The bibs, the beers, the bags of deliciousness, I am down for it all! However, the price point is a bit insane when you consider locally sourced seafood. It is definitely an "I am going to splurge" kind of dining experience without worrying about looking too dignified. Eventually, the gloves will rip and I end up not caring while I suck the creole yumminess from my buttery fingers. So we legit didn't drink anything Cus they got our order before the water. So already we were like Oof! I Ordered the shrimp w a side of fries. The shrimp was plain no flavour!!! So I thought hm mabye the sauce would help it, but no again no flavour! I ordered the medium spice and it had not an ounce of spice, so I ordered a spicier one and again not a good spicy! You know where it's stinging your lip but it's good ? Yea not like that. Honestly felt like it wasn't cooked all the way. Tried this place out. For 2 people, we ordered 3lbs of combo A, added sausages, french bread and 2 sodas for about $75. 3lbs was too much food for us, we probably would have been ok with 2lbs with the other things we ordered. Also, the French bread was about 6inches long or so. Warning, napkins than what was provided. Another warning, we ordered 2 star spiciness, and that was as spicy as what I would expect for 3-4 star at some Thai restaurants. If you don't like things spicy, go 1 star. The taste was as to be expected for a shrimp/crawdad boil outside of Louisiana. It was good enough, but nothing to write home about. Staff and ambiance we're consistent with a small strip mall $30-40 dinner for 2 type places. I've been to teriyaki and pho places with similar ambiance (or lack thereof) I also noticed that they charge an additional 3%fee if you pay with credit card. Altogether, I thought the food was ok. I'd go there again if someone else asked if I will go with them, but I'm not inclined to be the one to initiate going back there. read more

Loved this place. We had crawfish, shrimp and clams in the signature house sauce at 2 star spicy. I have been to many crawfish places like Cajun Crawfish and crawfish king in Seattle, and this place is my new favorite. The flavor of the sauce was really unique and awesome. It had a bit more of a sweeter tone but still had quite a kick. Highly recommend getting the French bread to dip into the sauce to absorb all the flavor! We had pretty good food and service experience here, the house special sauce is definitely one of a kind! We had combo of mussels, crawfish and extra sausages. We come from Chang Sha China, if you google this city you will know how people in that city crazy about having crawfish, and how experienced we are to tell if the crawfish good or not, and we can assure you the flavor of this house special is brilliant! My wife and I were craving seafood and this place does not disappoint. Their house sauce is sweet, savory with a touch of cajun spice was original and delicious. Their shrimp was big and sweet. The crawfish was kinda on the small side but it could be because they are not in season at the moment. The snow crabs were easy to crack and peel and did not require a crab cracker which made them easy to eat. The waitress (Tracy) was very personable and really nice. If you want a seafood boil, this is the best way to do it. I recommend the house special sauce. We got both 1 and 3 stars, and the 3 stars wasn't that bad. The seafood was plump and not overdone. I love this place and their hospitality, I've ordered take out from them many times but I found that they're very inconsistent with their orders and the sauces don't taste the same each time. Last night we ordered 6lbs of crawfish and 1lb of clams and it came in two separate bags. Only one of the bag tasted what we expected it to, however the other one had a thin and buttery consistency and different taste. We ordered the same sauce for both our seafood, called them and they said it was the correct sauce despite its drastically different tastes. They also did not include sausages despite us ordering the combo. This is the only seafood boil restaurant near me and I respect their workers and love their food, I just wish they were consistent. My husband and I came here for a date night and I have to say it really exceeded my expectations. The food was so fresh and delicious! I got the king crab and golf shrimp with the house special flavoring (Chef's special recipe, Chef is the owners mom btw, how awesome!). Try the house special sauce, it is made with love by the owner, Thanh's mom. Some places you see jumbo shrimp on the menu and what comes out is a small shrimp. Not here, these are BIG THICK shrimp. Some places you order seafood and it's over-cooked with the meat shriveled in the shell or hard to get out. Not here - each piece of shellfish was perfectly prepared and juicy! This restaurant offers reasonable prices for high quality, fresh, flavorful delicious food made to order. If it's busy, there's a reason for that, and it's worth the wait. I didn't like they use plastic bag to put hot food when they serve food. I don't understand why they have to use plastic bag. Their shrimp was good, but the quality of crawfish was not good. Wow! So we have come here a few times and ordered lobster tails, they are 25.00+ per tail not per pound which is crazy expensive but you usually get a decent size when you dine inside the restaurant. Today we ordered for pick up, and we opened the bag to find the smallest lobster tail. At first We were under the impression it was per pound so we weighed it with the shell on I was 3.4 ounces out of the shell it was 1.6 ounces. We called and complained and they corrected us it's 25.00 per tail. The manager offered us a 50%refund and said the cost of lobster is way up because of Covid etc. which isn't a customer's problem. I understand inflation etc. but this is absurd. I am truly saddened of by this, because Washington is a pretty expensive state so I get it things are expensive but give us a standard so we have correct expectations. This is not because of Covid or pandemic don't give us less and charge more. Have a standard size lobster tail for 25.00 bucks don't just give people whatever that's how you lose customers. Manager tried to make it right but, she didn't really want to hear what we were saying and said we were arguing. Giving people feedback about sub standard quality. I am not a person that sits around and looking to complain. But reputation is everything and I would not recommend this place ever again. read more

We're from California and have tried so many seafood restaurants like crab hut, boiling crab, etc. I'd definitely would say that blazing crawfish is up there. There aren't any good seafood places in pnw that serves family style. This place is the first that we've actually liked/love that made us feel at home. Our server was really busy with 4 large parties that walked in, but she kept her cool and was able to accommodate us when needed. Covid sucks, we're not surprised if service isn't all the way there. While the food was good, we were very disappointed with the service and basic restaurant expectations. We were served our seafood boil in one large bowl, with no dish or plate of any kind to put food on, discard shells and carcasses or cut the potatoes. We were not given utinsels until we requested them, and were only given the cheapest plastic forks. We were given one crab cracker for 2 people and the waitress seemed confused when we asked for a second. Rice was served in styrofoam cups. No wet naps were available for cleanup and the one restroom was occupied for 15 minutes after we finished eating and we were unable to wash our hands before leaving. We've been to the crab pot and crawfish king in Seattle and will always choose to make the drive instead of this local spot. $120 dinner for 2 should minimally come with silverware and a plate. Purchase some minimal items if you expect people to come back. read more

Service is good but... First, crab smell bad, taste the same. Seems like they boiled it unseasoned and then put it in the souse, which is taste good. Second, it's super expensive. Third, I paid $200.00 for 2 pounds of king crab and 2 pounds of snow crab combo, and they brought me 1" of corn and only one small potato for that combo. All the crawfish was bad and not fresh. However the clams are huge. If you're looking for a good boil just get the shrimp/clams and crab.
