I was back home for the weekend and I always request to go to Blossom Asian Bistro! Their food is always super tasty and fresh! This time, we decided to get chicken and broccoli with the soy ginger sauce. We also got the basil beef. My sister ordered sushi! The beef and chicken dishes were super delicious, and I like how they put a ton of meat in these dishes. Sometimes I find places put a ton more veggies than meat, but there was a perfect amount of both. The restaurant is also very welcoming with great ambiance, and they really decorated for Christmas which was nice to see. The bathrooms are also super clean. The service here is also fast, and our waitress was timely and made sure to take care of us and check once we got our food. My family looks forward to coming back here again!

We had a great time coming here and dining outside. The service here is amazing and very fast to get your food. We ordered a hand roll, sesame chicken, and udon vegetable noodles. Everything was great but we definitely recommend the salmon hand roll and udon noodles!

Easily seated with no wait. The restaurant is very large. I did like that it was more Asian fusion. You can just get the best of each place. Thai tea was great. Perfect. Salt and pepper calamari: so light and yummy Sesame chicken w/ brown or white rice: it was good. I couldn't finish it but there was a lot of sauce. Also lightly fried. The brown rice looked more purple to me. Lots of families and twenty something's here.

Beautiful restaurant located in the heart of Summit. I ordered the sushi platter for lunch and sat at their bar. The staff is extremely attentive and respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and recommend if you're in the area!

I stopped with my son to have sushi. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The service was elegant and friendly. The sushi was out of this world. So delicious. One of the best in NJ.

The place is giant with lots of seating, especially booths that fit parties of six comfortably. We ordered the mango tango roll, fantasy roll, dumplings, and the following sushi: salmon, yellowtail, fluke, mackerel, and octopus. Octopus was extremely chewy and inedible to the point where I had to spit it out but the rest was really good. Fish was fresh and tasty. Tea was good too. I'd come back!

Dined in for a weekend lunch with my family on a friend's recommendation ! Great interiors and well thought out and spaced out booths. We ordered Basil veggies, Scallion pancakes and a Japanese lunch box with Chicken teriyaki. The portions are good and flavors are definitely authentic. The only point I would call for attention is the staff. I definitely did not feel welcomed. In addition to the food, people enjoy dining experience due to the hospitality. Something to think about !

Updated review - I will order from here for sushi only. The sushi is excellent and fresh! I order cucumber avocado, sweet potato tempura (yumm!) and spicy crunchy tuna roll. Highly recommend the sushi! My husband likes the shrimp tempura roll.

Poor food quality, and poor service. The food is not fresh. Took some food home and because it was poorly packed it destroyed my clothing.

The Chicken Sisig, Palabok, pork BBQ and sizzling Biko with ice cream are a must-try from the food menu. The appetizers, like the piping hot vegetable lumpia and their humongous portion of Halo-halo as dessert are highly recommended by me and other reviewers. When we dined at this place, the whole staff gave me a feeling as if I was eating at an aunt's house, with the owner and staff providing very welcoming, family-style care. I have been living in NY for more than 30 years, have already eaten in so many low and high-end Filipino restaurants, in terms of food quality and taste, I may say this by far is the best that I have experienced. If given the chance to be in New Jersey again, I will definitely, 100% be back to this place for their delicious and flavorful food. Some of my companions point out that the seating area is relatively small, which can lead to limited availability during peak times, and a few note the interior decor is fairly plain but it did not matter to me because the food that I ordered/tried were great and amazing (properly spiced, cooked very well and soooooooo delicious!! ). Food portions are generous, presentation was appetizing and excellent, staff service was attentive and great ( I noticed that our water glasses were always filled up which is a service very consistent in so many high-priced restaurants that I have been ). Table setting is good, food utensils and plates were very clean ( yes, I checked it! ). I am extremely satisfied with my food experience and the hospitality of the owner and their staff in this Filipino restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Service wasn't that great and we were the only customers there at the time then other guest staggered in . I'm all for restaurants thriving and always wish them luck but holy cow prices are crazy average appetizers are $16.50 or more and entree dishes are $25 or more for serving sizes and flavors are really lacking in a lot of dishes . Lechon was cut thinner not the usual big chunks and the oil tasted old and was greasy . Sinigang with the Baboy was very underwhelming the Baboy wasn't boiled down enough . The sisig has too much of a soy sauce taste and way too much mayo on top . The chicharron bulaklak was okay could have used a bit more seasoning and seemed to be a popular item that day . The BBQ stick was decent but not for $18 . Being Filipino myself I know everyone has their own way of making certain dishes so people may like it but in my opinion I've had better at a few other spots . Wishing them all the best .

