I'm sorry you have to work as a customer service food preparer but if you can live up to customer satisfaction and do your job correctly then why even take on the job!!!!? AVOID THIS LOCATION! I gave this location 2 chances, and will never return ever again. Both visits were the lowest and rudest customer service I've ever experienced! This is an incredibly poor representation of a Blaze franchise. This location is also really dirty - the entire prep and finishing area is disgusting. The tables and floors were also dirty with trash piled high on the trash cans. Employees here really just do not care. If you want to be treated with absolute awful customer service and eat at a dirty establishment - come here. We smell burning coming from the oven I say "I hope that's not ours!" It was my bf's... to make matters worse my half and half pizza and cheesy bread both are limp, doughy, barely edible very undercooked. I wouldn't pay $10 for this again let alone the $40 I spent. Overall, the restaurant experience has taken a significant hit. I'm a regular at this Blaze place, so I was a bit disappointed today. We ordered three pizzas and a couple of sides. First off, I'm on a pescatarian diet, and it was really off-putting to see meat pieces (and which had fallen as they scooped) mixed into their cheeses. Second, they had three people working, but they were still super slow. There were only two of us in line, and it took forever to get our orders checked out. I even asked to add some BBQ sauce to my pizza, and it took about 10 minutes for that to happen. Even though the restaurant was mostly empty, most of the tables weren't cleaned. Our cheesy garlic bread was covered in dry flour powder. Each bite tasted like I was eating sand. When we complained, they first said there was nothing they could do about it. After complaining a second time, my server remade the pizza for us, and it was so much better. I do hope this Blaze can review their processes and come back to its former glory. read more

I contacted them, as the reply to me below requested, and I didn't receive a response back. I used to really like it here, but things have really changed. My last three experiences have caused me to consider not going back. The first instance, one of my pizzas' labeling got switched with someone else's. When I turned back around and noticed it was not the pizza I made, I tried to warn them, prior to them putting it in the oven, to which I was told it would be corrected when it came out of the oven. When it came out of the oven and was boxed, I tried to tell him, and he told me it was my pizza. When I tried to tell him of the situation, he doubled down. Not wanting to make a bigger scene, I just took the pizza. Luckily, none of us are too picky, but I was still disappointed. The second recent visit involved my husband's pizza getting "lost" in the oven. I kept trying to tell them that his pizza went in with mine, so it should have come out around the same time. They just kept telling me it was coming out over and over again. When there were only three pizzas left in the oven and multiple customers had come and gone, they finally decided to take his pizza tag and pizza paper back to the start of the line and remake it. That visit kept me there for over 30 minutes. Needless to say, my pizza wasn't hot by the time we left. The last visit, yesterday, I'll admit was rather trivial, in comparison. Apparently, they've started doing this new scoop thing where they use a scooper to serve out toppings. Well, I asked for extra olives, which I absolute love on a pizza, and she went in for two scoops. I asked, "can I please have a few more olives?" to which she said "sorry, you're only allowed two scoops". Keep in mind, these scoops weren't full. If the scoops were combined, they would have filled those tiny scoopers about 75%. I asked "can I at least have a full scoop, please?" She just looked at me and scooted down the line. Very disappointed on my last few visits location. An online order was placed for pick up and when I got to the restaurant the order had not even been made. Im pretty disappointed. I ordered through DoorDash expecting my usual "Build your own" pizza and what I was sent was horrible. It had no cheese, and was hard on some parts and squishy in others. My pizza was cut in a disastrous manner. There were slices that were the size of my hand. The service was good , but the food , cleanliness are subpar so we will unlikely come again. For 2 pizzas and 2 drinks at around $36 we are better off anywhere else. We visited on a Sunday for an early lunch and it looked like the place was open all day - it didn't look clean for having just opened for the day. All the lettuce in the prep area was wilted, again not something that makes sense to see at the start of the day (and I'd definitely not order a salad from here). They oddly said they were out of minced garlic, but had whole garlic (and I guess can't mince it themselves?). I hadn't been to a blaze pizza since 2019 , and I was expecting this visit to have been similar to when I used to go - clean full bar of prep ingredients, fast service , and clean tables. I had not been to this location for a couple of years and now I remember