I like this place. I wish they had one closer to me in San Ramon. I think they almost did at one point but something happened and that didn't go as planned. I stop by when I'm around the 238 interchange!

    #13 & #17

I want to start off by saying I do appreciate the macros on the screen for the drinks that have protein. It was a little overwhelming the amount of items that were on the menu, it was a lot to read. With that being said my girlfriend and I ordered a #13 the Hawaiian with protein and the #17 the Tropical with protein (I hope I have those right), she also ordered the #5 Peanut butter with protein. Collectively all of these drinks are so sweet, I am not even sure if these are considered to be healthy. I will have to say I liked the #13 over the #17 the banana was very overpowering in this. The #5 was so sweet, it reminded me of recess pieces cereal, good but too sweet for something that's supposed to be healthy. I want to say the staff is nice but no one smiled, and when I asked what the most popular drink was and can't even remember but the way she answered me was so dry and unwelcoming. This wasn't the juice bar for me.

I went here for the first time today and got the Hawaiian pazzazzer in a medium. Got my smooths very quick after ordering. They have a good selection to choose on their menu and add ons as well that I would love to come back and try more. The Hawaiian drink is super yummy, I mostly taste the sherbet flavor in it. They also offer some baked goods I'll have try try for next time!

I decided to give Blenzers another chance. First time around the smoothie was disappointing. I'm happy to report that they got it right this time. I ordered the #19 smoothie and enjoyed every last sip of it. It had a thick creamy consistency, boasting notes of strawberry and peanut butter. On my way out, I had to give a nod to the chef, Blenzers savior! Smoothie was so good I wanted to go back the next day for another (knowing I have smoothie ingredients in my freezer at home smh). Which leads me to my final point: Blenzers price point is too high. I paid $8.75 for a small size cup. Inflation could be the culprit - I have my doubts. When I return, I'll order the #19 again. If it passes the taste test I'll officially bump my rating to 4-stars barring no other mishaps.

Wanted a smoothie on this early Saturday morning. Been giving different places a try since they closed the Jamba Juice nearby down. I did a quick yelp search and this business popped up. We arrived went inside and was greeted. Nice place, we ordered a 13 Hawaiian passionizer and a 17 tropical tantalizer. By a couple stop lights it was in my belly marinating. In all seriousness they were some good smoothies. Check this place out if you're in the area.

If you want to pay with cash, you have to wait a very long time. Today, my friend and I were excited to go to T's and order something they had posted on Instagram. I wanted to pay with cash, so I waited patiently because there were a lot of people waiting. While I was waiting, I kindly asked one of the employees if I could pay with cash. She told me, "No, there is a machine right there." I replied, "But I want to pay with cash." She looked at me, walked away, and proceeded to help other customers who were also paying with cash and picking up orders. I then asked another employee, and she helped me right away, even though she was multitasking. I finished placing my order on the tablet, but neither employee helped me complete the checkout process. I waited again, and although they saw my friend and me standing there, no one offered assistance. I asked one of the employees for the name of the older blonde haired employee, and she told me it was Angie. T's, please consider having a dedicated cashier at the front instead of having employees in the back juggle several different jobs. The service used to be so good. There was usually a manager or another employee helping customers at the front. Now, it seems like everyone is stretched too thin. What is going on? T's was never like this. The food is great, but the customer service needs serious improvement.

I've had several complaints about things being in my bowl and dishes that were not ordered (and some I had no idea what it was) and every time I speak to a manager/employee about it it's just a roundabout "there's no way we do that so I don't know how it happened." The employees are obviously not held to a standard at all if that's how the manager approaches complaints. The employees are in the back 99.9% of the time which means they're more than likely back there living it up. Which wouldn't be an issue if there obviously wasn't signs of distraction, lack of simple detail, and a lack of caring, not just according to me, but according to a lot of people. And there's no view of people preparing your food as well which for some can be worrisome. Anytime quality of service and food is up and down as such, it's a sign of bad training and accountability. I've worked in food for 13 years so I'm just speaking from a standard I know what it should be, especially when people are spending their money to trust you with their food, health and nutrition. I've given this places several chances cause when it's done right, it is amazing. This place has a lot of great potential but needs new form of management whether that be a change of attitude or new management in general, quick. Because as a soon as a new spot opens around with better and more consistent service, it'll be playing keep up.

The BBQ chicken was very tender with no fat and cooked with delicious spices. Just incredible. The veggies were also very fresh and crunchy. With every bite it just kept getting better. It's a pretty big-sized Bánh Mì--you can easily eat half and save the other half for later. The mango cane drink was delicious and very refreshing. I enjoyed every sip of it. Food: 10/10. The service was excellent! The young ladies working there were very welcoming and sweet. One even grabbed me a stool to sit on while I waited for my order, which was very thoughtful. The wait was not long 5-10 minutes. Not many customer around 12pm on Friday. Customer service: 10/10. The ambiance is cute. It's located in the heart of downtown Hayward near City Hall. The establishment is tiny, but they do have stools where you can sit and enjoy your Bánh Mì it's almost like being in Vietnam. There's no outside seating. Parking can definitely be challenging. You can park in the Lucky's supermarket lot, across the street in the parking structure, or if you're lucky, find street parking right in front of the establishment. This might be my favorite Bánh Mì spot. I will definitely be coming back. I just hope one day their hours and days expand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

It's sour and acidic but still sweet; I do wish in hindsight I'd asked for the lime to be removed, which is part of the drink customization settings, because the lime really overpowered it and it's harder to make out the pineapple. It had a rigid cup though, seems to be decent enough quality to reuse the cup. Overall, the drink was decent, but I took off a star because of how pricey it was. Still, I appreciate the premise of all the drinks containing lime and that they have some less common drink flavors.

Did not get the gen Z stare LOL. - Impressively, the acai bowl was pretty delicious. Not too icy or crunchy, with generous portions of nutella and peanut butter. I actually felt like it was better tasting than vitality bowl in CV - lots of parking in this Bayfair plaza Cons: - not a ton of sitting space inside, so better as a grab and go option - I might be biased but $9 for a smoothie seems really expensive - I think my acai bowl was a better value even though it's a little more expensive. But the acai bowl is small, and the nutella and peanut butter is not mixed or blended in, it's kind of just globbed as a heap on top LOL Otherwise - not a bad use of a gift card (if you get one of those choice cards that has Panera/jamba/cheesecake factory on it - I Think this is actually the best bang for your buck) Would not mind coming back
