipped a bit. Mostly it seemed like a management issue. The last time i was here, pre-covid, the bathrooms were sparkly clean, the line was tidy, and the drink/condiment station was organized well. This time, everything was quite messy, the bathrooms were bordering on gross, and the only condiments were two sad mostly empty sriracha bottles. The crusts on the pizzas were a bit burned as well. Still, it tasted great, but i take some credit for that because i know how to top a pizza. Still a big recommendation, i just hope the standards dont slip further read more

Blaze makes it easy with a variety of crust options, a multitude of cheeses, and an abundance of meat and. Veggies to choose from. They seem to have all the bases covered. The prices are reasonable for a personal pie and range from a simple pie (cheese and sauce) for ~$6 to a build your own (any toppings you want) pie for ~$9. I love the pizza here and the service is good, BUT it is concerning that two of the female employees do not have their hair secured in such a fast paced environment. The guys with long hair had their hair secured with a bun under their hats, but two of the females had their hair hanging down freely under their caps, and one with red hair even touched and adjusted her hair while taking our orders. If her hairs was secured, there would be no need to adjust her hair. I strongly suggest management require all workers to secure their hair while behind the counter. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but my recent experience at Blaze pizza on Peters rd was so disappointing so I feel compelled to share my experience. My family and I tried the 5 for $35 meal deal hoping for a quick and enjoyable meal together right before the holidays. Unfortunately, the service was awful. The girls on the line around 8pm on 12/23/24 were extremely rude. They didn't like how my mother in law and I had allergies and severe dietary restrictions resulting in us asking for a glove change so there was not cross contamination. It really soured our whole mood while consuming our food. I understand that everyone has bad days but this was a level of rudeness from multiple girls made us feel unwelcome. I always customize my 11-inch pizza depending on my mood, every time so good, never disappoints. Heals any blues, and cheer everything up. The new flavor-Nashville hot chicken pizza is extremely good (really spicy!). Another surprise is their dough nots.
