I look forward to getting my nail and feet done, for me this is a treat, but visiting this salon for my services was like a nightmare. Food massage and pedicure was excellent!! Shaved off so much dead skin and the massage was the BEST I've ever had. She did it for so long and my entire foot feels brand new! I just moved to the area and wandering around the mall for some clothes. I didn't really want to get a pedi or man today at all but Bliss Nails is successful in convincing me to give them a try. I was talking with the girl in the front. She introduced me what they offer here and show me what they use. The price did hit me at first, but after she showed me what they're doing here and after my man +pedi. They're totally reasonable. My time here is amazing. I've been to so many nails salon in my life and believe me when I said Bliss Nails is my favorite place of all. The whole environment is relaxing, smell great and people are friendly. My technician couldn't speak much English (I assumed this is a common thing), but as long as she couldn't understand me well, she will get the girl in the front to come and translate everything. First off let me start by saying this isn't my usual go to, my normal person is having a baby and so I needed a new place, decided to check out Bliss. Walked in nice atmosphere and friendly staff, realized I would have two different people one for pedi one for dip powder not like my normal just one person. The women who did my pedi cut my nails crooked and I mean they are slanted looking! As someone with ocd this is driving me crazy. Not to mention the polish is messy oh so messy. Thankfully the women who did my nails saved the whole appointment and did an incredible job! Do NOT waste your time or money going there. I had a manicure on Friday afternoon and by Sat morning, it was ruined. 2 of my nails broke and the rest chipped. They did not have any of the colors that I wanted. I am attending a wedding today down the cape and now I have to go find a place to have my nails redone. Not acceptable for $20. They need to pay more attention to what they are doing and do a much better job. Very dissapointed with the service. All good things to say about Bliss Nails! I regularly see Dennis. He is professional, and the salon itself is ALWAYS on time as well. (Important to make an appointment) Dennis puts an extra effort to make sure I not only like my nails as he does them, but when they are done too. I get SNS dip powder and they can last up to 4 weeks with no chips. I highly recommend bliss nails for a relaxing, professional experience and I highly recommend Dennis as well!! read more

it was my 1st time trying the salon. it's location is towards the back of Assembly Row. they offer regular manicure, gel and SNS. I selected the SNS for the 1st time and my nail technician was great. she explained what it was and what she was doing. SNS is a nail polish powder and doesnt use UV light and dries quick.They offer different nail colors which was awesome. my only comment is that removal of cuticle wasn't included in the SNS. it was a separate package. they take appointments which was a plus. overall highly recommend the place. but be sure to specify what service you want especially when making an appointment. read more

If I could give this a zero I would, I had an appointment late at night which was 7pm to get artificial nails. First they were running behind. We waited 15-20 minutes even when we came early. Second they never informed me that they don't do regular artificial nails only dip gel nails which is more expensive. I forget the lady's name that did my nails, but at first she was friendly but then as it was getting closer to closing she was becoming rude. By mistake my nail got smudged and I told her and she rolled her eyes multiple times and then did something to it that took only less then 10 seconds to do. She had me dry them but they did not dry fully because things still stuck to them so when I left i had to go to the bathroom and dry them with the machine. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!! read more

I had no problem with the girls who did my friend and my nails but they fail to properly price things. My friend got a acrylic gel fill and nowhere on the price list did they put that. The girl ended up charging her 50$ (35$ for the full 15$ for gel) and couldn't explain to me the difference between a gel fill (priced at 35$) and an acrylic gel fill. I came here with my best friend to get 2 gel manicures and 2 pedicures. We booked the appointment 2 hours beforehand and had the pedicures in a private room which was amazing. They took their time doing our pedicures and did an awesome job on our nails. 1 week later and nails are still in brand new condition. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new place!!!!!! I think they offer the best pedicures here, as the rooms are semi private. Each "room" fits 2 for a pedicure. They have these beaded curtain things that make it feel a little more private. The massage chair is no joke. Every time I sit in it, I just don't want to leave. They offer 3 pedicures: standard, creative and aromatherapy. That is from cheapest to most expensive. I've tried each and I haven't decided if I liked the creative or aromatherapy one more. I've also gotten manicures and I have no complaints, but think the reason to come here are the pedicures. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I specifically created this account just so that I could share my experience here. All of the manicurists are very nice and do a wonderful job! Which is why I came back the second time but after my second visit I will not be coming back again. The man at the front desk is incredibly rude. I thought that maybe I just caught him on a bad day so I gave them a second chance but nope, he was even worse the next visit. To treat customers, myself and others I saw at the time of my visit with the attitude that he did is just uncalled for and unprofessional. I really wanted to like this place, but during a pedicure, my cuticle was cut too close and started bleeding. I thought the nail technician cleaned it up, but she obviously did not as I ended up with an infection the next day that lasted a week. I also got a manicure that day and the nail technician filed underneath my nail catching the skin and causing yet another infection that showed up the following day. I have never gotten an infection from a nail salon before. I called Bliss to let them know the situation, but my phone call was not returned. It's too bad, the atmosphere of the salon is very nice, but I will definitely not be going back there. read more

