Went for dinner, I liked the decor and ambiance. Service was good and the food was great!

Excellent! Beautiful inside and the booths are so comfy. The crab rangoons are a must!! The seaweed salad was refreshing to me who's tried it at multiple places but not everyone in our group was a fan(first timers didn't like the texture of seaweed in general). The special sushi options are all amazing imo and the miso soup is really homely on a cold day. The sesame tuna was nice. The staff is always so kind and this is our favorite place to venture with the kids and when guests visit alike. If you're looking for a nice Asian option, this is it. We always head over to Mochinut afterwards for dessert and grab some cookies from the Italian bakery next door. read more

We decided to try this new place in Summit as we were walking around one afternoon and we were glad that we did! Their menu consists of Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisine. The servers were prompt and friendly. We both got the miso soup which was flavorful and a good size. My partner ordered from the sushi menu and was very happy with everything, especially the mackerel sushi. I also had a spicy salmon crunch roll which was delicious! For our main dishes we got the sesame chicken with white rice and a dish of chicken fried rice. The chicken fried rice was really good and had an interesting Thai twist to it with the addition of basil. The sesame chicken was slightly spicy and still had a good crunch to it. Great new Asian restaurant in town and food quality just as good as their Chatham location. We had the spicy crunchy tuna, eel avocado roll, king crab rangoon, and General Tsos chicken and it was all really good. The decor and ambience is also very nice. The only downside are the prices. I believe they are 10-15% higher than they should be. read more

This place is the worst! Save your time and money and go anywhere else , My family and I made reservations two weeks ago and yet we still had to wait for an hour to be seated , very rude service. Food was good but rather expensive. We ordered five rolls (including two speciality rolls) for the two of us and the rolls were hearty with a good amount of fish. So disappointed tonight as this is one of our favorite places for fresh Asian food. We ordered the won ton soup for 4 at $6 each and got 2 won tons in each that looked like deflated balloons. Tasty but so wanted more. It was all broth. Then the Four Seasons which has shrimp, scallops, beef and chicken with Asian veggies was filled with mostly pineapple, water chestnuts, red peppers and snap peas. There were 2 shrimp snd we had to fish for the meat. Again tasty but not worth it. That was ridiculous for $28. After dropping $73, will think twice next time. read more

I'm beyond upset. I have a daughter who is 2 months old and she was fussy with a dirty diaper. Desperate, I came into this place of business to ask if I can use the changing station so I can care for my child. I got refused and turned away. Rationally speaking, am I to change the child on the street? The establishment does not have a corporate portal to send messages of concern so I'm placing it here so that way there is awareness of how they treat potential customers. Reasonable prices for how good the food is, some of the best Asian food I've ever had, tried most of the main dishes and a bit of the sushi and it always has me coming back for more. The autumn of New Jersey roll is my personal favorite. I've even introduced a bit of family and they all loved it and have been re-occurring customers as well. They even give a 20% discount to healthcare workers and police/military and being a veteran makes it all the more worth it. I would give this restaurant ten stars if I can. First the place is infused with ancient Chinese elements in its decoration. I can tell the owner definitely put his heart to it. Second, the food is made only with the freshest ingredients, especially the sushi. Every dish is made with the greatest combination of ingredients and sauce and cooked to perfection. This is not an average Asian restaurant you would find anywhere on the street. I can tell the chief chef's details of work and hours of research just by trying a few dishes. The restaurant is superb with its customers service. I wouldn't say this is an expensive place to dine in. You are paying an average price for a Michelin level food. read more

The food was great and the servers were very sweet, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am a vegan and it is often difficult to identify items on the menu that are plant based. There were a handful of options for me across the sushi rolls, appetizers, and entrees. My meat eating friends enjoyed their meals as much as I did. The ambiance was also very nice. It's hard to find anything beyond mediocre sushi in the nearby New Providence/Summit area. The sushi is fresh with great roll options. All of their entrees are delicious! The food has always been consistently good. It's a great place to come if no once can agree on Chinese, Japanese or Thai food. The inside dining area is beautiful, large and very clean and modern. **Zero Stars** Do not order take out from this establishment. I've ordered from here twice and It took them over 2 hours to deliver. Every time I called (2 times) to get an update I was given the same answer each time "the driver is on there way" (We live only a couple mintues away).They are very rude on the phone and just want you to get off the line as fast as possible. After calling and driving around fir 30 mins to find a liquor store and then parking..i finally walked on the freezing cold to get to Blossom...Jessie our server was partiallly attentive as there were only 2 other people in the place. The hostess looked like she wa ready to go to soccer practice.but was distracted. Sushi was average as the pieces were really small for the prices they charge. If it wasnt for the expensive sake i brought and some sapporo i would have been bummed. I usually opt for cheap Chinese takeout and in most cases you absolutely get what you pay for(greasy stuff, sorry). I was pleasantly surprised to find Blossom right in my hometown- serves a few varieties of Asian cuisine. I ordered the Pad Thai and Penang curry lunch specials. Both were above average; most importantly while the pricing was almost like takeout, there was an appreciable difference in quality. The takeout aspect was professionally handled. There is nothing special about this place. It's your average plain-Jane Asian restaurant. It's on the expensive side too. I had a reservation here for two people on a Friday night but for some reason still had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. The menu is very big. I got steamed veggies, cucumber sushi roll, and wonton soup. Everything tasted pretty 'blah' if you ask me. Service was alright, a little slow. A waiter also brought the wrong dish to our table. Also, GET RID OF THE PLASTIC STRAWS! Please! Some people care about the environment, so I was disappointed to see this. I won't be returning here.
