This is the 1st time we've had our chimney swept. We've owned our home for 21 years and we just didn't realize having the chimney swept was a thing in CA, until we were on vacation and our son called to tell us our carbon monoxide alarm was going off. They fixed the flue in under a minute, cleaned everything and inspected the crown to give us a quote on the replacement and recommendation for when to actually do the work (which they suggested wasn't urgent given the degree.) will absolutely use them again when we do decide to replace the crown and would recommend them.
