I've been going here for years. The technicians here are so professional and do an amazing job. Everyone works hard and my nails are always perfect. It's spotless, everyone is masked, and there are protective screens all over. I felt very safe. Today I witness a racist attack on one of the technicians and the technician remained professional and kind the entire time. She shouldn't have had to deal with it. I ended up getting involved because watching here take the blatant racism was absolutely awful. I went in for a Gel-X manicure on Sunday 6/14/26, and by Tuesday 6/16/26--just two days later--three nails had already fallen off. I returned to the salon on Wednesday 6/17/26 to have them repaired, but the very next day, one of the repaired nails popped off again. After making a second trip back to the salon, I requested a refund due to the poor quality of the service. My request was refused, and I was told that "sometimes this happens." Gel-X nails are meant to last 3-4 weeks, not 2-3 days. I paid $100 for a manicure that began falling apart almost immediately and have now had to make multiple trips back to the salon to fix the same issue. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The service was overpriced, the customer service was dismissive, and the quality of the work was unacceptable. When a service fails this quickly, customers should not be expected to repeatedly return for repairs while being denied a reasonable resolution. read more

I seriously dislike coming here but had to remove a gel set stat. They started my feet and hands then the tech for the hands left and another came 30 Minutes later. I had to be out on a tight schedule and informed them of that but instead they rushed me out at the end and didn't do a complete manicure but still charged the full amount. Humiliating experience.. The rudest treatment I've ever experienced in a salon. Mid appointment, I was told "Go get it yourself" in front of everyone after politely requesting one of their gel colors. When I asked for help finding it, they rolled their eyes, scoffed, and persisted saying "get it yourself" and then blatantly ignored me while everyone stared. (The color was only numbered and had no brand). I decided to end the appointment there and they charged me full price without painting my nails. Didnt have an apple pay reader. I tried to pay 6 different ways. had my credit card number memorized but they couldn't enter it. The salon itself is super clean, modern and cute. I love how everyone here is so friendly. They usually go with appointments but as a walk-in I can get my gel done pretty quickly . Horrible customer service and nails (powder dip) NEVER last as long as they should. Called and asked if they had time to see me now if I came in 10 minutes since I live close. They said yes, so I drive over and when I get there I'm told the wait is 1 hour. I spoke with the person I spoke with on the phone as she had previously said they could see me right away. She wasn't apologetic and said "they are busy and back to back" which is the opposite of what she just told me on the phone. She's an absolute ray of sunshine who can recreate everything from an image on Instagram to an idea in my head. I live right behind this nail spa and it's convenient if you want your nails done without needing an appointment. Typically I go to MiniLuxe, ES Nail or Cote, but if I'm in a rush, I like to come here. My most recent visit a few weeks ago, I brought my husband for a pedicure. The ladies that did our toes were really sweet, mine in particular did a great job. The reason for 3 stars is because the woman my husband had was not careful and she cut him in 3 places very badly. She apologized for one, and wiped it down with some alcohol, but didn't acknowledge the two other bleeding areas on the side of his foot and two on his toes. It was pretty bad. I live walking distance from this nail salon so it's convenient & they take walk in's which is great but they often take over an hour for a simple pedicure. Also, they rarely do the mani/pedi at the same time so if you want both be prepared to spend about 2 hours there. Unfortunately, one of the manicurist is not careful and has cut me and my friend on multiple occasions. After my most recent visit, I left with 3 open cuts on my toes that bled & one of my nails cut in half needing to be glued. I found a friend in her and a family in Blooming Nails. I later moved to the valley and I STILL drive 45 minutes to come back to this salon. That should say it all. My gel nails turned brown an hour after I left the salon. I went back the next day so they could fix them (even though it was very inconvenient for me). She is my absolute favorite -- she always does my nails exactly how I like them, and she's very warm and funny. I also really like that the owners take good care of their employees, from what I can tell. They seem to be treated fairly and there's not a lot of churn, which is important to me. After all said and done, after I specially said I don't want too short, my nails are down to little Nubs to the point where they hurt. Nothing you can do about it but the lady's attitude was shit. On top of it when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I paid $40 cash for $30 she had the audacity to say "is the rest for us?" We wanted to cheer up my mom after open heart surgery, took her and my friend to Blooming nails spa in Brentwood. Within five days her middle toe nail fell completely off with fungal infection, my friend nails all got peeled off the solution they used to clear her powder gel melted her real nails, her fingers and skin are peeling off. I went to talk to them today I spoke to Nancy the manager and asked for the refund of $170 that my mom paid and she basically said send me the pictures and I will talk to the owner and I'll let you know. She only has 48 hours before I call the department of health to close her shop. And make sure that she pays enough fine to sterilize that place. They increased their prices for a bad service. The staff was not particularly the most cheerful or friendliest but they were not rude either. I was not offered any water or anything to drink as most salons do especially in this area. I had a regular mani pedi and the same lady did both. I don't mind especially since I was not in a rush but if you are pressed for time make sure to request two people when you make your appointment or as you walk in.