The first time I understood because it was about an hour before closing. However, the next time was 3 hours before closing and I was told I would only be able to get a pedicure no manicure. I live upstairs, and this is the most convenient place for me to go to. This place used to have some of the best nail technicians around, and I didn't mind paying their very high prices for excellent service, but they've really struggled with staff turnover because apparently the management is not easy to work for. You never know what you're going to get in here now as a result. It's a real shame, because it's a beautiful place, but for the premium rates they charge (over 25% more than an average nail salon), I expect premium service and near perfect results. Instead, I find it stressful to go here because I have to inspect every nail and ask for correction after correction, and I don't always catch it all. Frankly, that's the technician's job to review and quality check every detail, not mine. I keep hoping they'll improve, but honestly, I've seen the entire staff turn over almost three or four times now over the past two years, and each time the experience just goes a little further downhill. Several times I've gotten technicians who seem like it's their first time ever using a nail drill and I ALWAYS walk out bleeding on at least one finger. I visited Bilss Nails yesterday afternoon for a pre-scheduled appointment for a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I was waiting for over a half hour for my appointment to even start. Once I was taken back for my pedicure, I was left alone in the pedicure chair with scalding hot water in the tub. When someone finally came to begin the service 10-15 minutes later, she was unapologetic and unprepared--she kept getting up and disappearing to retrieve items that she needed for the service. The dip manicure was even worse--aside from soaking my hands in pure acetone instead of wrapping each nail to slowly soak off my old polish and giving me cuts on four of my fingers at the cuticle, she left dried on color on the backs and tips of my fingers. When the service was complete, she told me to go sit in the front under the dryer, and did not bring me any of my belongings, including my handbag and shoes and socks. I was offered no hand massage or lotion at the end of the service--I was left to just make a judgment as to when I was dry. I told the girl behind the desk how unhappy I was with the service and said that I did not think I should have to pay full price for low quality services that took twice as long as they should have--she just looked at me and said it's full price. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the manager was too busy to talk to me. I left a note with my phone number and a summary of my visit, and I have yet to hear back. This salon is a waste of money and the customer service is atrocious. read more

As soon I walk in I'm welcomed with a smile and a friendly presence from the two girls that work front desk, I believe their names are Naomi and Diana. They are always so helpful when it comes down to helping me pick out a color to explaining the different services they offer. The technicians are all so friendly and professional. I've never been to nail salon that is so relaxing. Prices are a little higher than most places but definitely well worth it! To semi private pedicure rooms and foot messages that will leave you feeling brand new. Needed a gel manicure so I decided to give this place a try since I was in the area, and I don't think I'll be coming back. The receptionist could've been more friendly. In the beginning my nail tech was pleasant but when I started to inspect my nails as most people do, to see if they were the same length she annoyingly asked if everything was ok, I let her know that a couple of my nails were uneven and she attempted to fix them but didn't because my nails were still uneven. The paint job on my nails are horrible! I had to go home and file around my nails to get rid of all the extra gel polish. Also I didn't like the energy I was getting while in there, could've been because I looked different than the employees and usual customers. With my overall experience I wouldn't return. read more

I went in for a simple gel polish change I've only been her once before and had a good experience but this time it was unpleasant. She started off by filing the old gel polish i know you have to take off the shiny layer but she went down to my nail in some spots and when I pulled my hand back in discomfort she didn't stop. Then when she went to soak off the gel she only let the acetone sit in for about 5 minutes when the polish didn't come off easily she started scraping at my nail with a metal cuticle pusher. She was scraping so hard I could see she was lifting parts of my nail with it creating dents. Then after she already filed and scraped my nails she went back over AGAIN with a DIRTY nail file that was covered in old red nail polish, my nails have never been filed so thin with so many dents in them. She also didn't know how to shape them they are all different shapes and when I asked her to fix them she barely touched the areas I brought up. I didn't ask her to fix anymore cause it was clear she had no idea what she was doing and my nails were so thin at this point I just wanted the polish on them so I could leave. When it came to the painting part I thought you couldn't screw this up well I was wrong she held the brush almost vertical to my nail so the nail polish layers were so thin an opaque color was now sheer even after three coats and there's polish all over my cuticle area. I understand some people have bad days but not even the receptionist was pleasant. Wouldn't go back especially after having an old dirty file, and cuticle pusher used on me. read more
