They added new sauces which I really like, white meat chicken, no turkey however, they raised the price from $9:01 to $12.22 and try to justify it by including the drinks but I only drink water with my food, it's the healthy way and I put a very small amount of meat if any since I am a plant based eater. No to go boxes, for someone who does not ever eat all their food in one sitting this is just ridiculous. My food was spicy despite me putting nothing spicy on it. My food was cooked after my husband's which his was spicy. You should clean the grill between orders. The people were not rude but were not welcoming or host like at all. Will never return. On another note, the restroom was clean! **update** The Owner reached out and as i previously stated there was nothing wrong with the service of the employees, other than if you are going to do a customer service job you should focus more on your customers. I am a supervisor for customer service that is owned by a multi billion dollar drug company and I would fire my employees if they did not try to connect with people, greet them, offer any assistance graciously and most of all make sure there is nothing more that the customer needs prior to ending their experience with the company. Your sign needs to be updated if you charge for a box as it clearly states "no to go boxes". Suggestion: create a policy where a customer would have to show their receipt to purchase a to go box, to ensure they did in fact purchase one of the bowl sizes. As for my food I understand that your employees " have no problem cleaning the grill" it should be standard practice it does not take very long to throw water and a grill rag on there to wash away the last person's meal. A customer should not have to address this concern as i remember seeing a sign requesting if a person has food allergies to let the staff know, if it is standard practice to clean the grill after every order you would not run the risk of a person having an allergic reaction and your any added liability would cease to exist. I am not interested in returning as once I have a perception of a person, place or thing any follow up experience would be tainted and would be unfair to try as I would not want to add negativity towards your restaurant. We met our son here for dinner. It was not an area of town we usually go to. We want inside, and our first thought was that it was pretty simple. We ordered the all you can eat warrior meals at 12.95 each. Everything was very fresh and the selection of sauces was great. We were very happy that we chose this restaurant. I came in before work and got an order to go, I don't eat meat so I only filled my bowl with veggies, when it came time to mix the sauce I was able to opt for a vegetarian sauce and used that instead so my food was made and I was on my way to work. I get to work, eat my food, I notice it just tastes ok, at this point I'm thinking I definitely could've gotten something else. I put my food away and come back to it a little bit later and I'm not feeling too well either, as I'm eating more I pick something out of the container that looks exactly like a piece of meat, I close the container and set the food aside. I'm done. I get off of work late so the restaurant was closed by the time I got off, so I opted to handle it in the morning. I call, the lady says she'll leave my info for the owner, I say okay. Didn't receive a call back until a day or two later, I missed the call which was from an unknown number (very strange) so I called the restaurant back and the actual owner answered, so I explained to him what happened and he starts by questioning ME how can meat get into my bowl if I only used veggies, I told him I had no idea but it was there, the back and forth continued, I told him I didn't feel well after eating there and he says that many many people have eaten at his restaurant and no one has gotten sick, that it's almost impossible and then he had the nerve to tell me that I won't get sick from eating meat, i had to restrain myself, I reiterated to him that I do no eat meat so therefore if I consume meat it will result in me getting sick, this is MY body therefore I know what causes a reaction. He really tried to brush my experience under the rug and acted like it wasn't a big deal and that his restaurant is so godly that there could be no mistakes and I was making it up, his solution was to have another bowl made, I told him I don't want another bowl, I will not be eating at his establishment again and to kindly process my refund for his nasty food, he tries to tell me that that's not their policy and he doesn't know of any restaurants that give refunds, they only remake food and that for one is definitely a LIE, I've experienced poorly made meals and MUCH MUCH better service PLUS my refund and an apology and that right there makes me want to give a restaurant another chance but his attitude and approach to this situation was appalling. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I go there again. That was a waste of money and time. Luckily my poor stomach was able to recover and it wasn't something SERIOUS, otherwise I'd definitely be looking into a lawsuit. read more