why. What a disaster! My husband and I came in at 6:55pm for a pizza. There were about 7 people ahead of us when we got in line. It took 30 minutes before it was finally our turn !! Then we had to continue to wait while the unorganized crew made pizzas for online orders. By now the line was all the to the door. A couple of parties at the back of the line bailed when the saw how ridiculously slow the service was. There seemed to be about 5 or 6 kids working. Only one was cooking the pizzas and the others kept going in and out of the kitchen for no apparent reason with no regard for the waiting customers. They all just kept talking with each other but no one was talking to the customers! We finally got out of there with our pizza at 7:45pm! There is no reasonable excuse for why it should it take 50 minutes to get a pizza! Total mismanagement and employees that are incompetent and don't give a damn! Frustrating experience. Came in yesterday to order a pizza about an hour before closing and the minute we walked in they said they weren't taking any more in person orders anymore and it's online only. So I bust out the app and try to place an order but the app said there were too many orders being placed and it wouldn't go through. The employee said to keep trying. I gave up after a couple minutes of unsuccessfully placing an order and decided to place an order for pick up for the next day (today) at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:30pm and the pizza wasn't even made yet. They were so many angry customers inside the store. I waited 30 minutes for the pizza to be made and didn't get the pizza until 7pm. Blaze Pizza seems to be popping up everywhere nowadays. We decided to hop into Blaze for a quick bite since it's basically a Chipotle-style pizza set up where you can choose unlimited toppings on your pizza. However, our experience here was anything but quick. The service here could use some improvement. For it being a place where you just tell them exactly what you want on your pizza, the line was barely moving. I don't know what was up with the employees here but they move extra slow...as if there was no sense of urgency when the line starts to build up. I saw some people walk out as soon as they entered after they saw how backed up the line was. The service here is lackluster. There were a number of dirty tables and I didn't see an employee going around to wipe the tables at all. Anyhow, I ordered the meat eater signature pizza and added a few toppings that I wanted. The dough here is chewy and the crust is perfectly molded because they use a nifty machine to form all of the pizza bases. I had an unfortunate event happen to me. As I was sprinkling the hot chili peppers over my pizza, the lid came undone and a MOUND of chili flakes sat on top of my pizza. It was a horrid sight and nearby tables were laughing their butts off. I shook the peppers off but there was still a ton of chili remaining. It's safe to say my stomach was on fire the next day. Tighten your condiments lids!! His name was Ricardo, and his response was golden. He saw the issue but provided no apology. The pizza is good because you can basically select your own pizza toppings. However the reason for my rating of two stars is because the employees really don't care if you are there at all. They don't acknowledge you, don't have any sense of customer service, no thank you, barely a mumble from their mouth to acknowledge anything and essentially could care less about why they are there in the first place. How low you have fallen... this location uses to be at the top of my list in the past. Blaze Pizza has changed so much since I last came here. Arrived at Blaze Pizza around 1:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon craving for some Blaze. The line wasn't long but it was backed up at the topping section with cheese scattered everywhere on the counter. Many of the toppings were empty or low like tomatoes, spinach, and broccoli. When asked for them the server just replied "OUT" with no attempts to refill or replenish... As our name was being called out there was another surprise... burnt pizza crust and pizza bottoms along with many small specks of burnt crumbs along the bottom of our pizza. When confronted with the cashier she replied the pesto... really now... we order pesto on our crust multiple times on our pizza and never looked like this!! I looks around at other people's pizza who didn't have pesto edges, their bottoms were burnt and had tiny burnt crumbs as well. For the Bbq Chicken it was the set toppings. I did not like the bbq sauce that was put on this pizza, the sauce was overwhelming, otherwise it would have been good. Blaze Pizza is similar to Pieology because you can select your own toppings. Special combinations are also available. We halved a pizza and got the two topping option - Spinach with pepperoni and Bacon with mushrooms... YUM! The thin crust and red sauce are tasty! The Garlic Knots were nom nom, too! I dipped them in the marinara sauce that comes with it...mmm! So ono! Overall, this is a great restaurant with free parking, efficient service, good air conditioning, many tables and (hard) chairs - so the next customers can sit down! Haha!