I am very disappointed by an experience my mother had at Ariyoshi today…read more My mother went in to place a takeout order in person. The receptionist initially spoke Mandarin with her, and over the years during our dine-in visits, we had often heard employees speaking Mandarin. Because of this, my mother felt comfortable ordering in Mandarin. However, when my mother politely asked the receptionist to repeat the order in Mandarin, the receptionist suddenly claimed she did not speak Mandarin and switched to very poor English instead. My mother was confused and had difficulty understanding her. Despite the communication issue, no other employee stepped in to help complete the order. The whole interaction left my mother feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. We understand that not every employee is required to speak Mandarin, but it was frustrating that no effort was made to assist her when there was clearly a language barrier. We have been customers for years and have enjoyed the restaurant in the past, but this experience was extremely disappointing and has left us with a negative impression. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Our waiter brought us waters and took our orders right away and the food came rather quickly too. We ordered:(but shared) - Sushi for Two 16 pieces of sushi, tuna roll, California roll, dragon roll 8/10 (the nigiri was very good and fresh, the California roll was good and the spicy tuna roll was too. It was definitely enough for two or three, but I ended up eating most of it because they all of a sudden became full lol) - Dragon Roll 8/10 (for my girlfriends friend which was tasty as I had one on the platter) - Pad Thai 8/10 (for my girlfriend and it was very good and authentic) - Salads 8/10 (for me and my girlfriends friend) - Miso Soup 10/10 (for my girlfriend) It's a great place to eat sushi and I'll definitely be back. She speaks to customers with an attitude that lacks basic courtesy and customer service. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee by simply placing an order. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of leadership. The Black manager often appears more focused on having personal conversations and interacting with that employee than supervising the restaurant and assisting customers. As a customer, it's frustrating to stand waiting while management seems distracted instead of ensuring the business is running professionally. I would rather drive to another location than continue spending my money here. Customer service, accountability, and professionalism start with management, and unfortunately this location reflects the opposite. I hope the owner or district manager reads this review, identifies the employees described, and provides the coaching and leadership necessary to improve the customer experience. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are.

Seriously. You cannot see any sign of other than the sign. You go into a glass vestibule and down into the basement. Basement? Yes. It's a basement. Is it dark? Not really. Is the ceiling low? A little. But it's a big open space. You don't feel crowded. It's all you can eat and it's a big menu. A lot of choices. I was trying to be judicious. I came by myself so I didn't want to order anything that came with 6 pieces of the same thing. I ordered everything at once which is unnecessary. They bring you another round of blank ordering pages. I had the miso soup which was spectacular. I had the seaweed salad which was very good. And a good portion. The sashimi was a thick piece which was a little weird at first but excellent quality. I had one piece of sushi. You know to be honest I'm not sure that the piece I ate was one that I ordered. And I think one of the pieces I ordered I never received. But I'm not going to complain. I had every opportunity to order as much as I wanted. I had a Peking duck appetiser I really enjoyed in a little pancake. I could have happily eaten 10 of them. Barbecued octopus which was a little chewy. Probably my least favorite but still very good. I think coming with a group would be ideal so you could try more things. I didn't even break into the rolls or hand rolls. And I didn't try the chicken wings which is something I love. I didn't get dessert which consisted of several flavors of icecream or fresh fruit. When I go next time I will not order everything at once because it comes out as they finish it so I think this added to my confusion over what I had ordered and if I had received everything. Next time I will order it coursed out how I want it. And there will certainly be a next time. Really, really enjoyed it.
