Thought I'd try this location since it showed it was a little closer to me! Walking in you still have the mesmerizing glitter wall and huge nail bar with the chandelier! Told the receptionist I'd like SNS and she guided me to a guy who didn't looked too pleased to help me out. I get my nails done a few times a year; So I always want to try something new. Showed him a pic for inspo and he began the process. This was also the first time I've ever had the drill be used to remove the cuticles and I can tell you my nail beds are so sore from it, kinda feels like when you have a hangnail and pull it just a little too much. All of them feel a bit raw and no cuticle was left behind which makes it easier to catch an infection that way. My nails came out very similar to the pic which is great. A little disappointed the corners are missed on a few nails and the shape doesn't match throughout. Overall just feels like they didn't want to do the service. Bliss has such a hype right now so and I've seen so many awesome pictures I've been twice over a few years and both times just haven't had the best experience. Hopeful for next time! read more

Was so excited to try out a new place in Georgetown, and left so disappointed. It's been almost a year since I've gotten SNS manicure because of Covid, I stepped inside the salon to first check out the physical distancing set up, I was comfortable with what they offered but wish I never would've gone. I asked for rounded nails, but left with the shortest square stumps I've ever seen. Multiple times she nicked my hangnails and left me bleeding. And I've never left a salon with so much dried powder! My technician didn't even bother wiping it off. She also did six layers of the pink color! I couldn't believe it! My normal salon I've been going to for 7+ years only does three layers. This color is built up so high and looks so unnatural that my nail bed is now higher than my skin and knuckle. It looks ridiculous. Never going back here. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because of their plastic screen dividers and enforcing waivers and masks. Not worth $43! read more

When visiting the Bliss Nail Bar you must request LV. Yes, LV like Louis Vuitton. She's great! She has set the bar high for any nail professional in that salon or any other nail salon. I'm truly amazed at my final nails!!!. LV is very attentive at what so is doing and assures you throughout the process. She made my SNS/powder nails thin and natural. My cuticles were clean and the nail shape was on point. LV stepped in and did my toenail design; when my pedicure lady wasn't sure what I was requesting. She also did my eyebrows and facial wax flawlessly. LV is very kind and patient. I can sometimes be somewhat picky and she was extremely patient with me. Very disappointed. I frequent the Round Rock location and have had some incredibly intricate nails done. But for some reason I go to this place for a simple short oval/monochrome set and they look like a toddler did them! There's ridges all over, the shape is awful. I asked for oval and got....whatever this is. He also tore up my cuticles with the drill and even made me bleed Ive had my nails done at this location before by Jennifer and they turned out amazing, but I guess this is what I get for seeing a different person. I went here because it was recommended by a family member. Big mistake. The technician is signed in not know how to do a pedicure.She had let the water out of the basin without doing the pumice stone on my feet.I had to tell her to do that. She did not speak English well. So communication was limited. I initially went in to get my nails and my feet done. I just stopped at my feet. I didn't even get the polish I wanted. I had to go to Bliss nail bar because I have an event on Wednesday and my usual guy that does my nails perfectly was booked up all day Sunday... and as it was Sunday there was no way I could go throughout the week. I've heard good things about Bliss Nail Bar. so I figured I would go and try it out. thankfully they seated me by the door and everything was going OK with the first guy that was doing my nails but soon after they changed me to another guy whose name was Lei. he was very short with me he did not ask me any questions did not talk to me and the worst part of all he was taking so long. I got dip nails with no extension and it took two hours!!!!!!! I saw a lady come in after me and leave way before me, and all she got was her nails done as well. (I was sitting by the door so I know) Lei was doing my nails with three layers of everything and they look very thick! The color is very nice but they are thick as hell and bumpy. First, this spa is absolutely beautiful. Not loud, great customer service, got me, my mom, and my cousin in for mani/pedis despite not having an appointment. I love the fact they were able to accommodate us on a Saturday. Prices are amazing. The people were rude, the older man on the front desk was rude to my group of people but then when other customers came in he gave them drinks and talked to them. I got a manicure and pedicure, i paid around 110 dollars for both and all i got was a french tip on both. The nails were not good enough to be paying that much, I have smudges of the white on the other part of my nail where there isn't supposed to be white. I'm disappointed in the service that I received at bliss. I'm new to the area and was hoping to find a new go to nail salon. I was told I had to wait 20 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon (I didn't book an appointment which was my mistake) and ended up not being given a second glance until an hour and fifteen minutes later. Sure the place is great! So far it's not crazy busy like the Round rock location. I had my nails done the other day. I had no issue at all. So today I decided to go have my face and brows waxed. I was not pleased w the brows at all!!! I had shape to my brows and been growing them out. I finally got them how I wanted them. I just needed them cleaned up well they are back to being super thin. This is very frustrating!!!! Why do they think everyone wants thin brows.I would definitely not recommend this place or definitely make it VERY VERY clear that u are not wanting your brows to look like their's.
