The cashier was nice. My burger was decent. The fries were fresh and hot. The restroom at this location is one of the worst I've ever been in. The handicap bathroom was out of order. I couldn't fit in the regular stall to help my daughter, so we had to keep the door open while she did her business. The individual stalls are too small for one person. There was toilet paper all over the place. An employee was coming out of the restroom as we entered, so they knew how bad it was. There weren't any paper towels, just a blower. Dirtiest Jack in the Box I've Ever Visited The moment you walk through the door, you're hit with a strong sewage smell that makes it hard to even stand inside. The place is absolutely filthy -- trash scattered all over outside, food on the floors, and tables sticky and visibly dirty. The chairs and walls are worn down and grimy, and there's no sign of anyone cleaning or maintaining the place. What's worse is that several employees were just standing around talking instead of tending to the obvious mess all around them. It's shocking that a major brand like Jack in the Box would allow one of their locations to operate in such poor condition. This store clearly needs immediate attention from management or corporate oversight. Food is normal like most locations. However, even as a guest you can't use the restrooms unless you keep your receipt. There's a code on each receipt. And the customer service is just bad. So hard to get someone's attention or assistance. I don't plan to visit this ghetto location again. read more

Since when do you get charged for condiments. I've never been charged before. But according to the rudest employee ever I just got lucky those times. Really??? The most smug and rude. The lady who I'm assuming is the manager, but she was in a grey shirt, with a hack job of a dye job with blonde at the tips of her hair, has the worst attitude and shouldn't be working with people. I come in to pick up and order and she is immediately giving off a sour attitude. No hello, just "what do you want?" And doesn't even look at me when I reply to her saying I'm here for an order. The customer service was so bad. I always ask if they have the salsa cups for like the burrito because sometimes they don't have any and somehow the cashier (bald Asian guy) kept giving attitude. I proceeded to just order it and take a chance and I acted like everything was fine since they looked understaffed and I felt bad. I ended up getting two salsas but I always like getting more specially since the cups had barely anything in them. I was even willing to pay extra but the cashier didn't even ask.
