The seal was broken and this is what the inside of my jar looked like!!! $125 and it's been a nightmare trying to return it

STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERING FROM HERE!!! 14 days is unsatisfactory given I purchased something from your store to give as a gift and when I received the item the seal was broken and almost half the product was gone. Disgusting that your facility didn't have some quality check before sending that. I purchased that for a gift and now have to wait, I didn't expect this to come from a high end store at all. I will never shop online again. I have been waiting for reimbursement since Dec 6??? Do you think this is acceptable for $125 product?? Someone should be fired!!

Im glad I made time to go shopping during this visit in DC. I LOVE Bloomingdale's, this is my to-go store when I want to get clothing. There different brands and depts for women, cosmetics/fragrances , shoes and men's clothing. They had love music outside and other cool activities going on when I got there. The staff is incredible and would assist you. The value is great and I had to leave before I ended up buying everything.

To each their own. When it comes to clothes not my style for the most part, very rarely do I find something. I do like the shoes and purses. The employee's are extremely helpful and friendly. I'm so happy this store isn't one of many that closed due to the pandemic in the area. I would definitely go again shopping for everything but the clothes maybe a jacket hmmm....

I was in need of a suit to attend my grandparents memorial, but didn't want to wear the old worn, tattered suits I had, so I stopped by bloomingdale's explained to a gentleman in the suit department what I was looking for and his reply was, "oh no..no..no.." This is proper attire for the occasion. I left with an amazing suit, shirt and tie. Couldn't thank the salesman enough.

Love love love. They have a great selection of clothes and the lady in the Reiss department is amazing!

Plenty of Michael Stars, 525 America Sweaters, and some other more unusual very unique boutique lines. A small store with extremely well-selected inventory. But the highlight of Wear it Well, which I feel is best for women 30 and up, is the longtime owners and employees. I walked in today, told them I wanted to toss my wardrobe out the window, and they proceeded (not overselling, not oversolicitously) to help me come up with some great ideas, good combinations, and a host of things I wouldn't have picked out b/c I'm stuck in my own dull clothing groove. They really worked with me to ensure that I found some special things, and I don't think I'll toss the clothes I bought out the window with the others b/c they do push my proverbial envelope. That's what I needed. When the economy hits hard...and even when it doesn't...I make an extra effort to shop locally. Wear it Well is the kind of carefully merchandised, very well-run boutique that will earn your loyalty. Before you drive to the mall, walk down the street and visit these great gals. Watch out...they talked me into buying an absurdly expensive belt even though I don't wear belts. You know, I think it will become one of my favorite purchases ever! Plus, it's so pricey, I'm going to wear it to sleep every night no matter what.

This review was originally posted on "The Bridal Salon at Saks Jandel" Yelp page on 8/10/2013…read more.. Went into Saks Jandel today after receiving several emails about a huge sale they were having. Actually, wanted to check out a few cocktail dresses for some upcoming galas but figured I would also browse their sample sale bridal gowns (just for ideas). That place looked like a zoo! I'm starting to wonder if it was actually a going out of business sale which would explain why the sales associates seemed to care less about helping customers or if there was another underlying reason why no one assisted me or even acknowledged my presence. When I walked in there were sales racks everywhere, I felt like I had walked in a Marshall's or Ross. Spotted a few associates, no one spoke or even attempted to make eye contact with me. I continued to walk around for several minutes, still nothing. Eventually, picked up a cute purple cocktail dress and still no one approached me or acted like they were interested in making a sale. Oh well. Would've at least like to try the dress on but I don't patronize places where I am clearly not welcome. Continued to walk around still nothing, so I left vowing to never go back. I shop at upscale department stores, namely Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, all the time and have never experienced anything like this. Definitely will not be returning to Saks Jandel ever again. If you decide to go there, don't say I didn't warn you. 2/8/14 I was asked by a Saks Jandel Bridal Salon representative to remove my review from August since it was about Saks Jandel, not specifically their bridal salon. Again, my review speaks solely to my experience at Saks Jandel, not their bridal salon.

Lots of great "stuff" and finds....if you have the patience to look around a dig for it…read more This Nordstrom Rack is loaded with brand name products, designer clothing, jewelry, household goods and all at decent prices. The only grip I have specifically with this location.....is that it is waaayyy too cluttered-- overstocked with just stuff everywhere! And, let's talk about organization to make things easy to find....forget it. It sort of reminds me of a " sub high-end" Thrift store. If you parked on the street nearby this store location, you better load up your parking meter to the max.... Because you're going to need the time to roam around this place. Not to mention, there is no parking lot or garage..... so you don't want your parking meter to expire because we all know parking tickets in DC is like paying rent or the amount of a one night hotel stay. lol Other than this, not a bad shopping experience here. There's something here for everyone when it come to looking for bargain clothing that's from designer labels and on trend. Also, one big plus about this Nordstrom Rack location is that they carry one of the largest selection of men's business wear and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, Big 6 consulting and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. Heck...Most of these type of places tend to cater more to women, where women clothing occupy like over 50%% of the store and the men's section is left to about a shoebox size of mixed up clothing. And, don't even bother to ask if there is a men's shoe section. Most tend not to have one. At least if anything, this is not the case at this Nordstrom Rack. There are tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!

I discovered this unique store while visiting my sister in DC. Back then the store was located in the basement floor of Maza Gallery but several years ago moved to The Shops at Wisconsin Place. Tabandeh is an artist herself, and you can see her artistic vision in every aspect of the store. It is a treat just to visit. She has curated a collection of artists whose designs are unique, and beautiful and many aren't often seen in other stores. I love everything about this store, and that includes the people. They excel at understanding you and your preferences and if they think the time is right, they might steer you to something that is even better for your color, and personality, and shape. Shoes and sandals easily $350+, earrings in the $400 range ... I also spotted a tank/tee for $300. Meh... Used to come here a few times in the 90s when I lived in DC proper and bought a few pieces but don't remember the prices being so ultra-high. Really cool, universal pieces here, clothing, jewelry, scarves, and footwear. A huge downside for me was one of the sales reps or possibly the owner, and her hard sell approach. It was way too much ... an overly exaggerated, aggressive and insincere sales pitch. Everything and everyone looked good in Everything. NOT! Also, my friend and I tried on the same shoes, original cost, $365 and she told me she would give them to me for$265 and 5 minutes later told my friend $295. To sum it up ... boorish and a lowbrow moment. Not a fan and pretty sure I will not return.

They're also great for the many miscellaneous gift needs that pop up throughout the year for coworkers and teachers and other people you might not know very well and whose gift options fall uncomfortably in between even the classiest target dollar bin options your best friends might love, and the fancier more expensive fare reserved for one's own children, close relatives, spouses...
