Amazing service, this is the company I keep talking about to all my clients, family and friends. I started a mini remodel in my condo, my uncle suggested I have the vents cleaned before he put the new vent covers on. I like to keep my money in my area and with small businesses, I called 2 places prior to calling them; from the start they were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the very next day in the morning so I scheduled it. The next morning I received a text letting me know Cory was on the way, I was amazed, I got notice and he was right on time. I thought it was so nice of him to thank my uncle for having the vent covers off; my uncle who was there for the service said he was very knowledgeable and was impressed by the service. He had asked him if he could clean out the dryer vent as well, Cory was nice to agree and let him know how much more it would be, when my Uncle called to tell me the price I said ok! What great service for a great price. We had a stick chimney flue, the chimney itself was dirty, and we had cracks in the crown. They fixed the flue in under a minute, cleaned everything and inspected the crown to give us a quote on the replacement and recommendation for when to actually do the work (which they suggested wasn't urgent given the degree.) will absolutely use them again when we do decide to replace the crown and would recommend them. While requesting for quotes from various air duct cleaning services, Blodgett has a clear pricing policy and walked you through how to count the number of intake/return air ducts. While performing the services, John was friendly and professional and showed me how to maintain the air ducts by changing the filter with the appropriate permeability. The wind cap blew off our chimney last week, when we had very high winds in Corona. Two pieces came crashing down into our side yard. The other 2 stayed together, but were very loose and flapping around in the wind on top of the chimney. My son went up on the roof and got them down for me. I searched yelp for a good repair company, and thought I'd try this one since the reviews were excellent. Jeff and Landon were AMAZING! They were polite, professional and very efficient at getting things fixed for us, on a Friday night at 5:45! They just had to put the pieces back together that had blown off. Jeff did this on the street with no problems. Then Landon went up on the roof and installed the assembled wind cap, using better screws than the originals, and also applied some weather-stripping that was never there before to prevent leaks. He inspected the damage and assured me that everything else looked good up there. I was VERY impressed with their service and work ethics, and would definitely use them again. Their prices are also very fair. I received a senior discount AND their $15 off coupon. Jeff told me the price I paid would be applied to any future repairs up to 1 year, so I didn't have to pay that amount again! That was good to know. The only improvement I would suggest is: when you call in, the lady just says "hello".....so it's a bit confusing to know if you actually have called Blodgett's or not. Most businesses do answer with their name. Just a minor point. Don't bother calling around. This company should be your FIRST choice! You will NOT be disappointed with their service.
