I would give this place five stars but, there were a few issues that I was concerned about. First I tried to order from these guys a few weeks ago, and I called probably 10 minutes after they opened and they told me they weren't ready for orders so I had to call back in 15 minutes. Well, that wasn't going to happen so I didn't call back. Well, today I decided to give them another shot because my parents are in town and I don't like dominos and they don't like papa johns. ( Also I should mention that when we walked in the door the woman at the front was like "are you here for pizza", um, of course we are here. this is a pizza place isnt it) They had a special two pizza's, breadsticks and four cookies for 25 dollars. So we got that. The pepperoni was very blah. Normal pepperoni, nothing too remarkable to be remembered. BUT. The medium ultimate cheese pizza. (which we substituted the white sauce for red) was amazing! It was so delicious. Probably hands down some of the yummiest pizza ever. The breadsticks are meh. 1st of 2 meals: New to town, looking for delivery. Ordered online. Took about 40 minutes- I live probably 1 mile away. Pizza was average at best. Wings were good, but they don't have any kind of buffalo sauce. Desert was mediocre. I will be reviewing again as I ordered a YELP $10 for $20 deal. 2nd- 5/4/2015. This time I called rather than order online. The young lady who answered the phone sounded bored and distracted. She got flustered when I asked questions about the menu, specifically about the wings. She reported that she was a vegetarian so she didn't know about the flavored of sauce for the wings. Once, I completed my order, she quickly gave me my total and said, "Have a nice day." She did not indicate the estimated arrival time, which caused me to call back to find out. Another woman answered and reported it would be about 45 minutes. After getting off the phone, I reviewed my the cost of my order and how much I needed to pay in addition. I was quoted around $11.50, after the voucher. This did not jibe with the menu prices. I called back again and was told that their prices had increased, but their website wasn't updated yet. I requested one item be deleted as I did not plan on having to pay over $10 more given the quality of the food from my previous experience. The delivery person was very friendly, early. The toasted raviolis tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The wings, pleasantly enough, were rather good. Would I recommend this place? Maybe for the wings. They need to work on customer service skills when taking orders and updating the prices and descriptions on their website. read more

I agree with the previous poster about decor and the overall atmosphere here. I can't believe there is another $5 large pizza place this close to 2 Domino's, plus Bortolomi's, then up the street in both directions there is a round table, and even a Costco within 2.5 miles for cheap pizza. I will sort of reluctantly dole out 4 stars because I think people should give this place a try at least. The one huge problem with this place is the name. I have to drive by every single day to see Blazzin with flames. I think they meant "Blazin" but were possibly unable to use that name, it might belong to someone else in the state of WA. The location is "ballsy." I say that because there are pizza places all over Vancouver and one of the more notable ones is right across the street. The prices here are incredibly low and in this economy they're going to need that draw. Of course it's more expensive if you have it delivered to your house and there isn't a place to sit down inside (chairs only, no tables) so don't intend on bringing anyone on a date here. I spent 5 dollars for a large one topping pizza for myself, since that was the least expensive pizza I could buy. The cashier was insisting on ringing it up that way since it was on take-out special. She was nice, but since I ordered a small pizza I thought it was weird that I needed to get a large one. The pizza was good but not outstanding. The dough was crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside, just the way I like it. There could have been a few more mushrooms on the pizza, and the sauce was obviously mass produced, but overall it tasted great... it's pizza. My only minor gripe is relating to the look of this pizza place. They're lacking an identity, and while they're website looks nice, they really need to figure out their colors. Are you red, white, and blue? or are you burgundy and yellow? The decor does not make the pizza... but it helps with the profits. (It's not really fair to complain about a $5 pizza... and that's not my intentions... I just hope the owner reads this and re-tiles that front counter that reminds me of a pest control company's logo.) read more

So the pizza is amazing if they don't mess up your order and then call you a liar! So we ordered a pepperoni pizza with ranch on the side. Our pizza got here and there wasn't ranch so I called them and they said they put ranch sauce on the pizza. Woops ok. She told me I need to specifically say ranch on the side. Ok, I did. Whatever. Whatever manager this place has that would allow these conditions has lost my business. The tables were very sticky. The pricing is expensive compared to all other pizza places around here. It might have been the chicken Alfredo pizza we ordered but it wasn't that good. The sauce seemed in the center of the pie and therefore the tips of each slice were much heavier in the Alfredo sauce and it wasn't adding to it.. it was really over powering each bite. I'd like to try and see if I could have a more positive review and experience but I'm not sure I will get around to it... might using the 10.00 coupon give it a shot.. The BEST delivery pizza we have had in a long time! My husband and I just recently moved here from a very rural area where delivery was never an option, so one of the first things I did was order myself lunch one day when the hubby was at work. I had noticed the pizza place tucked back in the corner of a strip mall while gassing up on the corner of 1st and 164th and jotted down the number. I went to the website and found they offered much more than just pizza! My first meal was meatballs and garlic breadsticks; they were amazing. The delivery guy was great, even when I had to tip him in quarters because the guy who took my order left out the delivery fee for my total and I thought my single 20 dollar bill would cover the cost. We have order twice since then, both times including The Sampler Platter (because who doesn't love deep-fried macaroni and cheese?) and various pizzas. All of our orders have been great, the transactions have been pleasant, and there is one driver who strives to go above and beyond to provide for the customers. If you have had a bad experience in the past, or are basing your decision to try Blazin' Pizza by a negative review written a few years ago; I swear, something has changed and you should give them a try. Don't buy a certificate if you are going to Blazzin Pizza. The owner is no longer honoring the certificates on specials which basically voids the coupon...you will pay the same as everyone else pays for the special, not really a deal. By the time my order was done I saved $10 which was the price of the certificate. The owner also added that she only wants to honor the certificates on delivery prices, so she is trying to make the certificate almost impossible to redeem. That aside, the Pizza isn't great but not bad when the price was more reasonable....the employees are very nice and professional and fast...Customer service great...with exception of the owner.. This is a dang good Pizza place. Though their pizza is pretty good, I am more of a fan of the rest of their menu. Their sandwiches are outstanding, and what I am a fan of most is their salads. I am addicted to their chef salad. I live alone and I get the family size chef salad and it usually lasts me for three meals. Not bad for $5.99. That is not a side dish for those meals, the chef salad is the main course. The salad is crammed full of lettuce, sliced ham, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Then they give you a generous Baggie of croutons, and two or three large salad dressing packets of your choice. Way more than enough salad dressing. The guy tells me that yes I could, I need to order online and then he will take off the amount of the certificate when I get there to pick it up. I get there and conveniently he's gone, and the ladies there tell me that their online orders go through a 3rd party and there is no way to change what I had paid. We were told a manager would contact us, but we never heard back. On top of them being liars and having horrible customer service, the pizza was not great. We definitely will not be coming back here.
