    Large Pepperoni Pizza

Ball Park Pizza is our favorite go to local pizza for myself and my family. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We usually order take out but the place looks like an awesome place to hangout and watch sport games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff is always friendly when you call to place a pick up order and picking up order, staff is welcoming and friendly. The pizza is flavorful and cheese is delicious.

Everything pizza, and I mean everything...

Holy cow! I dig pizza... [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is not the kind of place that I would go to sit and dine. it's more for going with a group of kids maybe after a game or practice or something.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, we did a takeout pizza with everything on it. " I swear, this pizza weighed more than my suitcase on a 10 day trip to Italy" It was Bueno Muy Bueno

$57.39 for a single 3-topping pizza through Grubhub.

The pizza is good here, which is the problem because there are crazy fees when ordering from here on Grubhub. A large 3 topping pizza is $41.65... OOF. But thats just the beginning. Then there is a $6.25 Service fee. $3.50 for Sales Tax. $2.49 Priority Delivery. And $3.50 Drivers Benefits Fee. On top of that a tip is expected. A total of $57.39 before tip. $15.74 in taxes and fees. Being a Grubhub+ member I dont get charged a Delivery Fee. But there is Tax which cant be avoided. Then there is a "Service Fee" even tho I am paying for a yearly subscription to the service... there is a "Priority Delivery" which I have to choose if I want my food delivered faster so it will be warm. Not hot, but warm is the best I can hope for, its a toss up on whether its warm or cold without it. When the location is a fair distance away from me, I have to pay this to insure it gets to me within a hour and is warm. Then we have a Driver's Benefits Fee which was how Grubhub pushes the extra costs onto the buyer that the state of California imposed on them in regards to paying their drivers a working wage. So I end up paying just under $60 for a pizza that may or may not be warm and almost always ends up soggy in the center by the time it gets here. I always have to move the pizza from the bottom of the box to the lid so that the cardboard lid sops up some of the liquid. I used to order from here almost every week til these prices/fees got so high.

I have been coming to Ball Park pizza for a long time. Their pizza is very good when done how it's supposed and to be normally but out 10 times that I've gone I'd say 7 of those are great and very consistent. It ain't cheap. 2 large pies run you around $70. Their salad bar is not great anymore. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone though.

Pass by here often and wanted to give this place a try. Pizza was good, for $21.54 and a $5.00 cash tip. Unfortunately, the cashier, on the receipt, Alberto O. felt the need to tell his two co-workers after I signed the receipt for a credit card payment that I had written "cash" for tip but had not put cash in the tip jar. This was spoken in Spanish and was inappropriate. When I walked back from the restroom from washing my hands, I asked the cashier, "Excuse me, when you order food and are dining in, do you tip before you have tried your food?" He said, "No problem, it's up to you!" I told him, "I understand what you said in Spanish and I want to try the pizza first, and if I like It, I will leave a cash tip." Which I did. Normally, I would actually leave a $20.00 but definitely not deserved by that service! Keep your comments to yourself or at least out of hearing of paying customers!

Staff: Everyone was nice but Josh was truly the star of our visit. He is a young man that I would guess is in high school but had the customer service of a veteran. When helping us he smiled, was so polite, anticipated our needs, and was so pleasant to work with. Before leaving I asked him for a box and his name, to which he replied, "Josh, nice to meet you" and handed me a box. To experience such caring service by such a young man was such a nice surprise. He gave me faith that great customer service still exists. Quality/Quantity: The pizza here is so so good. We had pepperoni pizza, kids pizza, and coke. Value: Fair Overall: Been coming here for about 12 years now off and on. The service has been consistently good, food tasty, and we have been happy as customers. The ambiance is a fun family friendly experience with lots of arcade games for the kids too. Great job to Josh again. He truly should be recognized for his amazing customer service and kindness.

Ask the Community - Ball Park Pizza

Does Ballpark Laguna Niguel not have a website? I've searched & can only find a website for the Mission Viejo location.

How's that website going, its been 5 years... Maybe put up a photo of the menu from 2025 on Yelp in the meantime?

Do you offer gluten free crust?

Yes! Gluten free crust (small) & my favorite cauliflower gluten free! This comes in a small (low carbs 10cal) and a medium (100cals)!

Ordering the dressings on the side was a great decision since we ate a little later, and everything still tasted incredibly fresh. It was also such a pleasure seeing you, Evan. Thank you for being so welcoming and polite. We are always happy to support such a wonderful local business. I hope to see you again soon while you're out walking your dog! I went to the Anaheim location a few time since I live near there, but they can't compete with this place. One time, I placed an order for pick up and I was an hour late due to helping someone with an errand. They gave me a ring and a courtesy reminder to ask if I was still coming or if I was ok, and they even offered to make me a new one! If that isn't service, I don't know what is. 11/10 would recommend.

We've been coming to Project Social for years and have genuinely enjoyed supporting a neighborhood…read morespot that always felt like a fun community gathering place. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, the vibe toward families with kids seems to have shifted pretty dramatically. Enter: the three-strike rule. Your kids get three strikes and Project Social kicks you out. Listen, I have kids. I am under no illusion that they are tiny, perfectly behaved restaurant patrons, but we go out *all of the time* and never anywhere else have we encountered feeling Iike this. But the policy--and more importantly, the way it's enforced--feels incredibly punitive and unwelcoming. On our most recent visit, kids getting out of their chairs earned a strike. Kids sitting at the table but apparently playing too much with their drinks earned another. As we found ourselves teetering dangerously close to strike three, we decided to preserve the last shred of our parental dignity and see ourselves out before we could officially be voted off the island. What makes it especially frustrating is that this isn't a situation where families are occupying a table without supporting the business. Between our group, we'd already spent hundreds of dollars on food, cocktails, wine, and drinks--only to spend the visit feeling like we were being monitored for our children's next infraction. The irony? The adults at the table next to us--the exact craft-beer-drinking, kid-free-at-the-moment clientele you'd assume this policy is designed to protect--stopped us on our way out to tell us how cute the kids were, how much they missed having littles that age, and how much they'd enjoyed watching them together. Of course, Project Social is entitled to decide what kind of environment it wants to create. But in a community filled with families, the message this policy sends feels pretty unmistakable: kids are tolerated here only if they're essentially silently glued to their chairs. That's their prerogative. It's also ours to spend our money somewhere our families actually feel welcome. It's disappointing because we've enjoyed this place for years and genuinely wanted to continue supporting it. If you're heading here without kids, you may have a completely different experience. If you're bringing children, though, I'd think twice--or at minimum make sure they've reviewed the employee handbook before arrival.
