Savannah did an awesome job. She explained the process really well (this was my first time getting extensions) and also explained how to take care of them properly. Would definitely come back for fills seeing how I might just be addicted to lash extensions. I have gotten plenty of compliments on them so far and was trying this out as a first timer to see if I liked them for my future engagement photos (I do!) I got the Classic, Eye Opener style and it was the perfect amount of lash for a beginner, especially if you are used to not wearing tons of eye makeup. NOTE: This review is solely on the LASH application. After a slightly disappointing experience with my previous lash extensions, I thought I would give this place a go because they had a Groupon ($69 for full set of lashes instead of the usual $260). I informed a couple girlfriends of mine about the deal, and I convinced them to try it out with me! LOCATION & PARKING Bloom Bridal has a parking lot in the rear of the building, and the suite itself is a few doors down from the main street. Don't make the same mistake that I did trying to find street parking. SERVICE & EXPERIENCE I made an appointment online through their website, which was quick and easy. Bloom Bridal also called the day before to confirm the appointment. Granted with my parking situation (went round a couple times before finding the private parking), I was a few minutes late. I wasn't sure if the place was open because I didn't see anyone inside, but Priscilla was on the phone behind the counter. She greeted me, but I had to wait a few minutes because she was waiting on the phone. Once Priscilla checked me in, she started inquiring about previous lash applications, what style I liked, etc. I told her I did have lashes done before (not mink), and I wanted very flirty lashes with flared/longer lashes on the outer corners. Priscilla first applied gel pads under my eyes to separate my lower lashes from my upper lashes. The entire appointment took a little over an hour. Background music played with little small talk. I was starting to fall asleep, but I could feel a slight tingle in my nose from the strong adhesive. Although there is a fan to circulate air, I wish there was a way to inhale without getting a headache. LONGEVITY OF LASHES When they were applied, I liked how they curled up, but I wasn't a fan of the "natural" look. Maybe I don't have a lot of lashes, maybe it's my genes, I don't know - they didn't look as good on me as I wanted. It made me still want to add some fake lashes on top! Even my boyfriend couldn't really tell a difference... I wanted the lashes for the sole purpose of looking good in HAWAII. So I definitely put them to the test: sun, ocean, sand, wind, all the elements! Although I *did* sleep on my back to avoid any lash fallout, I noticed that my lashes started going in CRAZY directions. Some were flipped upside-down, others were curling opposite of the other lashes. Call me crazy, but check out the photos attached to see what I mean... One thing I did like was the fallout of the lashes. I've had bad experiences where the lashes did NOT come off, and there were HUGE GAPS that were super noticeable! With these lashes, you couldn't even tell they were falling off (well, you couldn't even tell I had them in the first place too...so maybe take that into account). OVERALL + cleanliness of salon + ability to make appointments at 6PM (after work, yay!) + fallout made my lashes look natural - ... did I really get lash extensions? BF thought I just curled my own lashes - I wanted flared at the end, didn't end up like that =/ - how lashes looked after a few days (needed a LOT of taming) - lash adhesive during application was somewhat overbearing/headache inducing - some individual lashes were only adhered by the middle of the mink lash, so the inside end kept poking my eyes I would definitely recommend someone to try this if they have a groupon! Otherwise, don't spend over $250 to try these out... think of how many fake lashes you could buy! Still on the hunt for a good lash extension place... read more

