They include Comté, (cow hard) Ossau Iraty (sheep semi soft), Munster (cow semi soft) and perhaps a goat cheese that they may get in during the next few days. They pretty much have any type of cheese you could imagine, and it is hard to walk out of the store without buying something. This is the type of place you feel SO good shopping at and supporting a local shop. Things there are pricey-but you are paying for excellent quality and service. I always look forward to going back to try yet another cheese that I have yet to have--I love how the cheese also rotates based on the time of year and what is available. They also have various cheese tasting events either at the shop or at another local establishment. I went to one of their events at the local brewery-I believe it was a beer and cheese tasting which was a ton of fun. I really want to go to another one of their events.
