This is a MUST STOP !! What a fabulous find!! We just happened to stumble on this place and sooooo glad we did. We actually needed fresh blue cheese for stuffing olives in our martinis . We were "hopeful" and we hit the jackpot !! Chris was superb in knowledge, advice and attitude. He stepped right up to give us samples. After explaining what we were looking for, he guided us to three fabulous cheeses... #1~Jasper Hills Bailey Blue, which was semi-soft & salty to taste. Martini Perfection !! #2~ a Smoking Goat Mitica, #3~ Marcel Comte Petit. Both Of these went well with the cheese platter we made at home. Then, came his advice on wines: Escudo Rojo Grand Reserve. . We opened that one first... it was perfectly paired with our cheeses. Awesome choice!! Another one, we haven't opened yet but will soon. Kivelstadt Cellars Estate Pinor Noir. We have no doubt it will pair well at our next cheese platter party !! Any type of cheese & meat from anywhere probably can be found here. Selection is quite large & varied. We'd be in this store regularly to see Chris if we lived in Chattanooga!! Definitely a place to explore.

I really like the Goat Cheese and Fig Panini sandwich on white bread. It is reasonably priced for a sandwich. It's just a sandwich though and comes with a dill pickle slice. Everything else you add is ala carte. I can easily make this at home with the same quality of ingredients they use for much less. Although they sell fig jam at their shop, I am pretty sure it is not what is used for the sandwich on their menu, but I could be wrong. Lately it seems they are having an issue with suppliers being able to accommodate their needs. There have been several times when I've been told they don't have items on the menu. They use Grubhub for food delivery and I had an issue. It was the restaurant's attitude about the problem and the dismissive way it was handled that rubbed me the wrong way. What happened was I placed an order online through the Grubhub app for a dinner delivery for Bleu Fox. It was a large order that included a literal feast. The Grubhub driver picked up the food from Bleu Fox but never delivered the food to me. The Grubhub driver and customer service both claimed they couldn't find my address, yet they never had a problem finding me before. They simply canceled the order. I got my money back but we had to make alternate arrangements for dinner that night, which was a hassle. I got to thinking about it, as it appears to be a scheme. My question to the restaurant was --What happens to the food when the Grubhub driver picks up the food from the restaurant but doesn't deliver it to the customer? I wasn't able to contact the restaurant via phone, and, as I found out later, they had an issue with their service. Several days later I was in their shop ordering a charcuterie box to take home. I mentioned the issue to one of the owners and she remembered it, since I did contact her through Yelp messages to let them know what transpired with my large order. The lady was dismissive, as if she didn't want to talk about it. She never answered my question. One of the gentlemen who also owns the shop jumped into the conversation to say this is not the first time this has happened, further, that it has happened on many occasions! This changes things for me because even though the issue was with Grubhub and was through no fault of my own or theirs, I felt like there should have been some sort of acknowledgement, something more than just saying, "Oh yeah, happens all the time". If a restaurant knows a food delivery company routinely jacks food from customers, they should find another service. Perhaps I'm out of line here though, as maybe, just maybe...all food delivery services do this and the customer is at their mercy. It shouldn't be this way though, and I believe it is the restaurants who must step up to stop this from happening. How easy would it be for Bleu Fox to not allow a delivery service? I know I would. I would like to see this small business survive, but the delivery problems, coupled with their supplier problems, keeps me away.

A wide variety of delicatessen foods, local drinks, and treats coupled with a comfortable relaxed environment make Bleu Fox Cheese Shop a must stop in Chattanooga. They offer charcuterie service, build your own gift boxes, and a wide variety of tasty options. I consider myself a panini connoisseur, I was blown away by the BBQ Turkey sandwich. I got the okra on the side and my wife said it was outstanding. My wife and daughter got the $5 Dolla Grilled Cheese specials and loved it. Crispy, flavorful, and with an delightful cheese pull when you pull them apart these sandwiches were great. Great Food, friendly service, Highly recommend!

At a pop up dinner last month, I got to experience something truly uniquely delicious that is sold at this shop - Noogarons. I've seen pictures from the shop on Instagram of yummy looking cheeses too. Those are on my list to try in the future. Who doesn't want to try out a new cheese? Noogarons though are macarons of unique flavor combinations such as Plantain & Jackfruit, Coconut Rambutin, Passionfruit & Green Mango. The Passionfruit & Green Mango was my favorite. I enjoyed each of them. Not too overpowering in sweetness. Three seemed to be a sufficient amount in a serving. Noogarons are the perfect size of balanced tastes in each bite. They are made with ingredients from this shop. And they're available now for takeout from this shop.

