Honestly, this might be one of the best mac and cheese dishes I've had. Between the portion size, the flavor, and the cozy atmosphere of the place, it was a great find! I was out running a few errands in the neighborhood today and happened to walk by Bloom. I always like trying new places, so I decided to stop in and take a look. The place has a really nice feel to it. Bright natural light coming in, simple wooden tables, orange chairs, and plants hanging from the ceiling. It's clean, relaxed, and has that casual European café vibe where you could easily sit for a while and enjoy your food. They've got a pretty big menu too. Everything from pastries and breakfast items to sandwiches and other comfort food. But for some reason the mac and cheese caught my attention, and I'm glad it did. This thing was huge! When the waitress described it I thought it was going to be half the size, lol. The mac and cheese itself was incredibly creamy and rich. The noodles were perfectly cooked and completely coated in this smooth, cheesy sauce. On top there's a light sprinkle of breadcrumbs that adds just a little texture. I added chicken, which I normally don't do with mac and cheese, but it turned out to be a great call. The chicken is super tender and blends right into the dish, making it even more filling. It's one of those bowls where every bite is cheesy, warm, and comforting. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to! read more

We ordered the Lemon ricotta pancakes, a side of bacon and the fried chicken sando. I would get the sando again, it was delicious and fried perfectly (it's a thin piece of chicken, think Milanese). A great place with great staff and welcoming ambiance. FOOD I got the crispy chicken sandwich which was definitely an elevated version. The bun was soft and the sandwich was big. The garlic fries were delicious and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of fresh garlic. I also got the salmon salad which was so good. SMOOTHIES I got the blue protein shake with 1/2 less of bananas and more blueberries added instead. They happily made that modification for me. It was refreshing and the perfect blend made just the way I like it. The texture was smooth and creamy. SERVICE This place has wonderful customer service. I ordered to go but the staff still made me feel right at home while I waited. I sat down and they brought me water and checked in on me as if I would be dining in while I waited for my order to be ready. They were friendly and U could tell they loved what they did. The food was brought out in good time and the plate up was nice even though it was to go. The food looked as delicious and savory as it tasted. That crispy chicken sandwich is a DEFINITE winner. I will be getting it again. Also I really loved that smoothie and will be going back to try the others. AMBIANCE It felt like a happy environment. There were all of these encouraging and nice things said all over the store from the outside into the inside. It made you feel good about yourself walking in and reminded you of happy things. There were plants throughout the restaurant and added that natures touch to the decor. The natural light coming through the windows was just right. The space felt positive and I was happy to be there. I highly recommend checking out this place even if you're just stopping by for a quick smoothie. You will be happy with what you get! There are certain dishes that you just crave from time to time and Bloom Cafe's burger salad is one of those for me. I will go out of my way anytime I'm in the area to get one. I know it sounds weird, but the combination of ingredients and flavors is unmatched. You can have a beef or turkey patty (my choice) which is topped with a wasabi mayo dressing atop a bed of butter lettuce. But it's the rest of the salad that makes it: pickled red onions, avocado, vegetable chips, and sprouts combine to make this a worthy, mouth-watering destination. I've passed by this place hundreds of times, and it's truly a hidden gem. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing, and the restaurant wasn't busy, which I actually prefer. The vibe was relaxing, with good music and all the staff smiling. I ordered the Vegetarian Curry Bowl--OMG, it was so delicious! It was served hot, and the rice was cooked to perfection. We happened upon this beautiful bloom. What a blossom it was. The atmosphere was cozy, and the waiter was welcoming and gave great suggestions. Stopped in for Sunday brunch this weekend and had a really great breakfast. It's really small and cozy on the inside but in a good way. Our server Frank was really polite and did a great job. Parking is also pretty easy in this area. We were able to find a spot a half a block away. They have a lot of great bakery items and also many good options on the menu. They offer breakfast and lunch but we went for brunch specifically. We chose The Make Your Own Scramble and the 222, which was 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and one piece of bacon and a piece of sausage. We enjoyed both of the dishes and would get each again. I really loved their latte as well, and would definitely recommend but can't say the same for their strawberry lemonade because it wasn't nearly sweet enough. Bloom cafe! Why haven't I been here sooner? It was a Saturday around lunchtime, and I was out doing errands with my partner and we needed to grab lunch. As luck would have it, we drove by Bloom and saw it out of the corner of my eye. I immediately searched for it online and read the menu out loud. Sounding delicious, we made a U-turn and went back to find easy, metered parking off of Sierra Bonita. I appreciated the outside distancing and masks. We were seated immediately and chose to sit indoors because it was a bit breezy out. They checked for vaccinations as I ordered a cold brew with cream and he got a delicious mint-lemonade. I was salivating at the interior aesthetic alone: I love Plants and Boho chic, and chic it is! It was hard to decide: breakfast? Or lunch? I opted for a lunch dish of Quinoa-Arugula-Tuna salad which is pretty big! Definitely not enough Tuna, it's so sweet with the apple mixed in (I would order it as a sandwich if it was offered)! Nevertheless, it was filling and enough to bring home. He had the BLT Burrito which I had to sample and it's so delicious. The avocado really makes it. We had a side of chicken sausage which is quite sweet. Loved it! The device was en point and served with a smile. We stopped over over for Saturday brunch around 12:30pm. We were greeted and sat down with a menu and water. The menu included breakfast and lunch to select. My friend went for breakfast and I picked a lunch dish. If you sit inside, there's also a "to go" and bakery. At my sit, I eyeballed the pastries while waiting for my food. The cafe was adorable with light colors and painted flowers along with other decorations on the wall. Two servers were quite busy. The whole time we were there managing all the tables, making sure the food was brought to our table and seeing if we needed anything. Ms. Elizabeth was our server, and she was very delightful. Once we finished our food, which was amazing, we leaned over and order it a cappuccino and carrot cake. I ordered my mahi tacos with a salad. The salad dressing was the slight vinaigrette with a hint of basil. The taco was served with fresh veggies and a green sauce that was super tasty. My friend ordered a breakfast and had quinoa on the side. We both couldn't put our folks down. As we were sitting at the table, chatting away, a crowd started coming in to eat. The service didn't miss a beat and food was piping hot to the tables. We weren't rushed and enjoyed our day. It's definitely a place I will be back to try some of the other dishes.
