I couldn't fit in the regular stall to help my daughter, so we had to keep the door open while she did her business. The individual stalls are too small for one person. There was toilet paper all over the place. An employee was coming out of the restroom as we entered, so they knew how bad it was. There weren't any paper towels, just a blower. We used our shirts to dry our hands. I wish I had thought to take photos. I just wanted to get myself and my child out of there asap.

I recently visited Blaze Pizza at (225 W Avenida San Clemente, CA 92672) and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in on pop, the employees behind the counter seemed miserable and completely uninterested in helping customers. It honestly felt like they were being forced to work there against their will. Despite the premium location in a nice shopping center, the restaurant itself was far from premium. The tables weren't clean, and the bathrooms were in such terrible shape, I questioned whether they had been cleaned at all. The real kicker came when I went to refill my drink and throw away my garbage. I set it on a table briefly, and an employee stepped out from behind the counter to passive-aggressively ask if it was my trash, then pointed to where it needed to go. The level of hostility and lack of basic customer service was shocking. With a little effort, this place could be excellent. Instead, the poor service and lack of cleanliness made it a place I wouldn't recommend. read more

I've been coming to this Blaze Pizza location for many years, and I've never once been disappointed. The pizza always has so much flavor, and I love how customizable it is. I usually get the build-your-own and load it up with toppings, my favorite is the roasted garlic, which I've never seen offered at other pizza places. The creativity and freedom to make it your own really sets Blaze apart. Every time I go in, the place is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. I usually stop by around 1 p.m. on weekdays, and there's rarely a line. My food is made quickly and always turns out great. There's one employee I often see during that time, he's always upbeat, welcoming, and never seems annoyed, even when I ask for extra toppings after my pizza comes out. That kind of attitude makes a big difference, and it keeps me coming back. Overall, it's a 10 out of 10 experience. Even if she truly couldn't help, she could've said something very nicely, especially since my daughter could not have been nicer. Very disappointing!!

Lasagna takes a little time to make so bring your patience. Not much seating but I notice most people do take out. Be careful when calling in your order as they have a few locations. Downside is they're closed on Sundays and I think maybe also on Mondays? Lots of parking available and there is outdoor seating.

Even though we live in Irvine, we drove down to get some Moto pizza and it was mostly worth it. The shrimp pizza was very delicious, but too few shrimps on the pizza. I could barely see let alone taste them. I almost returned the pizza to tell them they forgot to add shrimp until my wife dug deep and found one small shrimp. There were maybe two or three other tiny shrimps. They charge $20 per small/personal pizza. I think they could add a few more shrimps. My wife got the Adobo. She loved it. I liked it. We took three pizzas home, The Pig, Root, and Black Garlic. Because the pizzas are thick, they keep and warm up very well. Maybe even better than fresh if you do it right and in the oven. The pig was good. Again, not enough meat. Root was okay and lacked depth and any noticeable mushroom flavor. Black garlic was amazing. Even though they call it a cheese bread and it's in the sides section, it's the same size as the pizza and really feels like a pizza.

Good service and turnaround time and a beautiful ocean view if you choose a spot on the outside perimeter, very lively atmosphere.