Sarah is the Michaelangelo of makeup! Myself and my wedding party looked fabulous on my wedding. I wanted everyone to look natural and Sarah not only did that, but was able to bring out everyones best features with her artistry We opted to do the airbrushing and is was worth every penny! It didn't feel heavy, it stayed on all day and it remained flawless even after all the dancing. In fact, when I tried to remove it that even I had to scrub my face until it was raw. This stuff lasts. Teresa was our amazing hair diva. She listened to exactly what everyone wanted and delivered beyond expectations. Our hair maintained it's shape all through the evening and looked just as good when the night was over. These women are experts at what they do and will accommodate you in any way they can. They were right on time at the crack of 8am at my wedding location even though it was 30 minutes from their place of business. I was browsing through Groupon and saw a Groupon for Bloom Bridal Boutique for lash extensions, it was an impulse buy! I went for it and went onto their website and booked an appt online for the same day. My appt was for 2:30pm, I was all excited and left work early.. Then came to find that my appt was cancelled and someone else had the 2:30pm slot and no one else was available. I was a little disappointed but it wasn't their fault, it was the booking engine's fault, they ended up fitting me in at 4:45pm, which I think was probably not a normal appt they would take, but they did for the inconvenience of the canceled appt? That was great! I came back at 4:45pm and the whole experience was great! She explained what the process was and what she was doing.. Then I was just so comfortable, I fell asleep! It took an hour for the whole session, it went by really quickly and I love the results! I think this was one of the best Groupons I have ever purchased! I've been searching for awhile for the "right" place to go to since alot of my friends do not have eye lash extensions. I get them done since my eye lashes are not long or full like I'd like them to be. I wanted mine to be natural looking, long & full. I had a full set done before from out of town locations and today I needed a refill. I was hestitant since I relied on the Yelp reviews. But, I am truly happy with this place. I got lost using the directions on yelp's iPhone app. But, it was easy to locate off of Lincoln Ave. The plus for me is the easy & free parking in the back. The bridal boutique is as pretty as the pictures you see. I definitely feel like Im getting pampered when I walked thru the doors. Sarah did my eyelashes and I love them so far. She is very friendly, courteous and professional. She truly does take pride in her work and made sure that even though I had my original set done somewhere else, she made sure the refills complimented me. They truly did. This is a first impressions review. I got a full set here 2 weeks ago. Let me preface with the fact that I've been getting lash extensions for the last 4-5 months in LA. I have never had a problem with the maintenance of my lashes, I use oil free everything on my face, hardly touch them and play soccer and my lashes stayed full and intact for 4 weeks. I recently moved to the Bay Area and heard good things about this location for lash extensions. So I got a full set to test it out. I got the silk just because it's what I'm used to. I told the technician what I normally had done (length in the middle with 0.2 weight) in LA and she started her work. The process was normal, close your eyes and wake up with lashes. Less than 2 weeks have passed and I now have no lashes in the middle of my right eye and no lashes on the outside of my left eye. I look a little ridiculous honestly. It's disappointing, but maybe the glue is more sensitive? I'm not sure but I never encountered this problem before and am a little frustrated with how I look right now. Pic to be posted. I'm hoping it was a one time issue. I will be going back to get a fill in 1 week to make sure it wasn't just me or something I did. I'm a little nervous by then I won't have any lash extensions left...but we will see how it goes. Hopefully I'm not charged for another full set. Such a cute pink Boutique shop!! I was so surprised to see how busy they were inside a shop doing lash extensions. I had a bad experience from getting lash extensions in the past ( My eyes were so red for almost 2 weeks and all the lashes fell of like in a week) but I was willing to give it a try again at this place since they've got a high rating reviews. I requested Alyse and she did an excellent job! She asked what kind of style I like and took time to do her job which was almost 2 hours. Found this place off of Yelp and I was super nervous, due to this being my first time getting the lash extensions! I wanted to get my lashes done because I am always hiking, camping and at the gym. And I HATE having to do my makeup. Having these lashes make my life so much easier, I can literally just get up and go!! The place was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking in the back. The studio was very clean, smelled great and super comfortable/welcoming. The girl who did my lashes was Carol and she was AMAZING!!! She works late which is perfect for my work schedule because I was able to get an appt at 7:30 (even though the hours say they close at 7pm) She was super gentle and patient with me. I had my extensions done for the first time with Jen last week and it looked amazing and feel so comfortable. I chose eye-opener. I did notice on the fourth evening that some of my lashes had fallen out on the left side even though I followed the Care instructions. so I booked a complimentary fix which is included as a warranty for the first five days. Cheri helped me with my fix and it looked just as amazing as it did last week. I was just expecting her to fix the side that lost a lot of lashes but she made sure both sides looked great. read more

I really like the salon, had a Lash fill, great work, five stars, that was in Dec. I decided to try a lash lift earlier this week with spm. Huge waste of money, my left eye is very curled, my lashes look short. Right side is more of a natural curl and lashes don't look short. The semi permanent mascara should not be offered. It doesn't look like I have any mascara on. I now have to deal with lashes looking a bit off. My opinion, go with extensions or curl your own lashes with a lash curler and mascara, I like Buxom. Sarah is amazing! I got married in July, and had gotten a "townhog" coupon thingy for Bloom Bridal for eyelash extensions. I figured they would be an awesome look for the wedding pictures and they so were! Now before having them done, I probably would never even think about paying over $100 for an initial set of lashes, after having had them done and seeing how amazing they look when Sarah is done I would not hesitate to get them done (especially if I end up letting my lashes take a break) To refill the lashes its only $50 every 2-3 weeks depending on how fast your natural lashes shed out (or if you rub them really hard due to allergies and are a spaz and make some come out) Not that you need it but they sell mascara that is eyelash extension safe there, so if you do have a big event coming up and want to make your eyes even more dramatic you can :) Sarah is one of the sweetest women I have met in the beauty industry. She truly cares about her work and her clients and wants to make sure they are happy with their services. That being sad, if you ever aren't just tell her because she would totally fix it if possible! Once I asked for a few more lashes on the inner eye ( when I take my contacts out sometimes I snag a lash with them so I wanted a few extra) and she had me back in the chair with the lashes placed in no time! I am so disappointed by the service that I got from Danielle the other day. I came in to the boutiqe and they said that my appointment is on the second location (my email did not specifically say anything about it). I got a groupon and booked weeks in advance only to find her say that she just ran out of thinnest lashes (usually used for more a natural look), so she said either to just settle for the thicker ones (0.5 mm in diameter) or I would have to reschedule. I had come all the way so I figured to be okay with the thicker ones. Then, during the service another staff came in to the room and they were talking and gossiping that I actually did not mind as long as Danielle can keep her hands steady in doing my lashes. Their conversation definitely distracted her and I got my skin jabbed several times. She was also playing with her phone, watching videos and texting while doing my lashes which was really annoying for me. I was also disappointed with the result, the lashes are not full, there are still many lashes that she did not cover. Overall, I had a bad and disappointing experience. read more

I have been to this location 3 times first time I went to get allergic reaction test I walked in early and was greeted and taken in right away. For my actual lash appointment I got there filled out and read all the consent forms picked out the kind of lashes I wanted. Met LIA and discussed what I wanted she got to work right away making sure everything was comfortable LIA made the whole experience amazing I would recommend going to her. My lashes lasted about 3 weeks with no major fall out I went in for a refill. I absolutely love them I'm hooked. I recommend buying the cleaning solution for lashes to last longer. The facility is clean and decoration is Super cute staff is super friendly. They recommend taking headphones but I didn't mind the music they play and Lia is great to conversat with.