Had a great selection of veggies and meat and 3 different types of noodles. The selection of the sauces was great I tried the spicy just modified it to not be to spicy. The chef cook it perfectly. They had a more of a selection than most places for those that don't drink soda. I tried there blackberry herbal tea. Having recently moved from LA I was sad to see the lack of Mongolian BBQ places around town. Until I found Blazin Mongolian. This may be my favorite Mongolian BBQ places I've ever been. They have one of the best selections of fresh meat and veggies I've seen at MBBQ. The one small complaint? I had was I wish the sauces were a little more flavorful, but I probably just needed to add more in all honesty. The best part however for me is that the bowls come with a Drink, Rice, Soup and SOFT SERVE! At the time of this writing you get all this for a little over $10. And I have a whole plate of leftovers for tomorrow! They do charge .50¢ for to go boxes but I think it's entirely acceptable given everything they include in the meal price. This review is WAY over due!!!! This has been one of my favorite places to go to for the last three or four years!!! I will go out of my way to get there!!! Ownership is amazing every time I've come in Ed has always greeted me with a smile and upon leaving with a thank you. Half of the time I've been coming I was vegan, every thing that is vegan is labeled, it's a self serve station so he tries his best to keep all the stuff separated. Ive never been disappointed when coming here, the food is great and I love that there's no limits to what you put in your bowl. I'm always bringing in new people to try it and the reaction is the same every time, "WOW! where has this been all my life " lol I understand some people aren't going to like certain places for whatever reason, but this is one of the places where you can ask for help to design your food to your liking, Ive enjoyed this vegan and non vegan and it's NEVER disappointed. Always fantastic! May seem a bit pricey, but efficiency has improved with the new owner. I've been a customer for at least 10 years since I work nearby. I go a few times a month. If you have never been to a Mongolian BBQ you should try it, and this is one of two or three in Maricopa county that I know of. If it's your first time, be sure to ask the cashier (who always seems to be the new owner) to show you the ropes. I love buffets so I can pick exactly what and how much I want. Under the new owner this place is fantastic! It's nice and clean, staff is friendly, selection is good and the food is excellent. I see where people are complaining about price, I felt price was reasonable for what you get and unlike most Mongolian BBQ places they give you plenty of options depending on how hungry you are. You can get small bowl, large bowl or unlimited bowl. They even have vegetable only options. Owner stopped by and talked to us, very friendly. This is a real drive for us from Buckeye but will stop here anytime we are in the metro center area. Five Stars!!! read more

I really want to give it two stars but the cleanliness and quality of the food gave it an extra star. This was me and my bf first time eating here. we just moved from California and loved eating Mongolian BBQ because you can make it your own way. PROS: When we first walked in we were politely greeted. We did two all you can eat bowls. I loved that they offered wax paper to shove as much food as you can in the bowl.. The veggies all looked great and fresh, the meat was very good and the buffet area was very clean. They also offered a drink, rice, soup, and froyo with the buffet! So totally worth the $$$. CONS: There was barely any fried rice in the container and what was left looked like it was sitting out for HOURS. it was very stale and tasted gross. My bf got white rice and it was also very hard. The soda machine was out of many flavors and the lemonade I got tasted extremely bitter. The waitress then refills the flavors minutes later.. Our first bowl was okay but the noodles were soggy and it was almost like soup. Half my bowl was filled with water and that's exactly where all the flavor went. My second bowl I asked the grill guy not to use so much water- bad idea. My noodles weren't even cooked through. Didn't finish the bowl. I went to get froyo and as I sit down I notice food stuck on the back of my spoon.. Needless to say that was the last straw and we left. Overall it is OK.. Maybe should train chefs and dishwasher better. read more

The food is amazing and would have reviewed 5 stars if it wasn't for an issue with a box (yes may sound pretty but a box) . My wife and I ordered a box with each of our food, our son typically eats enough that's it not worth saving. Well, just so happened we went on a night he wasn't that hungry. Went up to buy a box to take his food home for the following day (ate maybe 10 bites) and found out that they don't take debit card for payment of a single box. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me so my sons meal went to waste. I get it you can't give stuff away for free but we had just spent nearly $40 and we go in every 45 days or so and they couldn't look past giving us a $.50 box. read more
