We came to this Blaze on a Sunday after 12p. We were told they could not serve us because the oven was cold and they "just opened." I don't understand since their opening hours are at 11a. The management of this site is horrible and has significantly declined over the past three years. The owners should be ashamed. read more

They never have all the toppings that they are supposed to have!! For example they're always "out of cilantro or basil" they just don't want to prep it or cut it. This has happened to me a dozen of times. I have came in the morning when they are supposed to have every topping & they still "don't have" cilantro. Pizza was barely edible. We ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza. We can't understand how the edges were burnt but the pizza was cold. Did we get one that wasn't freshly made? It tasted like cardboard with cold sauce on it. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Big fan of this place however disappointed, I went in to order a high rise dough and thought it was cooked all the way halfway through eating it and found out the pizza wasn't cooked all the way . I like Blaze Pizza because they offer cauliflower crust but this was my first time at this location. The initial service was okay, they could've been a little friendlier but my pizza was done as I asked for it. I later went to order another one for someone arriving late and it was a 1 topping pepperoni and large Caesar salad - they only had a little salad left so I settled for a small (didn't offer to make more, in fact more customers came in and wanted some but they still refused to make more) and because I asked for extra pepperoni they tried to charge me a higher price than for the 1-topping so I explained at other locations I've only been charged for the 1-topping so the cashier reluctantly changed it. I asked for the pizza to be cooked well done and it wasn't. But what really felt unwelcoming is a worker started cleaning all the tables and putting the chairs on top of the tables at 8pm as if they were going to close soon (they close at 10p) and as people came in the worker was side eyeing them for taking the chairs down. I'm the type of person that notices everything and this just wasn't great. No real warm smiles or a true ambiance of wanting to help and give customers a good experience, it seemed like it was just a job. I'll head to the other locations in the future. read more

First we waited forever and it was a empty store the employees seem to be concerned with their phones rather then their customers and I decided to try the keto pizza witch is 4$ more rounding to $20+ dollars and it was completely charred and black... we won't be eating here again, the one in eastvale is so fast and has way better service even when it's crowded...all the reviews said the Keri was good but all I tasted was charcoal and burnt pizza...we're not coming back to say the least.. read more

Blaze is normally one of my favorite places to grab a pizza. Not anymore, though. Save yourself the trouble and never order online. In fact, don't even walk in if the manager is working. Every time I order online, the order delivered is incorrect. I let it slide before because it was one topping I could live without. This last time, I had multiple things missing. I called to nicely ask the location to pay attention to online order details, and the very kind employee sounded considerate and asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I thanked him and was transferred to the manager, who sounded like he couldn't care less about what I was saying. He answered by only saying hello, with no introduction or asking my name, and then proceeded to take long pauses after I spoke. He sounded cold, and like he just wanted me to get off the phone. I appreciate the employee who answered the phone. To you, I say thank you, and you deserve a better manager. This location needs a new manager who actually cares about customer service. To the representative that will eventually read this, my answer is no. I do not want a free pizza or coupon that's only valid in store. I will not be visiting Blaze for the foreseeable future. In part because of this experience, but also because of my schedule. If you care about any negative review left, change the management at this location. Otherwise, I don't want an apology. read more

The food at every blaze I've been to has been quality no matter what, but it's the service at this one in particular that wowed me. I came in at about 9:18 and got a cheesy bread and the man who helped me (wish I got his name, white male with a piercing on each ear) had an insanely good attitude. A lot of places the service isn't as good at night or people are tired and just want to go home, but this guy had one of the best attitudes I've ever seen. He needs a promotion or raise or SOMETHING! Newer location with quick service. I tried the Keto crust, and to be honest, just like the Claremont location, its cardboard like. People on this diet will not like the taste. Being on Low Carb (which has been renamed Keto) for more than 14 years, I would rather order a pizza from any chain and simply eat the toppings off of the pizza. It would taste better, and be much more inexpensive. For some reason places love to charge extra for some crusts. Soon Keto (another fad diet) will be gone. Only the string will survive. Most you the products, including this crust will be gone. With the holidays, people will not stay on Keto. Try it while it lasts. A single topping pizza will cost close to 13.00. read more

I also got a holiday s'more pie ($2.25) as a freebie from their app. I chose a make my own with pesto, spicy red sauce, chopped garlic, sauteed onions, broccoli, mushroom, and goat cheese. The crust was firm and not soggy, it was cooked thoroughly without them burning it. I chose a small caesar salad on the side but it was so wilted and the leaves were mushy so I threw it away. Damn this is one bad Blaze pizza location. I don't know why I've come here the past few times, there are plenty of others nearby. Here's why: - Filthy! This place is never clean! Awkward customer service is pretty much normal from any type of fast food place now a days so I'm not even mad about that.. but for the love of god...PLEASE clean the pizza oven. No complaints--I mean you choose what you want so if something would be wrong it would be b/c the person didn't choose what they wanted. My pizza was good! The hubby and I are build-your-own-pizza veterans and we visited this new Blaze Pizza location for lunch on a Friday around 1:00pm. PARKING: The parking lot is small and inefficient for this strip mall which houses only eateries. Before this Blaze was established, it was already difficult to find a parking spot here because of the numerous hungry people converging at this food Mecca at peak times. FOOD: I had my usual build-your-own pizza--thin crust, garlic pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, chicken, artichoke, and oregano. All ingredients were fresh and delicious! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Each employee we encountered was friendly and competent. We were greeted upon entering, they got our pizza orders right, and even occasionally checked on us to make sure our needs were being met. (I currently have a broken arm so I really appreciated their extra effort.) This location is smaller than its Victoria Gardens counterpart, with less indoor seating, but about the same amount of outdoor tables. This Blaze Pizza location did not disappoint! I would consider going here at off-peak times in hopes of finding a less crowded parking lot. read more