    Greek wrap. Yum!

Soooooo good! We had 2 sandwiches from this adorable shop, and they were delicious. I had the Greek wrap and my partner had the BBQ turkey sandwich. Both were made with such care and had just the right combo of high-quality ingredients. Shop is also quaint and welcoming. Definitely will return.

I was in the area running errands during lunch hour and stumbled on this place. Since I am a cheese lover I has to try it. I took few sandwiches for my staff too. There are various grilled cheese sandwiches plus other sandwich options with meats. There are also cheese board options and even salad Mediterranean options. Price is fair at $8 grill cheese sandwich vs $10 for meat sandwiches. The cheese board and other mixed hummus olives and cheese boxes are little more on the pricey side. As far as sandwiches, we tried the onion soup sandwich and goat cheese and fig sandwich. Both were so tasty and full of flavor. Office staff lover the standard grilled cheese sandwich. Overall nice change from the usual lunch sandwiches restaurant options for lunch. I plan to return in the future and try some of the meat sandwiches if a get a chance

Connoisseurs of cheese behold cheese nirvana! If you love cheese and all of the accompaniments that's go with it, this is the place for you. Not only do they offer a variety of cheeses local, domestic, and foreign, but they also have a large assortment of meats, drinks, snack, accompaniments, and serving ware. Want a generous sampling? Try one of their platters--cheese plates and charcuterie options available. They also make sandwiches with several of the meats and cheeses they offer. Also available are some soup and salad options. Definitely a must stop shop for anyone that loves cheese and related goods!

Divvy Platter with triple cream brie, apple walnut smoked cheddar and aged gouda. Amazing!

Heaven for cheese lovers!! OMG this place was amazing. Hubby and I shared a Divvy Platter with our choice of 3 Cheeses and 1 meat. It was served beautifully presented and had plenty of salty and sweet accompaniments. Charcuterie BoxCharcuterie Box

I did Edward's Point and Signal Mountain on a super hot morning hike and decided I had earned a huge sandwich and some pimento cheese so, I snuck in about 25 minutes before closing to get a sandwich to go. Staff were SO nice and welcoming. Telling me there was no rush, I could sit and eat, etc. I spoke to the charming Chris, who went over the entire menu with me and offered for me to sample a few of their pasta salads and pimento and made suggestions. He was the biggest sweetheart. In the end, they didn't have the daily special chopped Italian I'd seen so, I went with a turkey and cheese with pimento to go and some sweet tea. At checkout, another friendly and lovable female staffer was totally charming. My sandwich was HUGE and the pimento cheese was some of the best I've ever had! And, your girl is from the South so, I've had a metric ton of pimento in my life. I really like the location and the vibes inside. Local's gem. And the staff, A+++++

Worker who took our order was not particularly welcoming, either annoyed and after writing up our slip to take to the cashier kind of tossed at us, but it's OK for it, but she would recommend getting your sandwich to go and take it to the park instead

The team was incredibly welcoming and shared that they're part of the same restaurant group behind Easy Bistro and Little Coyote, which immediately raised my expectations--and they delivered. For our picnic, we were sent off with a fantastic selection of cured meats accompanied by mustard and giardiniera. The combination of savory meats, tangy mustard, and the bright kick from the giardiniera created the perfect balance of flavors. I love businesses that take simple ingredients and execute them exceptionally well, and Main Street Meats does exactly that. Yellow deli is one of the best restaurants in Chattanooga in terms of tourist experience due to it being truly once of the first yellow delis. Although the staff might be a bit off putting at times, they are very kind and respectful of the customers that come in--all of them are very gentle and soft spoken. If you are in a rush this is not the place to go because their service time is respectfully slower than most. The interior of yellow deli is so beautiful, very much old cottage/pub like style--the whole place has intricate woodwork, warm/soft lighting, and giant murals on the wall. I am vegetarian, and get the veggie burger a majority of my visits, and it is TO DIE FOR in terms of flavor. I have been aching to get my hands on the recipe because it really is that good. On that note, it is difficult to eat at times because the patty comes apart, I would ask for a fork and I'm sure you will receive. Before I went vegetarian my go to was the deli rose and the saltiness of the deli meat with the sweetness of the sauce is unbelievable. The bread is house made and is undoubtedly fresh and delicious. There is not one time I have been that the quality of food they serve has slacked. I definitely recommend!

I also had one of their lattes and it was a phenomenal mix. I highly recommend stopping and enjoying this little spot.
